Yesterday we had... Some strange encounters just outside of Phoenix Spaceport.
It was a curious interaction, seems LR pilot somehow get lost in the Omicrons, but really it's doesn't matter compare to the next news. There also was a Nomad vessel of gunboat size, with weird attitude. It was so unusual for me, and I still can't believe in it. This ship was in the mood to "talk" with the people, and it was rather friendly.
It was a first contact with Nomad ship with signature "{-". If you will meet any of them, please keep it in mind. Perhaps, it's indeed what we should research. Do not engage, except in self defense.
It seems extraordinary days are following each other.
When a member of a prominent Corsair family visited our Spaceport in Zeta I've never imagined that day could have more surprises. I was wrong.
Just a few hours after Senor Benitez' departure a nomad called {-Dominion approached our base. This speciment - size of a gunboat - was the same that Christian mentioned in his previous message.
It didn't show any sign of aggression and was opened for communication. The nomad stated that a few of them are trying to break away from the - as it called - Great Controller and they want to live in peace with the humanity. Anyway, they are in minority and seeking allies for their... well, maybe we can call it civil war.
Also, it claimed that those, who have more aggressive nature are planning to start a full-scale attack against the whole humanity. If this is true, we should be well prepared, as their true power was shown in Minor a few years ago...
To conclude this experience, we should remain cautious as this can be some kind of intrigue and trap by the aliens, however something inside me tells that it is true so I suggest further research in this topic along with our ally, the Order.
*Speech to Text Program ONLINE* Ah, its that time of year again where there's actually something report again other than the blue stuff (the bad one).
Well... where to start first ? Too much on my head... Er.. err. Ah yes ! There was this corsair arrangement to meet order on our space port, and us to make sure peaceful environment to our guest is secured.
As scheduled the Order arrived, as did the guest too; and the complex diplomatic conversation between the parties ensured (with my head aching and crying from the talk also ensured too), back in the days... the conversations I had in the research to planetary gasses is much more fun, they mostly listen and only in some cases hisses music at you at occasions... What am I talking about ? Back to the subject...
This talk lead to the party jumping to Minor, with the order leading, the guest inspecting the aftermaths of the war torned Toledo, and us ... (you guessed it!) making sure the environment is safe in the nomad infested region! The wreck filled Toledo is a complete mess... well its not like a good place to live before anyway, it it was me I would be enjoying the warming sun in the Bio-dome of Freeport 9 .. I do suggest you to go there for short holiday trips. Anyway me going off topic AGAIN .... (Please don't jettison me in a pod at Omicron 99 Mr Burton!)
There was then a series of ships in the wrong place, or hands in Minor.... First there was a wandering corsair seemingly lost, the guest quickly corrected it by destroying the ship and captured the pilot for questioning. Then there was order interceptor, piloted by a freelancer, and the order group chased the ship all the way to Iota, which the chase broke off and headed back to the Space port once again.
The talk went on and on, until the diplomatic session adjourned and an order fighter escorted the corsair safely out of the system. Within few more minutes, a very disturbing discovery... This time two Order Captains commanding two Nephilim came past the space port, stating they are heading to Alaska to defend an order installation against the Order! Not only did they defiled a colony ship that was made to be peaceful into a war machine, but they will also put a diplomatic meltdown on the liberty as it is! This is not acceptable and angers me so ! As they way overpower us on the spot, they refusing to hear from us and left without any fire fight, except a warning from us to Change capitals or withdraw the mission to Alaska. I was weary as they head towards the Minor hole, and decided to scout for them, and as I headed to the Alaska wormhole, not surprisingly, there they were jumping through even as I parked next to it!
I don't mind seeing those Ships and Pilots on the Hunted or Bounty list and have them pay the prices of ignoring the Zoner values.
In addition There is a problem with the camera right now (Technologies!).. Ill get it fixed at the station have it updated. Too much things going on, going to a rest in my quarters

Greetings fellow cromrades,
as you already might have noticed, I stumbled back into the borderlands only a few days ago. By chance it happened to meet my old friend Christian Burton. I must say .. a lot has changed so far.
Meet me for a drink at Livadia if you feel like talkin', the first round goes on me.
Greetings my brothers and sisters,
you will have to forgive me absence as of late as my chief science officer on the Thanatos was running some long term experiments on our jump system. During a test an uncontrolled jump occurred and took my vessel to a remote region of space. And we discovered a rouge planet! I'm reporting that all is well and the Thanatos is now en route back to PSP.
I see that an old friend from the Omicroners has sent us a communication, this is great news! It's good to hear from you Burns!
I will send out a broad wave transmission one the Thanatos has docked back at home. I hope all is well
Jon, thank you for sharing this report with us, good work. As for these Nephilims... Need to take care of them. It's should returns to Zoner hands, wrong usage of such ship may bring Zoners to another diplomatic disaster. I will contact to these captains and OHC.
Charles, I have no words, I really glad to see you're back! Many things have been changed since your left... But it's not a problem, you will be informed. *wink* I going to the Livadia very soon, be prepared! *laughs*
Shade, it's good to hear a word from you. I started to be worried. Just tell me if there any damage onboard of Thanatos, our engineers will give a look on it fast. If there anything serious, guys at Livadia ready on call. Anyway, godspeed. Hope you are well.
My fellow Phoenix's, we have had out first encounter with a new group of Bounty Hunters with the tag WHB. They referred to themselves as some kind of 'Brigade'.
Unfortunately, the visual tactical data collected by the (\^/)Royal.Flush was lost in the panic, but I will try to relay the exchange as best I can in the following report.
The Flush was approaching the Zeta jump-hole in Mu, when a fleet of 4 Bounty Hunter ships suddenly appeared in the minefield. They hailed our ship with intentions that seemed less than friendly, but with nowhere to run we were forced to stop and open communication channels with their lead vessel. It should be noted that their was a Osiris class battleship as well as 2 bombers that retreated to Akabat when I alerted them as to the presence. I'm not certain if I facilitated a retreat or if they were just plain scared, but they withdrew all the same.
The Hunters claimed to be interested in our group and asked why I was in a so called 'terrorist' system. I told them it was the only place in this Quadrant of space to obtain basic base commodity's and invited them to set up an outpost where such materials and supply could be purchased. They seemed to at least understand our right to have these supply's as well as our basic right to exist. They also had very detailed knowledge of incidents related to the 'Omicroners' demise which led me to believe they may have elements of that same group of hunters involved in the destruction of those poor souls.
2 snubs were dispatched to escort me out of the system and back to PSP. They seemed very interested in it location, and its defensive capabilities. After they had made scans of the base they promptly departed, leaving me with chills up my spine.
Its hard to relay here the exact tone of this encounter, but I must say we were defiantly being sized up. Its no secret that we are allied with the Order and I'm sure you all know that Bounty Hunters don't need much justification to make new enemy's and I feel this wont be the last we see of this 'Brigade'.
Stay on your Toes Ladies and Gentlemen, I have a feeling the Omicrons are about to heat up fast. We need to be prepared......

Encounter between WHB / Nomad & Wilde
On my way back to PSP from O-74, a secure communication from our family member Quiron Lacrox had received while flying through Omicron Delta, reporting a surge of activity between Outcast and Nomads in Omicron Zeta. At the same time, I spotted the recently encountered Warhound Brigade (WHB), with a habit to station on Freeport 11, began moving towards Omicron Zeta jump hole. Sceptical to its activities, I quickly embarked on the recon ship also stationed at FP11, for a covert operation with the mission to follows the Subject.
Having to execute the mission discreetly, I had to let the subject move out of the scan range while cloak charges. Unfortunately, the subject jumped and had moved off to an unknown direction already after the cloak successfully activated. Due to the sheer size of Omicron Zeta, subject was not located for another 20 minutes. No contact was sighted until a Wilde ship was spotted jumping out of the Iota jump hole and heading towards a peculiar space of no interest. This ship was followed until it had led to the Subject and another nomad who was in the zone.
The “talk” was already in process when I arrived at the scene. I strategically positioned near the two parties, taking a stealthy stance without disturbing the local space, or revealing the ship’s position. The cover seemed to have worked, with the two parties unaware they are being watch.
This conversation between the two parties was intriguing at the most. The bounty hunter group surprisingly, seeming to have neither a lack of knowledge situation nor their own diplomatic stances, treating those alien species with careless curiously, and oddly more neutral than the Zoners too. Also, equally surprisingly at the other side, neither the infested pilot nor the nomad seems to be aggressive towards them (yet), probably taking advantage of their naivety and more of an attempt at infecting the pilot. At one point, the Wilde pilot was seen flying, as close as touching distance to the Bounty Hunter ship; just to show the nature of the “Human” Wilde pilot.
Sometime afterwards, a group of standard order & nomad patrol arrived to the scene, recognising the bounty hunter as an automatic enemy, the patrols fired on the subject. The WHB responded to this threat, by destroying the patrols in self-defence. This has however angered the Nomad quickly, with the destruction of their kin, and the situation deteriorated. One of WHB pilot apparently asked for a “redemption” in an attempt to repairing the situation, but the Nomad however was furious beyond control. Aggression was inevitable, and the fire fight was ensured.
5 minutes into combat, the subject seems to finally understand the power capabilities of the nomad counterparts, and begun to slowly retreat to Delta jump hole. This chase carried on half way into the Omicron Delta system, until almost in range of the Freeport 11, luckily the subject flight course adverted at last second, as the Nomad decide to break apart and turn back ;thus avoiding the confrontation with Nomads at the Freeport.
This encounter was recorded with the camera aboard the recon ship, however due to the faulty Comm array, transcript of the encounter was not logged, and the video is unable to transfer to this message dump. I have successfully extrapolated some of the footage data and it will be forwarded to the Sky-p3 frequency channel instead.

Just a few hours ago several nomad entities were caught on our radars right outside of Phoenix Spaceport.
They were trying to communicate us in their way instead of showing the more agressive face of this alien race. If I understood them well, they were seeking information about the {- nomads we have encountered before. Also their attention was drawn by one of our ship, namely the Aurora's Herald.
We were about to get more information from them when a few Order ships have appeared and engaged the nomads, making them angry and destroy the attacking vessels. Strangely, they remain calm to our side as sparing our lives, furthermore we managed to get back the few surviving Order pilot and crew member from the aliens and bring them to Meshkenet station due to a possible infection.
All in all, we should put more research about their intentions regarding to the named ship, and I hope Mr. Cire - as its Commander - may has some additional information about this matter. I think the name of the ship is connected somehow with the rebellious nomad speciments.
