In the case of the current Corse shipline yes, our ships are based on Brigand designs. But as Teerin pointed out previously in this thread...

Its premise will be the Corse needing a proper VHF of its own to combat the Outcasts' new Rapier and to further prepare against possible hostilities with the Gallic Junkers. UC will of course then sell the blueprints to the Brigands so that they will have their version of it
This will provide something for us to put on the infocard other than "poof, we now have a new fighter". Also, if this ship is created first by the Unione Corse, it would be interesting if it didn't have Noir at the end and instead the Brigands had Brun (or whatever tan/brown translates into best). Comments on this, too, are welcome
Hence the base idea behind the "poetic reversal" mentioned in my Brigand draft.

So apparently at some point Luis lost all of his old files, when the model was 99% completed. All that was left was a handful of simple texturing corrections and a submission of the files to aerelm for hitboxing.
If someone can re-model these two [Brig, Noir (they're the same model, just different textures)] ships based off their p3d images, that would be awesome. I'd suggest starting from the Cuirassier models like Luis did, of course. Also, there are slightly further along textures uploaded to imgur [Brig, Noir].
The sooner this can be done, the better. Pavel already paid Luis for this, so I'm increasing the amount [UC] will pay whoever finishes it to 500 million ¢

Using this user script I extracted an .OBJ file from each of the p3d uploads. They aren't exactly equal so I'm uploading both. Brigands Corse
Note that I don't have a program to view these files as 3D models, so I don't know what they contain. Hopefully they can be useful.
EDIT: Turns out I have Blender installed. The files indeed contain the models.

Sorry for not replying sooner. That's awesome.
At this point, we just need someone to input that all into Blender (another modeling program might work, I guess?) and tinker with a few of the textures for us, since we've noticed a few small issues. I can relay those to whoever takes this up via Skype. Also, remember that there's a lot of money being offered here
Additionally, it would be great if a little extra time was taken to retexture the Courier into a Courier Noir.

Note that those files don't include any textures. It's just the base model. Texturing will likely have to be redone entirely.
If I knew how to, I would. I'm however happy to hitbox and hardpoint them if someone else does the texturing.
Went and made the hitbox despite this model being unfinished, because why not.
