Greetings dear Sir or Madam! My name is Sean Stone and I´m executive director of Stone Bros Ltd/GmbH. From the first time I saw your press conference where you announced project Genesis, I was amazed and very interested by it. Great but difficult plan I think, but of course in history of mankind there was no progress that would be great and simple at the same time.

But now to the business which is the reason why I´m contacting you. When you announced contracts within the phase one of Project Genesis, our tranport capacities were unfortunately fully utilized so we couldn´t apply for them. But now situation has changed because we have just completed some contracts, so I tried to check your offers again. If I see correctly, there are two contracts left so I want to apply for them to our company. Just to be sure - I´m talking about contract PGP1-2 which includes delivery of forty thousands units of terraforming gases, and contract PGP1-5 which includes delivery of thirty five thousands units of superconductors.

I hope that you have ever heard about our company, because we trade very often with DHC, but if not, there is some basic information: We are medium-small sized company which have many contracts in Rheinland, Bretonia and Kusari, but we consider Rheinland as our "settlement" system now because we have here our headquarters and our main docks, hangars and other technical facilities. Mostly we export hi-tech engine components which are manufactured by your company from Rheinland to Bretonia shipyards and import beryllium in opposite direction again mostly to DHC. Our others big contracts are for example export of luxury food from Rheinland to Kusari and import of hi-tech Kusari optronics in opposite direction.

We use only our own employees, part of them are family members, because as is clear from our name, we were found as a family company, although unfortunately I´m last one of the three brothers who were the founders of this company. Our personnel and ship crew have all the training courses that are necessary for responsible handling of different types of cargo and which comply to all safety regulations, and all our ships meets all safety standards for transport of common commodities.

We thank you for your rapid response. We will notify you when your transaction has been received and redistributed. Bowex does have one further question however, relating to contract PGP 1-2 - Terraforming Gases, I believe. Bowex was most upset when we were not authorised to carry out this contract.

For propriety's sake, we would most appreciate it if you could provide a reason for said decision. This feedback will allow us to correct any oversights the company may have internally missed, and provide even greater service in the future.

We see that this contract has now been awarded to a rival firm, but Bowex would of course be thrilled to step up and render assistance with these deliveries, should your current contractor be found lacking. We of course greatly anticipate seeing Daumann's phase two of Operation Genesis.

I imagine contract PGP 1-5 will be completed within the next few days. The relevent Trade Combine captains will of course forward you reports as a a matter of course. Please refer to ExSec Manager Peterson's last transmission for an up-to-date progress report on this contract.

Greetings dear Sir or Madam! First of all I want to say that I´m very grateful for your confidence in our company. I belive that we will not disappoint you in any way. I´m glad that Stone Bros Ltd/GmbH can participate in such a unique project and be a part of it.

Just after I received your message about our approving for last two contracts of first phase of Project Genesis, I have commissioned to work on this delivery our best staff and I will personally supervised this deliveries. We are well aware what responsibility lies on us and I believe that many other companies would like to get these last two contracts. Just by the way I´m very surprised that Republican Shipping, which is usually named as number one in transport within Rheinland, is not involved in any of contracts and we are only company from this house (although we have not Rheinland origin). I think this is their bad luck, but on other hand opportunity for companies like we are.

Now to the main reason why I´m contacting you. I´m proud that I can announce first deliveries of terraforming gases to the planet Holstein. We had primarily focused on this contract because you marked it as "priority shipping". And what is priority for our customers is of course priority for us, so we assigned to this delivery our company flagship - Colossus train.

Our departments of trade and new contracts made a really fast and also great job, so we are not transporting only ordered commodity, but we managed to create from it´s delivery one big transport for Rheinland corporations - on the way for terraforming gases we transport your mining machinery to Kruger´s Mannheim station, and there we are loading H-fuel ordered by your Oder Shipyard. From here we are transporting your staff to planet New Berlin and there we are loading robotic components for ALG´s Dortmund station, from where delivered terraforming gases are. I have to say that I´m impressed by the work of my employees.

So, I´ve just get message from ship pilot that last delivery is now at Holstein. I´m adding rest of confirmations to attachment. I hope you will be pleased with our speed of delivery. Just to sum it up - there is eight deliveries of 4980 units each, which is the sum of 39 840 units. The rest is in the last delivery, but don´t be confused of fact that there is not 160 units but 698 units. The reason is that this is priority and very important delivery, so we loaded reserve 10% of one full delivery for case of for example damage to the part of the cargo, so we can be sure that ordered amount of commodity will be here. There is also 4322 of your crew from Oder shipyard, The Ring and planet New Berlin which we loaded because we had our way through this area, had an empty cargo space and we knew from your human resources dispatcher at planet Holstein that this people is waiting for transport because they have to be relocate here. Take this as a favour for our new customer that is cost-free.

Because this contract is fulfilled, you can send money for it. Just to be sure - our bank account is simple, Stone.Bros.Ltd/GmbH
