Why these? Well balanced, very knowledgeable, and or, reasonable people that could round out the staff nicely.
To add a more serious response as my previous one to the discussion, which hasn't happened yet, I'll start with pointing out how ridicilously insincere your post is. You present yourself as the good guy with valid, deep thoughts posing as neutral person that's up for any suggestions, whilst the thread you just made dangerously borderlines trial-by-forum.
The thread title implies you very well support a change (which you quickly were to deny in your first posted sentence then) and the fact that you thought about who could replace the current team and publically posted your ideas, doesn't leave you in a position where you can still claim to've trust left into those actually part of the staff right now.
The sentence you end your post with is literally stating that you deny anyone in the current team the attributes you listed.
If you've a concern about the staff or any of their members, use the appropriate subforums for that: Admin Feedback Thread
Though the thread is currently closed for the latest massive influx of posts, you could've very well used your thread here to ask for it to be re-opened so you can post your thoughts on the situation with the staff as a whole or on specific individuals there.
I'd instantly lock this very thread here. Lucky for you, I can't.
Honestly GarretvI dont think this is a good idea. Its true that things need changing but that change also has to come gradualy and in a way thst it wont bring much cobglict to the people. In my opinion if we beed a staff change it has to be done through moving on and retiring and nominating another person to step in. Not all admins are bad either but it is important to note that admins should also be prone to changing and adapting accordingly to what people are pointing out and simply accept criticism instead of portrayingvthe role of a diety.
Sometimes the way that this place rarely changes in many regards also makes people lose faith in a particular regard and not lose all seriousness in it as well and start portraying a "funny" or "loly" behavior.
Another thing is that most of these nominees youd be seeing here are based of not really mhch of an objective judgenent nut mostly on a subjective one. Something like this shouldnt be as arbitrary as this. (see friend circles) which is probably going to make this thread anither of those forum games.
So yeah, im not sure if i can support you with this particular idea as i heavily doubt it bringing any useful regards veside having people nominate the people theyd like to see as greens, be it their friends or not.
I don't honestly believe changing admins or adding more diversity to the admin team would solve problems. A suitable solution here is making clear in the rules and specifying how the admins conduct and what responsibilities they hold and should do. Such as, which was the problem in the latest drama, not basing their actions on enough evidence and taking their judgement as a tool.

I think you are impugning wrong motives. I usually say what I mean and my comments regarding the current staff are meant to be taken seriously. My post is not meant as an indictment against the Admins, nor meant to imply they lack in any particular quality.
I just tried to make a list with comments on all the suggestions. I decided to stop at page 2 of this thread, but then I figured out that I should just make my own list of suggestions. People that are likely not covered in the communities friendship list and will definitely not appear here, but should, and that a lot more often than some of the names that popped up here.
Lets start:
- Altejago - Why Alte?
Because he used to be someone that was not afraid of taking hard decisions and someone that I do trust a lot. The factions he did lead worked well and I think he could have gotten the same done with the server.
- Divine - Why Divine?
Not necessarily the most loved person in the community, but someone that could deal with the flak that some decisions cause, also someone that is motivated to keep this place alive.
- Snak3 - Why Snak3?
If we talk about motivation we can not skip Snak3, even though his ways have been rather questionable more than ones, I consider him to be a person that cares for Disco more than pretty much every other member of this community.
- sindroms - Why sindroms?
See above, maybe not as extreme as Snak3, but still very motivated. Used to have a few problems (who doesnt remember the famous spazzy cycles ), but appart of that is a rather helpful person.
