Again, as per the agreement, BHG| Bounty hunters do not become registered by submitting anything, or paying anything. 1st Outcast kill = registration in your case.

Crimson, you managed to get the fina shot on one of those battleships, which serves to your benefit. It is not very likely you could wipe out two of them just by yourself, anyway. Transferring your payment now.

Mrs. Beckett, I'm afraid your claim is missing the required time stamp. It would be unfair to others if I disregarded that requirement and paid you anyway, I'm sorry.

Also, be advised that this board will close on 31st December. Any kills executed up to 24th December and claimed within 7 days (up to 31st Dec) will still be paid.

The reason for this is that the Mission Commission requirements have changed. The change is underlined.

5. All blanket* bounties must identify a target and set the total amount to be paid out. Evidence that this amount has been set aside for payment is also required. Blanket bounties may only be issued by official factions.
*Blanket meaning bounties other than those assigned to a specific target, such as assassination missions.
