Hello,
I would like to once again inquire about requisitioning some of your surplus weapons. My request is unchanged from my previous request, and I'm merely curious as to the amount I would have to pay to collect on these weapons if I were to buy them now. I have collected a couple of bounties since my last request, though I understand if it is not enough to significantly change any pricing.
Since you have started to collect from our bounty board, we will reduce the price of the guns you seek from four million credits each to two point five million credits each. If you still want those four weapons, that's ten million credits.
Your patience in this matter has been commendable, miss Hayes. Perhaps it took so long due to a miscommunication on our part. Either way, I'm rectifying that here.
If you accept the terms, please send the credits to the account of Ferris.Dufresne .

Hello,
It's understandable that the paperwork for bounties would take a long time for an institution as large as Liberty's. I can only imagine that you receive a great deal of bounty claims every day.
As requested, I have transmitted ten million credits to the neural net account you provided. When can I expect to be able to acquire these weapons?

Hello,
Thank you for granting me use of these weapons. I really appreciate it.
It has, however, occurred to me that I neglected to consider the rear turret of my fighter when filing my request to requisition these weapons. Due to this, my arsenal isn't quite complete, unfortunately…so, I would like to file another request.

Callsign of ship in question:Nicole.Hayes
Equipment requested:1x Vengeance Mk 5 Turret
Reason for request:I have already obtained four Vengeance Mk 5s for use on my vessel. I would like to obtain a fifth weapon to be mounted as a turret, for the mentioned reasons in my previous request, and to ensure that my weapons outfit is optimized.
Proof of good standing with the forces of Liberty:
As it seems to have been an oversight on your part, I have no problem with granting you this one extra weapon free-of-charge. I hope you have some fun with it, between taking care of some vagrants within the Republic of course.

Callsign of ship in question:IC|E-Kirkland, IC|E-Stockton, IC|E-Argyle
Equipment requested:Given the current situation, convoy security is essential, therefore we are willing to bear the expense of expanding our security fleet. We would request to purchase one additional gunboat now, with the option to purchase another, bringing our fleet to three should the situation with Rheinland continue to deteriorate.
Reason for request:As you know, Interspace Commerce is facing an escalating situation with the Rheinland government, in which they have risked or injured many of our civilian employees. Interspace Commerce is primarily a banking entity, and though recent years have seen a continued investment in trading, finance has always been our focus. Therefore we must rely on other entities, most commonly your government for heavier protection. Although Interspace has been involved in funding the development of ships before, we do not have access to any ships with a large enough power core to support an advanced jump drive.
Therefore Interspace convoys continue to regularly use the trade lanes, most commonly between Liberty and Bretonia, but also venturing into Kusari as well. Trade within Rheinland has become far too dangerous for our civilian vessels to attempt. However, our transport have recently come under recurring attacks by capital warships of Rheinland's Buro der Marineintelligenz in the California, Texas, and Cortez systems. Naval and LSF response is usually swift and brutal if the cowards do not flee immediately afterwards, but these quick strikes are nonetheless sapping our profits and endangering civilian employees of Interspace Commerce.
In the past, we had purchased the gunboat LNS Kirkland, now flying under the Interspace Commerce flag as the IC|E-Kirkland, the ship has performed admirably as an escort and convoy leader. Interspace Commerce does not typically employ capital ship crew, and if you gave us a cruiser, we would have to spend months and a heavy investment in training a proper crew. Therefore we would request to purchase additional gunboats of that class from the Liberty government.
Proof of good standing with the forces of Liberty:
Interspace Commerce has been a proud taxpaying corporation of The Republic of Liberty for several centuries. The notion that our primary security force would engage Liberty forces is preposterous.
I consent to having the equipment requested above removed upon breaking the Code of Conduct.[x]
Given the recent contributions from Interspace Commerce and the very real threat that the BDM pose to free trade throughout Sirius, I see no reason not to grant your request for two Liberty Gunboats. This will carry a fee of 20 million credits per gunboat, or 30 million credits per gunboat if you also intend to use Libertonian turrets. The fee for the gunboat without weaponry does includes the forward gun, so 20 million credits will get you one gunboat and the forward gun weapon system.
If you only intend to use one at this time, you will have to reapply when you want it, although this should be a formality, as the terms will be the same as the above.
I am very happy to hear that Interspace Commerce is once again on-side with the Republic of Liberty, a wise choice as we are all saddened to learn of the constant aggression of Rheinland against legitimate business interests and national sovereignty.
If you accept this pricing arrangement, please make the money payable to the account Ferris.Dufresne who is the head of the Central Liberty Internal Treasury. Provide proof here, with a timestamp, and then you will be free to acquire the equipment that you requested.
- Andrew Brown, Head of the Liberty Surplus Requisitioning Center.
That was, perhaps, the promptest payment this department has ever received. Although we would have preferred visual evidence, that would be our only, small, gripe. I assume that the ninety million credits, which was more than was asked for, is in respect to the first gunboat out of the three mentioned in the original request?
Either way, enjoy your equipment.
