Case cloaed, verdict: nub QQing

Whats the point of aside ng the devs when players can constructively answer it? And:

Let me explain you it differently - a skilled light fighter is supposed to outmaneuver a VHF due to its better agility and therefore probably kill it (snub pilots correct?).
Therefore a skilled light battleship will outmaneuver a heavier battleship due to better agility and other factors.
Liberty does not need heavier battleships, infact the Liberty Dreadnought is one of the best battleships out there simply because its far more agile than most other battleships, in the right hands it can kill any other battleship, your lack of experience with capitals just blinds you and you can't see the logic here.
Now as far as the carrier's concerned, Tabris' quite right, you shall avoid engaging with other battleships in a carrier, but however the LAC can possibly outmaneuver a turtle and if you know what you're doing, you can actually kill them.
Christ, do we really have a 6 page thread about how someone doesn't understand that a carrier isn't meant to charge an RM BS? God.

Capship pvp isn't as straightforward as snub pvp. It's a lot more tactical and it's about knowing how your ship works and how your enemy's ship works.
Skill of course does play a factor, but you're going to die if you don't play tactfully regardless.
lmao, a LAC isn't supposed to take on a turtle. It's a CARRIER, not a battleship.
Properly use a dreadnought and learn to fly it. A kitting liberty dread vs a lone turtle will always end with the turtle's destruction if it doesn't have a JD.

Its true in disco kitting ships win against others unable to kite back but in the way you said it and in the way its working in game it sounds pretty bad for those using this ship, like they don't stand a chance at all in such scenario - and thats odd from balance pov.
The RM bs main strength remains in the "checkmate move" aka decloak from point blank and rain hell upon the enemy. Its even mentioned in its original info "Chief among vessels in the Chancellor's fleet, this class of ship is the tactical "checkmate move" in the operations of the Rheinland Military."
But aside from that tactic, the RM bs really is kind of underpowered in comparison with other battleships when it comes to such duels or team fights, where its so massive that even Ensign Teeze will hit it from long range.
Maybe @Haste can try to make RM main turrets doing far more damage/speed/etc than other primaries to compensate for the 70-100% miss chance to land a hit on a kitting ship. Something like 1/10 shots to land a hit and do something than 1/10 shots to deal minor damage. I am sure he can think of something nice ONLY for this ship to make it slightly more special. Massive ship, massive core and "tiny" guns - thats how it is now.
(But still in the right hands and with the right group its a Beast)
The Rheinland BS is fine it's not OP it's soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy to hit if anything it's really bad. It's slow the turrets are awkwardly mounted and it's so easy to hit. If you can't kill it it's a player problem not a ship problem.
LOL guys... let me try to say it in other words...
Im not comparing the Atlantis Carrier with a Rheinland Battleship... its imposible compare them!!!
Hm... *searching the words...*
I agree, the Liberty Dreadnought can beat the Turttle easy in correct hands, Its ok... I agree "Atlantis" is a Carrier and have nothing to do aginst Turttles.. ITs logic!!!
Liberty Carrier "Atlantis" is made against Gunboats or that kinda ships and for giving support to other vessels, Perfect!...
I just say, the Atlantis is not good for the actual task it was made for (against smallers). Steering Turrets really slow... the energy is a really pain for recovering it (long time for start recovering)... all that kinda stuff.
I say... the Atlantis is a bit underpowered for the actual task.
My apologies if i didnt explain it good sorry hehehehe.
And please... its not necesary unrespect others just for saying own opinions hehehe.
