I want them back tbh.
id rather fight 1000 corsairs than put up with Gallia, its ships, their accent, or the storyline being steamrolled over you.
Ohh I love to see here someone who miss Corsair.
I play mostly sairs but im not playing for the reasons i have mentioned before.
At least everybody is on the same page..
Everybody misses Sairs, and everybody(exceptions granted)hates them and loves to pew them..
But we need players, and that's that..
Just players to play,indies,TBH,Benitez,Sails....anyone realy...
Players generate activity..
We can QQ all day about poor job that Devs did in this mod,or we can simply rally our players and go and do what we do best, that is to annoy others and gank them..
Soon everybody will retaliate and there you go...
Cheers all
Сurios(and Rodnas), if you've encountered problems during interactions with current [RHA](or oorp-space-nazi-commies) our feedback is always open.
Also, I want to mention one thing. [RHA]'ve raided Gamma more than 4 times last month.(4 times I've participated) And guess what? Corsair players logged only once.

There are still a fair few of the "old Veteran" Benitez about, we just rarely play FL anymore and play other stuff instead. For the most part I don't think we especially like the way that the server seems to of become so PvP biased (imho).
Going slightly off topic, I also think that the entire game has become overly complicated. It is very hard for a new player to simply come along and get involved. When i first started playing here your IFF had to match your ID and you were only allowed effectively your factions stuff - anything different required an SRP.
When a new player turned up it was pretty clear what they could and could not do, in the broadest terms if it was red shoot it, if it was green don't.
You have to read so much stuff on the forum to understand what the politics are that it is no wonder people settle for shooting at stuff - it's easy.

I am not sure which Benitez has said this although Rodnas seems to of put his hand up to it, but there has historically been a broad decision by the Benitez not to play in Rhineland. I know when i was leader of the Benitez I would not particualrly sanction operations in Rhineland (unless there was a good reason for it) as it was not appropriate for us.
Nothing to do with hating Rhinelanders at all. We have just generally felt it to be outside of our own specific RP goals.
I've played as a Corsair for a few years, and been in Benitez for a goodly number of them. I can say that i have never ever heard any Benitez say that they are not going to Rhineland because of some sort of hatred for the Rhinelanders.
Corsairs will come back - just give them a reason to.
