I'm not going to let you people steamroll my idea like you did, you may think you had won, you did for that round but the war continues! I've have not yet completely re-written the story of the NCU but I plan to, and I plan on running this role play but to try and make as many people as happy as possible I want to hear things you want/don't want in the NCU.

If you have something to say then I'm happy to hear it if you can back it up with some reasoning. If you can think of a problem and I can't figure out a way to make it work then I happily will bow down to you. If not, expect to be ignored and excluded from this constructive conversation. Now that I have made the terms of engagement clear I'll update you on what I have done.
I have changed the name to the NCRU (the Nomad Containment and Research Unit). Although I did have a research component in the NCU is was a minor motive, I have now changed this to the primary motive of the NCRU, so thank you Linkus for your suggestions, I appreciate them.
Next is the 'faction' idea. I now fully understand what this means and I admit that trying to start a new faction for this is ridiculous, the NCRU at most will have only 5 ships and only one of those being a capital ship (a Liberty Siege Cruiser). All NCRU ships can dock at 3 places. The two planets in Omicron Kappa (Planet Gammu and Planet Primus) and Freeport 11 in Omicron Delta. Planet Gammu and Primus are restricted to rare occasions due to the radioactivity of the planets and the amount of activity around the planets. On Freeport 11 docking is restricted to a maximum of once a day for minor repairs and the exchange of cargo. All NCRU players will log on and off within the Tokelau Ice Cloud by the Lost Battlestar.
The NCRU have no ZOI. The story behind these ships is that the NCRU was decommissioned but the pilots/captains refused to return to base with the ships then being placed on the KOS list for Liberty resulting in the forced escape to Omicron Delta (this part of the role play is in great detail but to save space I will not go into detail).
I will add any information when it is required to explain a function of the NCRU and satisfy a question that is asked. By the end of this I hope the NCRU will be an accepted part of the people who play in the Omicron systems.

Edit: I need you people to discuss this, I have much larger plans than I previously had, to the point of custom ships,. I did leave some things out so I shall add them now to make it easier to understand and discuss.
The NCRU is hostile to Order, Nomads and Corsair. NCRU ships will attempt to evade detection but in the case of a interaction NCRU ships will only open fire in self defense although warning shots may be fired by both parties.
Background: The Nomad Containment and Research Unit (NCRU) was a Liberty funded program aimed at monitoring, controlling and researching the nomad threat to Liberty. Founded in 802 AS after Liberty officials realized that Nomads were a real threat to the security of Liberty, the NCRU operated deep in the Alaska and Ellesmere systems. Due to the extremely dangerous operations and the importance of keeping the NCRU secret the vessels involved in the program were extremely powerful and be able to go without support for extended periods of time.
Ships and Weapons
Ships
Fighter class: Originally planned to be an upgraded version of the BDR-845 "Avenger" Very Heavy Fighter, designers quickly found that it would be too costly to continue to upgrade that particular design. Not wanting to start from scratch, a search began to find a ship that could be modified to fit the role required by the NCRU. The most appropriate ship was the SV-17 “Virage” Very Heavy Fighter. The Virage was the most suitable fighter due to its underdeveloped design. After removing all of the bomber components, considerably increasing armor and installing a more reliable power core the Virage became more maneuverable, better armored and more powerful than its Avenger competitor. To improve its survivability the storage area for nanobots and shield batteries was increased to 80. All this came at the expense of cargo hold capacity and due the un-mounting of the bomber components the maneuverability was instead improved even with the added armor. This new ship became the SVF-22 “Viper” Very Heavy Fighter.

Bomber class: With the original design of the Virage on hand designers decided to go with a cross between the SV-17 “Virage” Very Heavy Fighter and the XB-2 "Havoc Mk II" Bomber. There were two objectives to the modifications. The first was to make a bomber capable of surviving multiple attacks and the second was to build a bomber capable of firing two Super Nova Antimatter Cannons (SNAC) at once. By increasing the size of the Virage fuselage it became possible to insert two scaled down versions of the power core in the Havoc, each being capable of firing a SNAC. The cockpit and control systems of the havoc then finished off this combination of bombers. The final upgrades were to the armor of the entire ship and the storage area for nanobots and shield batteries. Once again to accommodate this addition equipment the cargo hold was reduced but by using the engines in the Virage the maneuverability was almost identical to that of the Havoc. This new bomber was then given a name that was a combination of the two, the SVB-27 “Serpent” Very Heavy Bomber.

I think this is a genuine idea none the less of the NCRU, i think a littlemore constructive criticism should be given, rather than the already obvious exploitations!

Now, i think this idea of the NCRU has potential, but like any fine work, it needs to be sanded and smoothed out, guys/girls, help the idea out rather than pester on how you think the idea is illogical! Keep that to yourself, he doesnt want to know if you dont like it, nobody does! Make your own post and discuss it their!
I think the main idea was to keep the NCRU a secret branch away from the prying eyes of others was it not Gforce? Nonetheless your new story makes alot of sense, but as previously stated above, help out people, give him ideas to fuel this passion of his...dont kill it. After all, things have to change once in a while, otherwise things get old, and boring...
It is IMPOSSIBLE to be friendly with all human factions in the Omicrons. The Zoners manage to be neutral to all- barely.
Liberty are currently at war with the Order. Liberty are the reason the deep Omicrons are crawling with bounty hunters.
Nothing "Liberty" will ever be friends with the Order or the Corsairs. It's simply not feasible.
If you want to head up an anti-Nomad task force, make the aforementioned task force Zoner or possibly Order.
Liberty vessels cannot get through to deep Omicron space due to the Order...and they certainly won't be tolerated wandering through Gamma. The interests of Liberty in the Omicrons are represented by the BHG Core...who are by no means friendly with the Order or Corsairs.

I think you are right in saying that it is nearly impossible to be allied to all those partys, but the original idea for NCU was to be cut off from liberty and ships remastered, but thats not even scratching the surface of the idea we had...

Your intention is good and all, but the back story and diplomacy especially make little sence. The Order does the Nomad killing and I think the Liberty government is aware of that and lets us do our work.

Bah, Assumptions get you nowhere, go to Alaska yourself and check once in a while, their are nomad NPC's absolutely everywhere!

Elsdragon, I see you read my latest post, but didn't quite understand it. I did have a full story, but that wasn't good enough. I don't have much time due to school so I'm not going to waste time writing something useless. The back bone of the story is up, I just need to flesh it out right and to do that I need people to comment on it, something you didn't do.
As for the ships I put that up to show the absolute perfect situation. Something I don't expect to get close to but the fact is there are people willing to help me and this idea to the point of building 4 completely new ships for nothing indicates to me that there must be some potential in this.
Next, I have been role playing this for some time but I have not been able to be consistent due to money, NPC rep and weapon problems. I don't really want to go back into the role play until the story has been completed and I can start it from the very beginning but a time can be arranged where I can role play Cruiser_903 for you to see.
Lastly try putting a little more effect into your suggestions, but seeing your really the first to reply you have put in some effort (GingaNinja is in the NCRU). I did post the story a while back but it's not the best but hopefully you can get something out of it. If I can get around to it I'll update it again.
