So If i'm understanding Korrd correctly,

AW basically gives up rights to Omicron Theta and moves to the new guard system? That I could buy.

Dab, basically the idea I got out of Igiss is that Pre-4.81 factions kept their existing system ownership (That included AW owning Theta). However you got only *ONE* system, and no more.

By doing it this way, you effecitvely give up rights to Theta (And no, once you give up the rights to Theta, no one can claim it.. it's a vanilla system so that rule immediately goes into effect) and you will end up with full control to the other system.

Unless Igiss wants to step in and say I'm completely wrong..
