[Infopage] Battlegroup Harmony - Information and Feedback

Firstly, Separatist RP is not playing victims. Separatist RP is weighing the sacrifice of being exiled from our home, survivors, and willing volunteers who have seen and noticed infectee-like behavior in the Liberty Navy and have chosen to take up arms against them, as such is the proclaimed traitorious Battlegroup Harmony. Our RP is not to play the victim, but to do what is necessary to eradicate the threat to Liberty which in the eyes of the battlegroup, is the Liberty Navy.

Secondly, we do value our RP, yes, however we have encountered your vessel before inRP and our forces have decided the best course of action is the destruction of the vessel, as such your vessel would be flagged for destruction by the primary arm of our armed forces. Now, you claim it was a gank and not a fair fight, however when the battle began the numbers were very clearly even. One bomber, one cruiser, and one battleship/carrier vessel. This played it's course in our bomber was destroyed, your carrier was destroyed. During the course of the battle, players seeking out a fight searched for us and joined. I can tell you personally that Harmony did not call upon additional help as we are neutral to Rogues only and do not call upon them for aid in battle unless they're already present and intend to battle anyway. After the destroyed had shown up, I had only fired off a few pot shots when I had seen I was fire upon (H|-SNS-Discovery) But otherwise merely observed the battle, leaving you to fend our own cruiser, which was present from the beginning, and a late joining Rogue cruiser whom I have no control over. Our RP has changed from playing victim and baiting the Navy to fight us to actively eradicating the infested Liberty Navy.

While it may be a common courtesy to warn the opposing player of an impending celestial object they may ram into, this is not required, and as I've learned, not to be expected out of your common foe. While this is a courtesy fault on our part, do keep in mind the opposing side is under no obligation to warn you of impending doom by accidental self imposed catastrophic decompression. This will be corrected within our faction but I cannot speak for the others present.

Another point I would like to bring up this line you said after your defeat ingame.

This is not something any of us appreciate, I can state as a fact that no one involved, ally or opposing, had violated any rules. I would like to point out something I was told when I had made a similar mistake, if you think someone is violating the rules, simply file a report and let the Admins handle it from there, nothing more or less.

And we would also appreciate if you did not hire Pirate craft to assist you against your enemies, especially when such people have actively battled Navy forces.

We appreciate your feedback and this will be used to improve the behavior of our players, and openly welcome any more feedback you have.

I can confirm what @DarkTails said from my own perspective.

@LeeZun contacted me about himself coming in, so I knew that there would be Rogues piling in. The Carrier had previously confided to me that he had played for all of about a week a couple days ago, so there was an obvious skill gap (as if the complete and total lack of weapons groups being used wasn't a dead giveaway).

The Rogue Dessy's been a pretty constant thorn in just about anyone lawful's side since AT LEAST 2013. But hey, Liberty. You guys (Harmony) are all right.

Wow, what a great text. That is, you yourself could not ask the pirates not to attack me for the sake of fair fight? For some reason, I ask that some people do not join the fight, arguing that I will manage it myself, and I do not need their help. It turns out a battle 1: 1.

He even started playing out the RP. And you are trite in Penny: "Aaaaa, they are evil-evil Navy! Attack!!!" Just play out more RP when you meet someone in space.

As I have explained, I have 0 control over any ships not under the H|- tag or using the Harmony ID. As for our roleplay stance towards the Liberty Navy, a force can only be pushed back so far before they go on the offensive. Our faction had lived our it's return-fire only phase and we are now on the offensive, armed with evidence we have gathered and our combat pilots and crew to take the fight to the Liberty Navy. We have progressed past the stage where we could only defend ourselves, and now the time is to attack, strike the Navy and deal blows, force the Navy on the defensive.

I have also explained already what has happened after your aid had perished, however much you insist that I actively continued trying to assault you after the battle had, for the most part, been decided. Roleplay can and will vary between players representing Separatist forces, and I would like to advise you against from lumping all players from a faction together based off one personal experience. Take some time, cool off, and proceed as normal.

@Mr.Mike. you talking about ganks? We are totally outnumbered in any case. And in 9/10 situations we have 1-2 Overlords and may be 1-2 cruisers, else gb's and snubs. From Liberty forces side it always cap spam 100500 capital's for blow one Harmony and 5-6 snubs from 5th.
So please, do not talk about ganks from our side. If you so skilled you should accept it.

I am Luce-Yuni the Rogue bomber and im sorry for what i did at Penny back then. I should have known Mr.Mike was the kind of player who likes a fair fight after many battles with him. To be honest im from asia the server only has about 15 players, i rarely participate a fleet battle so i take any chance i get. I didnt know this is a fair fight not gank. I did ask one harmony player inviting me and he accepted. But why didnt you stop me and tell this was a fair battle so i could pull back.??????????????????

Here I'am, coming with a short message.

Maybe the attack on Bering with the mighty RM fleet was a little bit... overkill. That's why I'm here, to say actually sorry.

Alot of People know me and my "I never ganked or will gank anyone, no matter if he ganked me like 1000 times" attitude, but... I kinda breaked this personal rule for me this sunday.

So yeah, as the 2iC of [RM], I'm here to say sorry for the steamroll that happened yesterday in Bering and I swear that something like this will never happen under my command again.
