Konnichiwa, Brother. I am looking into the issue of Alex Sasaki and Diego Alvares. My initial research has not shown much, it seems Sasaki-San is a rather respected and honourable Samurai in the KNF, and I have not been able to uncover any evidence that could put a single stain on this man's record. I have been able to get my hands on action reports posted by the KNF, and it seems that Alex Sasaki has been mentioned and honoured on several occasions, but has never posted a single report himself. He has had plenty of contact with our Kobun, Hakatoa Yamota, and I have him looking quietly into the issue. I am also going to question others that have contact with Sasaki-San, but at the moment it seems he is honourable.
I have not, however, been able to find any information about this Outcast; Diego Alvares. I have called in many favors to get all the information I could, but all I seem to come to is dead ends. My vigilance will continue until I can find an answer.

Konnichiwa brothers.. There is definitely action going to be taken against the AFA. I'm sure our Eldar, along with the work of our allies, will be able to diffuse the situation. Although refusal of releasing a GC prisoner was.. regrettable and enforces the chauvinistic views of Kusari.. The primary concern is that the AFA refused to co-operate with KNF forces, and actively rebelled against their orders. We do not need fighting within our house. Our focus should be on the gaijin influence, and those who seek to disrupt the established government.
Liberty Rogue forces were spotted coming through Kusari. Although they had no direct violation of our laws, or interests, a small donation was requested, to ensure their interests were relevant to the Kusari citizens. I escorted them out of the system. I hope those gaijin scum do not return.
On other notes. It has been confirmed that Hiroto.Katsuo is indeed the pilot of the ship tagged "Alex.Sasaki". I will continue with investigations, although I am beginning to doubt there is any factual evidence behind the accusations.

Thank you for your report, it seems the Outcasts were attempting to besmirch the character of Alex Sasaki, as we suspected.
Everyone should look out for this cardamine ridden Diego Alvares. Feel free to consign his demented soul to the cold, cold depths of space when the opportunity presents itself.

Konnichiwa, brothers. Recently the Colonial Remnant, =CR=, has shown some wisdom. They have once again decided to bring supplies into Kusari from their home in the Taus. Obviously, this has caused tension between them and the Bretonian fools, but that is only a larger boon for us. I urge all Hogosha ships to cease aggressive action against all =CR= vessels, including those gaijin transports whom make for easy prey. I would like to see it that the =CR= focus their military in Bretonia and find Kusari to be safe, as this can only weaken the Bretonians. All hogosha are to stop attacking =CR= vessels, but remember that this does not apply to any other IMG as the rest of the lot have shown themselves to be spineless and weak.

Konnichiwa.
I agree we should hold from aggressive action against the =CR= on a provisional basis, provided they continue aggression against the BAF.
However, there is a warning from our allies that the =CR= seem to change allegiance on a regular basis, depending on their own selfish needs. So beware!
Non Aggressive Pact is on.... As is Close Observation. Let me know of any issues..

Konnichiwa brothers, elders and father.
I turned a pirate around in Honshu and back towards Sigma-13, he is called "Job" and was flying a Corsair "Pretorian" bomber. When I challenged him, he informed me that he works for no-one but himself and has no loyalty to any faction.
He then had the audacity to invite me to join him while he tried to pirate one of our Corsir allies right under my nose.
I escorted him to the Sigma-13 Jump gate, watch out for this one he is a lonewolf with no loyalty, friends or honour!
...
After my patrol I docked with the Akita border station for a rest break, as I was about to sink into a freshly prepared bowl of noodle soup, I noticed an Alliance cruise liner ([AFA]Fallowed.Ground) being hassled by a Junker (Harvester_21) outside the bar viewport, clearly the most troubling point about this was the fact that the sensors on the station were completely blind to this incident, so I lept from my bench and scrambled my bomber the Byakko to intercept.
Even though the enemy had a cruiser, the scum decided that the best course of action was to run back to Sigma-13!
...
To make my day even worse, I had just sat back down to my now cold noodles to find the station's comm system picking up that fool Job back in Honshu pestering traders again. Out again before my ship had even cooled down, 2 KNF officers were hot on his tail he docked and is hiding somewhere in Akita, like a trapped rabbit.
Anyway I forgot about the noodles and went straight to the Sake!

I must be brief - I have been having some trouble with my comms of late and may lose the opportunity to complete this transmission.
Interesting developments recently - ignorant gaijin in New Tokyo. No sooner had the crew of Kusari Pride driven them off then they returned again! What fools.
I must attend to this comms issue and develop a more permanent solution, but I would like to know what came of our intanglement with our AFA friend the other night.

Konnichiwa, Father, Elders and Hogosha brothers.
An interesting days patrol this Thursday in New Tokyo, when I was fired upon without warning near the Honshu gate by a bounty hunter (nights_fire) in an Orca displaying a police iff and using huge Bretonian gunboat turrets that looked like oversized warts!
I ordered him to stop and along with my brother Hakatoa Yamota, he suddenly decided to become deaf and mute and ignored our repeated hails to his ship for him to leave.
After a few minutes of silence he used the trade gate to run towards New Tokyo.
I gave chase and eventually found him waiting around Shinagawa Station where he acted as though the previous altercation had not happened.
I ordered him to leave Kusari space the way he had entered stating that the Emporer had refused entry to bounty hunters and he was not welcome.
I was quickly joined by a brave officer [KNF-K] Senzo and a passing Order Ally named Auza-Wandilaz in a Corsair gunboat who had heard the comms chatter and offered assistance.
Now substancially outgunned the Bounty Hunter still refused to leave Kusari space and insisted that he would wait for the trader he was escorting or the Emporer should give him his fee and he would leave.
After several minutes more of repeated orders by myself and the KNF officer he still refused to go and after he took a shot at the Order gunboat I had no choice but to open fire along with the others and together we rapidly dispatched this ship.
I commend these two brave allies to you father, without their help I fear this individual would have ignored my attempts to make him leave and probably without hesitation he would have again opened fire upon my Civilian Bomber. It also shows that when we are united against our enemies Kusari is strong.
I believe that the short-sighted fool is now somewhere in a Kusari jail regretting his lack of respect.

Konichiwa Eldars, and brothers.
I am currently continuing my patrol. As Tomodachi-san has pointed out, patrols today have been interesting. Best to say, I've given up on Gaijin. My usual patience has run dry. Instead, any kind of actions against our syndicate will be met with force.
Earlier today, a Junker was spotted in our system. I escorted him to Kyushu, demanding his intentions.. He did not reveal any of his intentions.. It seemed he was looking for a fight.. After repeatedly asking, before resorting to violence, this Gaijin insulted me. It was the last straw, I had given this useless gaijin enough of my time. Our short encounter resulted in his destruction.
As Tomodachi has already outlined, an encounter with another Gaijin resulted in hostile measures to be taken.
Later on in my patrol, I encountered a Gaijin smuggling cardimine. The report can be read here, as I have submitted it to KNF. Should he ever return to Kusari, he will be destroyed on sight. I have no patience for those who knowingly break the laws of Kusari and expect to return with open arms. Action Report
Finally, nearing the end of my patrol a Dragon bomber was encountered. Clearly outgunned as Tomodachi, myself and two KNF officers were present, he refused to leave and instead attempted a suicide mission. This fighter, clearly an ace of the Blood Dragons easily outmanuvered my ship and I was destroyed.
Perhaps if a better ship were available to the Hogosha, who wish to remain as a public entity. I know our allies have option available to us. However, I feel that remaining in the eye of the public in a pirate vessel is not in our best interest. Perhaps some sort of negotiation can be reached with the KNF, provided our continued support in protecting our interests in Kusari.
