I have to say, the only thing I would change is giving IMG more of a boost for Beryllium, seeing as Cardiff is a very large and successful Beryllium mining operation, and I would diversify the sell points more. A point for every ore in every house, though, at varying prices, according to RP, and for varying factions, according to RP.

For instance, Planetform would logically buy Silver to refine for terraforming while BowEx really wouldn't, as they don't use Silver for anything. Ageira would logically buy Copper and Cobalt to make alloys, where Universal or DSE generally wouldn't have such an interest. It'd really just be something to make it better, with few negatives (I think...)

Well that way there is no point for CR id to ever work since we all got IMG miners because it has 2 times big bonus on mining.

Right now i found a bug regarding the Laser.

I use a Salvager IFF, ID all fine.
I realised, that my normal weapons got the same results as my mining laser, i tested it in 3 different fields and everywhere the same thing, i got the bonus with any weapon.
So i unequipted my mining laser and i did not get the bonus, i equipted it and got the bonus again.

To make this short, i got the bonus with any weapon as long as i had the laser equipted somewhere, as far as i know this is not the way it should be.

If a Miner or a Transport with Ore refuses to give me the Credits or doesnt have the Credits. Then I have to take the Ore. Currently you can only sell the Ore at Lawful Bases.

Are we getting Junker or Hogosha or Unlawful Bases where we can sell it?

Sell the ore to a Junker for 10k / unit. You make a profit, the Junker makes a profit, everybody happy.

I think Elsdragon had a character that did that...clever little freeport of ore-trading.

I know, I already did that a few days ago. But I'd rather have a station for that. There wont be always a Junker around.

Also, I was in the Silver field in Pennsylvania just now. I just shot a few rocks to take a look how much it drops. With a Pirate Transport, Rogue IFF and ID only 5 and 4 Units dropped per stone. I barely shot stones, maybe 5 Minutes we were sitting there shooting the few rocks getting in our view. I went out there with 200 Units. I think that cant be normal.

Anyone else remember where Trent went for that quasi-legal Boron deal? That's right. A Freeport.

I think Freeports should be sell points for ores. Freeports 1 and 2 in Bering and Omega... whatever for Niobium, perhaps?

It would cut down on the Miner ID misuse.

So, is it just me, or does the sale price at the places listed vary depending on how much if dropped off there in between server restarts?

Asking because it doesn't mention it in the guide.
