Bonjour, monsieurs y madames.
The beginning of August was a very active time in the Taus. I managed to rack up quite a few kills on scrap haulers who decided helping the Maltese was the smart thing to do - however, it obviously was not.
Myself and Narcisse (an independent Corsican who has been assisting me in the Taus) met with one of the 'Liberty Rogues', apparently an unlawful piracy group within Liberty space. They seemed a bit hostile and did not want to agree to my demands, so we tried to blow them up - unfortunately, we could only kill their outcast escorts. A shame, really.
Next, myself, Commandant Picard, and Demolir 3, as well as a GMS bomber by the name of Lucas Bossuet, successfully stopped an Outcast attempt to smuggle large amounts of Cardamine through the Lorraine minefield hole. Roughly 7,000 units of Cardamine was destroyed across two transports and a Tridente gunboat. A nomad of some form also appeared, but it was successfully offed after smashing headfirst into the windscreen of the Aleria. By the way, someone's cleaning that up.
That's all I've got to report for now, but any more sniffers or sniffer-supporters I find in the Taus will, of course, be reported here.
I'm afraid I have some troubling news to report. While on Tau patrol I intercepted one of the Congress vessels coming from Tau-37. Surprisingly he was free of that disgusting Maltese product, but what he was in possession of was a shock to my Corsican heart. The man in question was captaining a l'Ane transport vessel! I could not believe my eyes that one of our ships had fallen into such disreputable hands. You would not believe the tale he spun about how he got it if I told you, so I will simply let him tell you himself.
If this man does not even know where this ship comes from I cannot help but think he is a liar and a thief! Such Sirian arrogance! Pah.
On a more interesting note, I ran across the most fascinating Sirian vessel I've yet seen not too long afterwards. It's hard to believe, but the Sirians have built a Heavy Fighter class vessel that can wield experimentals! I didn't know such things were possible! Commandant Maxim and myself had an interesting discussion with the pilot, who said that it was produced by some ingenious independent firm. Perhaps we should invest in this company and obtain some for ourselves? I believe the Commandant has some contacts he was going to use in investigating this.
I had an, uh, unusual encounter today. After returning some intercepted slaves to Freeport 10, some Maltese showed up. Nothing too unusual about that, though I was really outgunned at the time. Thankfully some of the IMG around responded to assist me, and I landed a few solid hits on the Maltese gunboat. Anyway, the weird thing is this "BD|" group showed up out of nowhere and were immediately talking about shooting me! Bad enough to have sniffers shooting my hull, now I have to deal with some weird bondage people too?! I don't now who they were, but we should be warry of them in the future. They sounded Kusarian, so perhaps our Hogosha or Samura friends can help us identify them?

Bonjour fellow Corsicans!
I set out on a routine patrol in Tau 23 along with Monsieur Mathieu Picard today. We came across Monsieur Narcisse Archimbaute who gave us an intel on possible Congress vessels traffic in and around Tau 23 of late. While we were discussing about this outside Java Station, a certain miner going by the name Scoot undocked from Java and started throwing out unnecessary and rather offensive accusations against the Corsicans.
Just when he was being taught about how to speak to a Corsican, our scanners picked up a vessel, of unknown origin approaching fast, from the direction of the Kyushu anomaly. We intercepted and to our surprise *coughs* not really, a Junker gunboat and fighter class vessel came to his assist. The supposed Kusarian vessel suffered an internal malfunction as he suicide rammed unto Monsieur Picard's vessel, lighting both of their ships in the process. The gunboat was terminated by Monsieur Narcisse. I chased down the Junker fighter and he docked in Java fearing his fate after his ship suffered sever damages. This was while Narcisse chased down an outcast gunboat and made him run for his life. After this, I docked at Java for repairs.
Parrain Ricard is unfortunately ill at the moment, so I took it upon myself to make these announcements.
Since Tribun Orsini retired et Tribun Marquise was voted out, the Senat has been short two Tribuns. At the beginning of this month, votes were held to replace them. Senatuer Nivalgo, you were elected by a majority of families as a new Tribun. The other came as a shock to me; Senateur Poitoux, you apparently made it in by the slimmest of margins. Perhaps a portion of the Senat does indeed prefer your more aggressive tactics.
As a side note, the Armed Command has been impressed by Grayson Matthew's recent improvement in flying ability. He is now a Lieutenant within the Armed Division.

What we knew yesterday, was different; and so were we."

I had an interesting run in with a Junker a few days back. I'm not really sure why she was out and about in the Taus, but she was definitely looking for trouble. Beligerant to the core, I did my best to keep our sparing verbal, given the possibility of a navy patrol sweeping by and all, but things got heated quickly. In the end I had to defend my honor and fought a tough battle that I nearly lost, but won with a moment of luck and skill!

[27.09.2014 17:10:29] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Oui, I'm sure.
[27.09.2014 17:10:59] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Don't you have some other tree to sniff up right now?
[27.09.2014 17:11:17] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Perhaps, but you smell particularly good.
[27.09.2014 17:11:39] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Oh?
[27.09.2014 17:11:43] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Must be my cologne!
[27.09.2014 17:12:08] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: I'm surprised there's no nox hiding in that hold of yours.
[27.09.2014 17:12:10] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Smells better than grease, I assure you.
[27.09.2014 17:12:30] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'm surprised you're not full of that sniffer weed.
[27.09.2014 17:12:48] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Disappointing really, I was just looking for an excuse to shoot oyu where you stand.
[27.09.2014 17:12:56] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *grins*
[27.09.2014 17:13:09] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Sadly the Royalists would find such to be inconvenient.
[27.09.2014 17:13:13] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Maybe I just won't look for an excuse.
[27.09.2014 17:13:47] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: You pick that trash snub out yourself?
[27.09.2014 17:14:21] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Better than having to borrow brigand tech, so weak and dependent, the Cartel is.
[27.09.2014 17:14:29] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Looks Sirian.
[27.09.2014 17:14:46] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Pfft. Says the dog of the Royalist.
[27.09.2014 17:14:51] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Au contraire, you forget we were the first junkers.
[27.09.2014 17:14:53] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Woof woof.
[27.09.2014 17:14:57] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *grins*
[27.09.2014 17:15:12] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Aaah, maybe that explains why I dislike the Sirian version so much!
[27.09.2014 17:15:17] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: I should tear your fuselage limb from limb.
[27.09.2014 17:15:32] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Oh? How, Sirian, of you.
[27.09.2014 17:16:08] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Really, I thought your organization thought that the Royals weren;t above such savagery.
[27.09.2014 17:16:19] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *looks confused*
[27.09.2014 17:16:22] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Uh, what?
[27.09.2014 17:16:40] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Nevermind, monsieur.
[27.09.2014 17:16:42] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Oh, uh, right?
[27.09.2014 17:17:05] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: So then, how shall we resolve this?
[27.09.2014 17:17:22] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Uh, well, there's a battleship full of royal ass over that away.
[27.09.2014 17:17:24] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *points*
[27.09.2014 17:17:31] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: You could go stick your nose up there perhaps?
[27.09.2014 17:18:04] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Or, there's a giant solar body over there that seems like it needs exploring.
[27.09.2014 17:18:09] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *points to the local sun*
[27.09.2014 17:18:20] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Why don't you find your way over to that nice outcast base and mine field.
[27.09.2014 17:18:32] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: I'm sure they would welcome you with open arms.
[27.09.2014 17:18:36] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: There's a minefield around here?
[27.09.2014 17:18:43] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Oh, right.
[27.09.2014 17:18:47] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: That minefield.
[27.09.2014 17:18:57] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Oui, that minefield, idiot.
[27.09.2014 17:19:01] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Nah. Things here are fine for me.
[27.09.2014 17:19:22] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Trying to do some business and all.
[27.09.2014 17:19:53] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Sure you wouldn't like me to turn up the temperature a few hundred Kelvin?
[27.09.2014 17:20:18] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Non. My fantastically constructed Unione Corse vessel has perfect climate control. And no grease!
[27.09.2014 17:20:37] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Unlike what I assume your trash heap has.
[27.09.2014 17:21:04] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: So, do you breathe grease?
[27.09.2014 17:21:08] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Hey now!
[27.09.2014 17:21:10] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Your shield is more than pliable it seems.
[27.09.2014 17:21:23] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'm sure your hull is more so.
[27.09.2014 17:21:26] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Testing the waters, and i'm finding them to my liking.
[27.09.2014 17:21:47] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: That tweaked my temperature a bit.
[27.09.2014 17:22:01] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'm going to need compensation for that.
[27.09.2014 17:22:11] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: *laughs*
[27.09.2014 17:22:14] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Say, 50,000 francs?
[27.09.2014 17:22:22] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: No can do monsieur.
[27.09.2014 17:22:42] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Well, only one way to get satisfaction then!
[27.09.2014 17:22:47] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Maybe if you whiny to your Sirian buddies they'll help you out.
[27.09.2014 17:22:50] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: En guarde!
[27.09.2014 17:22:55] (GJ)-Genevieve.la.Mare: Fine then!

Bonjour fellow Corsicans!
I launched from Java, to patrol through Tau 23, amidst various reports of Junker vessels moving cardamine through there and rising Outcast activity in that area. I was later joined by Monsieur Antoine La'Biere and Monsieur Narcisse Archimbaute. As expected, within few minutes of scouting the area, we found a Junker vessel and, to our surprise, a vessel, with Rogue idetification and in posession of cardamine, passing through Tau 23. We intercepted the vessel and proceeded to ask it to drop it's cargo. The vessel refused to do so and proceeded moving despite our attempts to stop it and make the captain drop the cargo.
We later had to initiate attack on both the vessels and they were ultimately destroyed before they could reach to a safe mooring point. Later that day, I found a Freelancer identified vessel moving in the direction of the Languedoc Jump Gate. Upon scanning, I found large quntities of Synthetic Marijuana in its cargo hold. I disrupted his cruise and asked him politely about his destination and his intentions. He kep quiet for sometime and upon further disrupting his cruise, he started to shoot me. I took care of him though, and made sure he did not reach his destination.
Monsieur Teissier, your evaluation period is at an end. You have accomplished many things of note since joining our family, and proven yourself trustworthy with the tasks assigned. We are proud to recognize you as a full Membre of l'Unione Corse, with all the rights and privileges afforded thereof.
Salut, submitting some paperwork after today's events.
Monsieur La'Biere and I were on Patrol in the Tau region when I came across an IND vessel at the Tau-37 jumphole. As it happens, the cargo hold was full of sniffer-rubbish.
Despite what I can only surmise as the stalling of a greedy Sirian, reluctant to release the filth into a targetting solution, the contraband was released into space and promptly incinerated next to the star; I'm sure the IMG will be pleased to hear about this news, although if I'm not mistaken we've encountered this organization before, acting in a similarly suspicious manner.
La'Biere resumed patrol whilst I conversed with a Sirian Privateer, who provided a little bit of useful information before an actual Sniffer appeared on the radar. It's attempt to flee towards it's home space failed and we promptly dealt with it for another credits-claim with the IMG in the Tau-37 system.
Full transmission logs of each separate event can be found attached below, and included is the disposal of cardamine near the Tau-23 star. I'd like to add however that the IND vessel was last seen flying back in the direction of Tau-37 whilst La'Biere and I took care of the Outcast. It may be worth keeping an eye out for it.
[20.01.2015 02:42:44] [UC]-Demolir.2: That's a big ship. [20.01.2015 02:42:54] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'd be suspicious of the liner.
[20.01.2015 02:43:02] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: *Chuckles* A Gaul believes this is big? [20.01.2015 02:43:04] [UC]-Demolir.2: Cardi
[20.01.2015 02:43:06] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: We've had some issues with them.
[20.01.2015 02:43:09] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Oh? En route!
[20.01.2015 02:43:21] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: I'd think you'd take a look at your own craft first. [20.01.2015 02:43:28] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: How much?
[20.01.2015 02:43:36] [UC]-Demolir.2: Either way, we don't see many ships of that size around here... [20.01.2015 02:43:41] [UC]-Demolir.2: 3630
[20.01.2015 02:43:47] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: A fair amount.
[20.01.2015 02:43:48] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Perhaps not your particular one at the moment, but I believe you know what I mean. [20.01.2015 02:44:09] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Armored well?
[20.01.2015 02:44:14] [UC]-Demolir.2: Oui, perhaps. And yet that cargo you seem to be hauling is a common sight by comparison. [20.01.2015 02:44:22] [UC]-Demolir.2: Cap 8
[20.01.2015 02:44:30] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: A common sight where?
[20.01.2015 02:44:31] [UC]-Demolir.2: Care to explain why you're carrying that? [20.01.2015 02:44:33] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Sounds like double team worthy trouble!
[20.01.2015 02:44:45] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'm at Nimes and making my way back to you now.
[20.01.2015 02:45:19] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Simply taking a load lost by a junker ambushed by the Guild at Freeport 10 for destruction in Tau-29.
[20.01.2015 02:45:56] [UC]-Demolir.2: An interesting tale... Though it does have a ring of probability to it monsieur. [20.01.2015 02:46:08] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: 45k out and closing.
[20.01.2015 02:46:25] [UC]-Demolir.2: Usually it's the Junkers who we end up seeing with that... stuff... around the Tau systems.
[20.01.2015 02:46:54] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: The Maltese seem to have left their distribution routes to third-parties more and more of late. [20.01.2015 02:47:25] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Is he being cooperative?
[20.01.2015 02:47:27] [UC]-Demolir.2: Oh, I'm sure there's a perfectly logical reason for that.
[20.01.2015 02:47:31] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: However, places like Freeport 10 are poor choices for ambushes. Frequent visitors, many un-addicted.
[20.01.2015 02:47:46] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Perhaps the Guild should re-visit its strategies.
[20.01.2015 02:47:54] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Bonjour, D2! [20.01.2015 02:48:10] [UC]-Demolir.2: He claims he recovered it from a Junker that was hunted by the Guild, and hasn't moved. I've yet to request anything of him.
[20.01.2015 02:48:15] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: And then you have Tau-29 - a system with a star rather far from its common routes.
[20.01.2015 02:48:29] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Almost convenient, in some ways. [20.01.2015 02:48:32] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Well then! Shall I ask, or shall you?
[20.01.2015 02:48:56] [UC]-Demolir.2: I shall leave the decision to you, monsieur.
[20.01.2015 02:48:59] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *looks closely at the ship*
[20.01.2015 02:49:04] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: That's quite the design! [20.01.2015 02:49:12] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Well, I'll lead off then.
[20.01.2015 02:49:17] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *grins*
[20.01.2015 02:49:32] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Quite sleek.
[20.01.2015 02:49:36] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Influence is all about perception, my friend. A Gaul should understand that just as well as any other.
[20.01.2015 02:49:37] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *nods approvingly*
[20.01.2015 02:49:53] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: But of course!
[20.01.2015 02:50:11] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: It's a shame your vessel is tainted by the terrible sniffer weed, though.
[20.01.2015 02:50:30] [UC]-Demolir.2: Oui, an unfortunate taint upon an otherwise magnifique design.
[20.01.2015 02:50:32] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: We would greatly appreciate it if you would leave it behind. We promise to take care of it. [20.01.2015 02:50:40] /time

[20.01.2015 02:50:51] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: It seems, however, that with two small ships of yours, our task would be rendered a bit easier.
[20.01.2015 02:51:04] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Task?
[20.01.2015 02:51:11] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *looks confused*
[20.01.2015 02:51:15] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: D2, what task?
[20.01.2015 02:51:30] [UC]-Demolir.2: A good question. Would you kindly elaborate, monsieur?
[20.01.2015 02:51:35] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: *Chuckles* Communication, my friends, communication.
[20.01.2015 02:51:48] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Were we not already doing that?
[20.01.2015 02:51:58] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: As I said, these were the dregs of a rather dubious Guild ambush.
[20.01.2015 02:52:09] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Uh-huh. [20.01.2015 02:52:32] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I have an idea.
[20.01.2015 02:52:42] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: We'll get him to drop it off at Java.
[20.01.2015 02:52:52] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: With so much in proximity to Freeport 10, we thought a bit of disposal might be in order.
[20.01.2015 02:53:00] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Quite the thought!
[20.01.2015 02:53:08] [UC]-Demolir.2: A sound idea!
[20.01.2015 02:53:13] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: We will gladly escort you to Java Station!
[20.01.2015 02:53:23] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'm sure the miners will be glad to finish what they started!
[20.01.2015 02:53:40] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: If you'll grant us a moment to finish the explanation.
[20.01.2015 02:53:52] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Uh, okay?
[20.01.2015 02:54:08] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: It seems pretty reasonably laid out already though, monsieur.
[20.01.2015 02:54:18] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: This much intoxicant shouldn't be trusted to human disposal, particularly in well-traveled areas.
[20.01.2015 02:54:35] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Oh?
[20.01.2015 02:54:56] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: I believe direct disposal into Tau-29's star would be more appropriate, especially with such star quite distanced
[20.01.2015 02:55:06] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: From its heavily traveled lanes.
[20.01.2015 02:55:31] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Hmm. I think we can help out a little quicker and cleaner, monsieur.
[20.01.2015 02:55:37] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: You see, we have anti-matter cannons.
[20.01.2015 02:55:39] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Although the Judgment is limited, not in its beauty of course, but its size. We are restricted in how close we can get
[20.01.2015 02:55:40] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Two of them.
[20.01.2015 02:55:51] [UC]-Demolir.2: *she frowns* Why that star in particular, if I may inquire?
[20.01.2015 02:56:06] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: If you jettison your cargo, we will turn them upon the Cardamine and expunge it totally!
[20.01.2015 02:56:20] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Anti-matter is the best way to make sure!
[20.01.2015 02:56:32] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Tau-23 has little in the way of organized travel, shall we say. The risk of exposure in any one area could be an
[20.01.2015 02:56:32] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: It'll be quite the violent reaction, I assure you!
[20.01.2015 02:56:47] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: active mining zone depending on asteroid movements.
[20.01.2015 02:57:04] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Tau-29, though, has much more regulated movement lanes.
[20.01.2015 02:57:12] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: We are quite practiced with our anti-matter, monsieur.
[20.01.2015 02:57:25] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: We assure you, we won't miss a single unit.
[20.01.2015 02:57:29] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: And the back-side of its star is well clear of any resources of routes.
[20.01.2015 02:57:36] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: You think he gets what I'm saying, D2?
[20.01.2015 02:58:12] [UC]-Demolir.2: Alternatively, they do have high-temperature incinerators aboard Java if you feel our anti-matter cannons would be inefficient.
[20.01.2015 02:58:29] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Monsieur, we have a contract to deal with such trash. We would be remiss to just leave it to another.
[20.01.2015 02:58:43] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Why bother risking human exposure when we can simply nudge it into a star's gravity well bit by bit?
[20.01.2015 02:58:45] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Much less allow you to pollute your vessel any longer than necessary.
[20.01.2015 02:59:04] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I don't see how vacuum counts as exposure, monsieur capitaine.
[20.01.2015 02:59:10] [UC]-Demolir.2: Monsieur... I don't see how there is even a remote possibility of human exposure out here in deep space.
[20.01.2015 02:59:24] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Then perhaps a demonstration.
[20.01.2015 02:59:24] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: And you are exposing your crew the longer you talk about it.
[20.01.2015 02:59:45] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: My crew is much more limited than I believe you know.
[20.01.2015 03:00:02] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I feel like he's stalling.
[20.01.2015 03:00:08] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: To Java for a moment, then?
[20.01.2015 03:00:20] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I suppose?
[20.01.2015 03:00:20] William.Honeycutt: Hello again sir
[20.01.2015 03:00:56] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Though I'm not sure what'l be different about it unless you're planning on having the crew dispose of it here.
[20.01.2015 03:01:07] William.Honeycutt: Thanks for the advice sir
[20.01.2015 03:01:19] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Hmm? Oh, yeah! No problem.
[20.01.2015 03:01:35] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: So, uh, what now? [20.01.2015 03:01:47] /time
[20.01.2015 03:01:47] 2015-01-20 03:01:45 SMT
[20.01.2015 03:01:51] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: You going to drop it off here then?
[20.01.2015 03:01:55] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Now, as we approach, take a ring or two of flight around my ship and this station.
[20.01.2015 03:02:25] [UC]-Demolir.2: You're awfully close to the hangar bay support beam...
[20.01.2015 03:02:35] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'm not sure what you're looking to demonstrate, monsieur.
[20.01.2015 03:02:58] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: How large do you believe the Judgment is compared to this station? [20.01.2015 03:03:01] [UC]-Demolir.2: Guncam live-feed recording in progress... I guess we'll see what he has in mind.
[20.01.2015 03:03:17] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Larger than it looks.
[20.01.2015 03:03:45] [UC]-Demolir.2: Taking into account the open corridors, any crew dormitories and other rooms aboard, about as much room as that refinery module
[20.01.2015 03:03:59] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Does it truly have enough capacity for 3700 units of poisoning materials along with its raw processing ores?
[20.01.2015 03:04:17] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Well, they've process several thousand rescued slaves at once before.
[20.01.2015 03:04:22] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Even more considering how it must all travel down the causeways from the docking platforms.
[20.01.2015 03:04:22] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'd say yes, they can.
[20.01.2015 03:04:57] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'm quite sure they'd be willing to make way for the destruction of said goods. They're quite adament about such things.
[20.01.2015 03:05:02] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Apparently I find your assistance booting this rash into a safe, naturally powered incenerater is lacking. For what
[20.01.2015 03:05:10] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: reason I can't seem to fathom.
[20.01.2015 03:05:32] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Particularly when it can be done so quickly and safely.
[20.01.2015 03:05:57] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *growls in frustration*
[20.01.2015 03:05:59] [UC]-Demolir.2: ... Monsieur. Despite your claims of swift, clean disposal... I must say your excuses for your proposed method...
[20.01.2015 03:06:19] [UC]-Demolir.2: ... Far more time-consuming than a simple antimatter explosion would require.
[20.01.2015 03:06:37] GuyofAwesomeness: Why hello!
[20.01.2015 03:06:39] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Oui. We could have destroyed it all in moments. Yet you keep talking about it.
[20.01.2015 03:06:51] [UC]-Demolir.2: And unfortunately, monsieur, we also have a schedule to maintain in our patrol route.
[20.01.2015 03:07:00] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Do you have other reasons for keeping it? Ah, D2 gets to the point.
[20.01.2015 03:07:00] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Then 23's star will suffice? I will not have innocents exposed to its remnants in tis secotr.
[20.01.2015 03:07:12] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: *this
[20.01.2015 03:07:13] William.Honeycutt: Pardon me, I feel like I came in the middle of this conversation, but what the bloody hell are you three discussing>?
[20.01.2015 03:07:17] GuyofAwesomeness: whats going on?
[20.01.2015 03:07:23] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Our anti-matter will suffice, capitaine.
[20.01.2015 03:07:42] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Please back a few klicks away from the station and jettison the sniffer trash.
[20.01.2015 03:07:46] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Now, if you insist on doing so, the Corse can live with the consequences. But it will happen at the star.
[20.01.2015 03:07:49] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: We'll take care of it from there.
[20.01.2015 03:08:22] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Monsieur, halt.
[20.01.2015 03:08:48] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: This is far enough. We'll take it from here. Drop the weed.
[20.01.2015 03:08:56] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: The star. You can stop this ship with whatever method you like, but it will not be until we are safely away.
[20.01.2015 03:09:01] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Don't be ignorant.
[20.01.2015 03:09:14] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Monsieur, it is you showing ignorance.
[20.01.2015 03:09:32] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: We ask one final time that you stop and drop the cargo.
[20.01.2015 03:10:00] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I fear this will get violent. [20.01.2015 03:10:15] [UC]-Demolir.2: As much as I'd like to see the sniffer rubbish burn in the star, this is certainly dragging on.
[20.01.2015 03:10:16] William.Honeycutt: That's a lot of cardamine
[20.01.2015 03:10:17] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: All of it.
[20.01.2015 03:10:29] William.Honeycutt: Wait...you are gonna DESTORY it?
[20.01.2015 03:10:34] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Of course.
[20.01.2015 03:10:37] William.Honeycutt: Why?!
[20.01.2015 03:11:19] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: It's vile trash, is qhy.
[20.01.2015 03:11:29] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Last bit to drop.
[20.01.2015 03:11:39] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Bon, monsieur.
[20.01.2015 03:11:40] William.Honeycutt: Yes, but valuable vile trash
[20.01.2015 03:12:00] Stan_Gazette: comment sa va
[20.01.2015 03:12:03] William.Honeycutt: I can't believe this
[20.01.2015 03:12:10] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Now, could it possibly cross your mind as to why location is important?
[20.01.2015 03:12:31] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: *yawns and sips drinks* [20.01.2015 03:12:34] /time
[20.01.2015 03:12:34] 2015-01-20 03:12:32 SMT
[20.01.2015 03:12:42] William.Honeycutt: *Sighs*
[20.01.2015 03:12:51] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Merci, mon capitaine.
[20.01.2015 03:12:53] Stan_Gazette: ah, location, location, location. ;-)>
[20.01.2015 03:12:57] William.Honeycutt: You Gauls are strange indeed
[20.01.2015 03:13:09] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Because we hate mutagenic trash?
[20.01.2015 03:13:09] Stan_Gazette: lol,
[20.01.2015 03:13:11] [UC]-Demolir.2: I would prefer to be called thurough, monsieur.
[20.01.2015 03:13:16] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: That's a funny statement, monsieur.
[20.01.2015 03:13:20] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: What's up, Corse?
[20.01.2015 03:13:29] William.Honeycutt: Well, I will give you that...you are thorough
[20.01.2015 03:13:37] Stan_Gazette: c ya
[20.01.2015 03:13:44] William.Honeycutt: That was millions of credits
[20.01.2015 03:13:48] William.Honeycutt: Easily
[20.01.2015 03:14:04] [UC]-Demolir.2: And?
[20.01.2015 03:14:17] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Less profit for the Maltese is profit for us!
[20.01.2015 03:14:22] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Perhaps one day, the Corse will understand. You and the Guild seem to know nothing of Cardamine and its residual
[20.01.2015 03:14:23] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *grins broadly*
[20.01.2015 03:14:25] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: nature
[20.01.2015 03:14:35] William.Honeycutt: I say again...millions of credits
[20.01.2015 03:14:52] [UC]-Demolir.2: And ensuring it's removal was also worth millions of credits.
[20.01.2015 03:14:54] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Monsieur, it destroys lives. We've done Sirius a favor.
[20.01.2015 03:15:03] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: D2 also speaks the truth!
[20.01.2015 03:15:06] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: Done what favor?
[20.01.2015 03:15:11] William.Honeycutt: Well yeah, but you screwed the Outcasts by having it, so why not help yourself
[20.01.2015 03:15:22] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Why would we ever want that filth?
[20.01.2015 03:15:34] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: It warps a man!
[20.01.2015 03:15:40] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *spits contemptuously*
[20.01.2015 03:15:44] William.Honeycutt: Think of it this way...when I rob an IDF convoy trading metal, I hurt IDF regardless of what I do with the metal
[20.01.2015 03:15:44] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Because it competes with your own filth.
[20.01.2015 03:15:53] William.Honeycutt: But if I sell the metal, I help myself too
[20.01.2015 03:15:58] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *looks aghast*
[20.01.2015 03:16:01] William.Honeycutt: Independent of hurting IDF
[20.01.2015 03:16:04] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: This is the way of things. You fear competition.
[20.01.2015 03:16:10] [UC]-Demolir.2: Was that an accusation, monsieur?
[20.01.2015 03:16:16] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Monsieur capitaine, I'm afraid I don't know what you're talking about!
[20.01.2015 03:16:23] William.Honeycutt: Me?
[20.01.2015 03:16:36] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Perhaps you are allowing the fumes to mess with your head?
[20.01.2015 03:16:42] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: *Chuckles* Of course you don't.
[20.01.2015 03:16:43] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: "Residual contact" and all that.
[20.01.2015 03:16:48] William.Honeycutt: Oh I don't touch the stuff...cuts into profit
[20.01.2015 03:17:03] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: Gentilmen, gentilmen. What we need is a civil discussion over alchohol and cigars!
[20.01.2015 03:17:11] William.Honeycutt: Now, I have been known to open a case of that splendid Malbec you Gauls produce
[20.01.2015 03:17:18] William.Honeycutt: Guilty as charged
[20.01.2015 03:17:26] William.Honeycutt: But cardamine? No thanks
[20.01.2015 03:17:44] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: How do you feel about NOX, William?
[20.01.2015 03:17:55] William.Honeycutt: I've only heard of it
[20.01.2015 03:18:05] William.Honeycutt: The convoys I've popped haven't carried it
[20.01.2015 03:18:12] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: MOX? That nuclear fuel?
[20.01.2015 03:18:23] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: *looks perplexed*
[20.01.2015 03:18:29] [UC]-Demolir.2: Don't the Rheinlanders use that? So inefficient.
[20.01.2015 03:18:34] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: And the Corse? I'm sure your distrust for mind-altering substances is universal, eh?
[20.01.2015 03:18:38] [UC]-Demolir.2: Oil is a much more reliable fuel source.
[20.01.2015 03:18:42] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Ah yes! The Rheinland fuel!
[20.01.2015 03:18:49] William.Honeycutt: Oil? That stuff from ancient sol?
[20.01.2015 03:19:03] William.Honeycutt: What the bloody HELL is going on up in Gallia?
[20.01.2015 03:19:06] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: It runs our engiens well enough.
[20.01.2015 03:19:13] [UC]-Demolir.2: I think you'll find, monsieur, that we have plenty of oil back in Gallia.
[20.01.2015 03:19:29] William.Honeycutt: The only oil I need is to cook with good sir
[20.01.2015 03:20:01] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: I'd go with something more efficent like H-fuel
[20.01.2015 03:20:12] William.Honeycutt: Antoine, I do owe you a drink though
[20.01.2015 03:20:18] [UC]-Demolir.2: You're not telling me you use fuel to cook with..?
[20.01.2015 03:20:25] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: Eh no...
[20.01.2015 03:20:28] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: *laughs*
[20.01.2015 03:20:31] William.Honeycutt: Olive oil sir
[20.01.2015 03:20:38] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: Ther are gas ovens though
[20.01.2015 03:20:47] William.Honeycutt: Corn oil in a pinch
[20.01.2015 03:21:09] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: The Course have quite an array of "fuel" at their disposal. It's very impressive to say the least.
[20.01.2015 03:21:22] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Small vials no less. Quite potent.
[20.01.2015 03:21:23] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: oh?
[20.01.2015 03:21:26] GuyofAwesomeness: What is going on?
[20.01.2015 03:21:38] [UC]-Demolir.2: You can thank EFL for most of our engine propellants.
[20.01.2015 03:21:40] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: I'd love to see it.
[20.01.2015 03:22:01] [UC]-Demolir.2: Unfortunately Sirius based equipment is highly incompattible with LPG and Oil.
[20.01.2015 03:22:04] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: No, but those at Argenton...simply magnificant.
[20.01.2015 03:22:36] William.Honeycutt: I'll say again, you Gauls are strange
[20.01.2015 03:22:39] [UC]-Demolir.2: All finished with the live-feed, disabling for now. It'll be good to send to the IMG.
[20.01.2015 03:22:50] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Monsieur capitaine, you've done your duty to the IMG. Aren't you losing profit staying here?
[20.01.2015 03:22:53] GuyofAwesomeness: and you're a political pirate
[20.01.2015 03:22:58] [UC]-Demolir.2: To be fair, monsieur, the same could be said of any house by any other house.
[20.01.2015 03:23:01] William.Honeycutt: I'd spend more time living in wonder of your ways if I didn't spend half my time being shot at by you
[20.01.2015 03:23:02] [IND]Summary.Judgment: Preston: Not at all. They simple look out for their own business interests.
[20.01.2015 03:23:13] William.Honeycutt: A valid point Demolir
[20.01.2015 03:23:27] Death: NLF.Morn suffered a self-inflicted catastrophic decompression.
[20.01.2015 03:23:43] [UC]-Demolir.2: Inter-house customs in general can be quite strange, depending on how specific societies function.
[20.01.2015 03:24:18] William.Honeycutt: Valid, although it is equally valid that when the vast majority of Sirius met your countrymen it was when you were invading us
[20.01.2015 03:24:34] William.Honeycutt: Doesn't lend itself to cultural exhange
[20.01.2015 03:24:44] William.Honeycutt: But you two seem...different
[20.01.2015 03:24:47] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: *takes a smoke*
[20.01.2015 03:25:07] [UC]-Demolir.2: That can only be a valid statement if you exclude the rebels as a separate society to the Kingdom's citizens.
[20.01.2015 03:25:24] William.Honeycutt: I won't pretend to understand what's going on past the minefield
[20.01.2015 03:25:39] William.Honeycutt: All I know is that the ones called hte Council don't shoot me on sight
[20.01.2015 03:25:49] William.Honeycutt: Life is about the little things sir
[20.01.2015 03:25:57] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: *chuckle* or the big too.
[20.01.2015 03:26:11] [UC]-Demolir.2: *lets out a subtle cough*
[20.01.2015 03:26:18] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: Smoke?
[20.01.2015 03:26:43] William.Honeycutt: A full day for me is an IDF with much less cargo and a drink at the end of it [20.01.2015 03:26:56] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: I'll watch the anomaly.
[20.01.2015 03:27:09] William.Honeycutt: I leave geopolitics to those smarter than me, well, at least those who talk smarter than me
[20.01.2015 03:27:19] [UC]-Demolir.2: Each to their own, I suppose.
[20.01.2015 03:27:23] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: *laugh* well said!
[20.01.2015 03:27:27] William.Honeycutt: Again, it is the little things
[20.01.2015 03:27:34] William.Honeycutt: So tell me about this "Corse"
[20.01.2015 03:27:59] William.Honeycutt: The fact that you didn't shoot me on sight is a bonus sir
[20.01.2015 03:28:28] [UC]-Demolir.2: I'm sure monsieur La'Biere would be better-suited to a brief run down on our organization, or you could ask the IMG.
[20.01.2015 03:28:51] William.Honeycutt: I'll ask around on Falkland or Holman or Java
[20.01.2015 03:29:20] William.Honeycutt: So Fallen, what brings you to this lovely system?
[20.01.2015 03:29:39] {AFC}-The.Fallen[P]: I opperate here at times *shurgs and puffs*
[20.01.2015 03:29:45] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Tango!
[20.01.2015 03:29:49] William.Honeycutt: Good enough for me [20.01.2015 03:29:52] [UC]-Demolir.2: I have a cross signature on my scanners... Oui
[20.01.2015 03:30:00] [UC]-Antoine.La'Biere.: Oh ho! Prey!

I had a most intriguing pair of discussions recently while overseeing some operations within Liberte space. While directing matters upon the Cachette Secrete in Liberte, we were followed and raised on communications by a fellow identifying himself as Mr. Yoshida, who claimed to be working on behalf of the Lane Hackers. He was quite adamant about talking to us, so I allowed the capitaine of my vessel speak and listen on my behalf near the Cortez Jump Gate in the California system. The conversation was as dismal as I expected, unfortunately.
[22.02.2015 23:28:36] Mr.Yoshida,: Hello Unione Corse. [22.02.2015 23:28:58] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *raises an eyebrow* [22.02.2015 23:29:40] Mr.Yoshida,: Please halt your vessel. [22.02.2015 23:31:05] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Please tell me why I would do that? [22.02.2015 23:31:16] Mr.Yoshida,: Because we need to talk.
[22.02.2015 23:31:20] Mr.Yoshida,: Proceed to Cortez JG. [22.02.2015 23:31:20] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Oui?
[22.02.2015 23:31:26] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I can talk here.
[22.02.2015 23:32:00] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I assure you, I'm quite capable of talking from here.
[22.02.2015 23:32:19] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I'm less inclined to do so with people who shoot out my trade lane routes, though. [22.02.2015 23:32:36] Mr.Yoshida,: You have probably missed the fact that we have nothing against the Unione Corse. [22.02.2015 23:32:56] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I tend to focus on the things I see, such as the lane before me being brought down. [22.02.2015 23:33:28] Mr.Yoshida,: I didn't bring nothing down. And I find Unione Corse as potential business partners. [22.02.2015 23:34:03] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You'll need to explain that one to me, then, as I am certain I saw otherwise. [22.02.2015 23:34:18] Mr.Yoshida,: Good. Proceed where you've been designated and I shall. [22.02.2015 23:34:45] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: And this link is insufficient to that end how? [22.02.2015 23:34:57] Mr.Yoshida,: Can be hacked. [22.02.2015 23:35:09] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *raises an eyebrow*
[22.02.2015 23:35:30] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Can it now. And you believe local communications to be more secure? [22.02.2015 23:35:49] Mr.Yoshida,: Indeed. Due to their small proximity. [22.02.2015 23:35:58] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *laughs*
[22.02.2015 23:36:08] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Very well, we'll see what you have to say. [22.02.2015 23:37:02] Mr.Yoshida,: Excellent.
[22.02.2015 23:37:42] Mr.Yoshida,: Would you like to enlighten me with your name and rank within the Unione Corse? [22.02.2015 23:37:58] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: That's irrelevant.
[22.02.2015 23:38:15] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: If you have a missive to give, I'll hear it. [22.02.2015 23:38:57] Mr.Yoshida,: I am of the opinion that there is a lot of room for business partnership with the Unione Corse. [22.02.2015 23:39:19] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: So think many. [22.02.2015 23:39:22] Mr.Yoshida,: You're outstanding citizens of Gallia afterall and thus valuable to us. [22.02.2015 23:39:27] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: And you represent whom? [22.02.2015 23:39:42] Mr.Yoshida,: The Lane Hackers, of course.
[22.02.2015 23:40:22] Mr.Yoshida,: Hello Lola. [22.02.2015 23:40:24] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I'm not certain a single pilot is worthwhile for any purpose. [22.02.2015 23:40:28] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: Well well, Mr Yoshida, I have heard alot about you
[22.02.2015 23:40:49] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: Union Corse is this Hacker bothering you. [22.02.2015 23:40:53] Mr.Yoshida,: Do you know Montezuma Base?
[22.02.2015 23:41:07] Mr.Yoshida,: We can continue our delicate discussions there. [22.02.2015 23:41:23] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Hmm, it seems this is secure enough for you after all now, oui? [22.02.2015 23:41:25] Mr.Yoshida,: Lola, why don't you start running.
[22.02.2015 23:41:32] Mr.Yoshida,: No it is not. [22.02.2015 23:41:37] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: Im not afraid of you Mr Yoshida, and I am waiting on a response. [22.02.2015 23:41:44] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: This gentlemen does appear to be in the way of the gate, if nothing else. [22.02.2015 23:42:01] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: Well Mr Yoshida, you heard the Union Corse [22.02.2015 23:42:05] Mr.Yoshida,: So will you head there? [22.02.2015 23:42:05] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: Please move away from the gate. [22.02.2015 23:42:07] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Perhaps if he were to move off then business would progress? [22.02.2015 23:42:33] Mr.Yoshida,: I will make sure this Interspace does not follow us. [22.02.2015 23:42:34] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: I agree, this Hacker is well known for blocking the gates and lanes [22.02.2015 23:42:38] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I have passengers, monsieur. Passengers who are paying for trip, not a side trip to a dangerous spot. [22.02.2015 23:42:45] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: He has pirated a few of the Knight Transporters and DSE transporters. [22.02.2015 23:42:48] Mr.Yoshida,: I can vouch for your safety. [22.02.2015 23:43:10] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: And I would entertain several thousand guests in what manner while we talk? Non, I think not today. [22.02.2015 23:43:11] Mr.Yoshida,: And I suppose you want me to focus more on your Knight ships? [22.02.2015 23:43:17] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: No not at all [22.02.2015 23:43:22] Mr.Yoshida,: I thought you were relieved that I stopped doing it. [22.02.2015 23:43:26] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: I would like you to let this gentlemen go through [22.02.2015 23:43:40] Mr.Yoshida,: I am disappointed with you. [22.02.2015 23:43:42] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: So if you would. Please move out of the gate. [22.02.2015 23:43:46] Mr.Yoshida,: You just ruined a good business deal. [22.02.2015 23:43:49] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: Soon as he is has gone safetly. I will be on my way. [22.02.2015 23:43:55] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: My passengers would certainly appreciate being able to complete their journey. [22.02.2015 23:44:21] Mr.Yoshida,: I will forward your lack of conviction to the Professors. [22.02.2015 23:44:28] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Oui? How dour of you to say so when I've heard nothing of worth from you yet. [22.02.2015 23:44:39] Mr.Yoshida,: That is because we haven't talk enough
[22.02.2015 23:44:49] Mr.Yoshida,: Drop those passenger and then return to find me.
[22.02.2015 23:45:05] Mr.Yoshida,: If you don't do that then I'll have my answer. [22.02.2015 23:45:08] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I find your attitude impetuous and rude, monsieur.
[22.02.2015 23:45:18] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Bien, monsieur hacker. [22.02.2015 23:45:19] [Knight]F-Lola.Simons: Is that enough room [22.02.2015 23:45:21] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Adieu. [22.02.2015 23:46:03] Mr.Yoshida,: I expect a message soon.
Regrettably, it was not to be the only trouble with this pest we would experience this day. Ferrying wounded Bretonian troopers we managed to smuggle off the surface of Leeds, helped in no small part by the cargo of Nox we brought with us I'm sure, we were accosted once more by this so called representative of the Lane Hackers. Becoming tired of his attempts to raise us on the comms I relented and had the capitaine arrange a meeting in the Kepler System in the hopes that perhaps a more private conversation would yield something fruitful, but I did not hold high hopes to that end. I believe that to be wise given the discussion between "Mr. Yoshida" and my capitaine.
[23.02.2015 00:37:42] Mr.Yoshida,: I hope you're not carrying any human cargo again.
[23.02.2015 00:44:43] Mr.Yoshida,: So? [23.02.2015 00:45:10] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: So what, monsieur? I'm tasked with delivering critically wounded men to a hospital right now.
[23.02.2015 00:45:22] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Would you have me let them expire? [23.02.2015 00:45:30] Mr.Yoshida,: So I think you're interested to talk business then.
[23.02.2015 00:45:33] Mr.Yoshida,: you're not* [23.02.2015 00:45:56] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I haven't even heard the vaguest insinuation of what said business is about, monsieur.
[23.02.2015 00:46:20] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You cannot expect me to divert without reason, now can you?
[23.02.2015 00:47:11] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I will be passing Ames rather soon. Say what you hae to say there.
[23.02.2015 00:47:16] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *have [23.02.2015 00:47:43] Mr.Yoshida,: I shall meet you there, then. *here the identifier switches* [23.02.2015 00:56:14] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Greetings. [23.02.2015 00:56:22] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *raises an eyebrow*

[23.02.2015 00:57:09] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Prove it. [23.02.2015 00:57:27] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: This is getting annoying.
[23.02.2015 00:57:35] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: So let me put this [23.02.2015 00:57:46] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I do enjoy the simple things in life, monsieur.
[23.02.2015 00:57:53] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Consistency being one of them. [23.02.2015 00:58:15] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: We view the Unione Corse as potential business partners. If you think that you do not want to deal with the Hackers,
[23.02.2015 00:58:54] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: then I think your transports in Liberty can become fine targets for our interdiction operations. [23.02.2015 00:59:06] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Aren't you blunt. [23.02.2015 00:59:20] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I am. But that is because you exhausted my patience. [23.02.2015 00:59:30] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Perhaps you are unaware of previous attempts to deal in business between your organization and ours? [23.02.2015 00:59:34] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: With passengers, wounded men and now questioning who I am.
[23.02.2015 00:59:57] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: And what happened to the previous attempts? [23.02.2015 01:00:00] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You do not bear the same identity I last saw of a whom you claim to be, monsieur.
[23.02.2015 01:00:09] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *shrugs*
[23.02.2015 01:00:19] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: They fell through, I believe. [23.02.2015 01:00:42] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I am currently searching the neural net as we speak. [23.02.2015 01:00:57] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Entirely up to you.
[23.02.2015 01:01:02] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I wasn't involved. [23.02.2015 01:01:28] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: And I cannot find anything.
[23.02.2015 01:02:03] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Are you aware of the Blackport 66 in this system? *an attack by a passing convoy interrupted us for a moment* [23.02.2015 01:03:37] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Violent, aren't they? [23.02.2015 01:03:43] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Indeed.
[23.02.2015 01:03:58] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: They should be glad that you're my operations' target. [23.02.2015 01:04:48] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I'm sorry, monsieur, but I'm not interested in following you off of the beaten path.
[23.02.2015 01:04:58] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: If you have anything meaningful to say, say it here. [23.02.2015 01:05:17] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: *sighs*
[23.02.2015 01:05:30] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I want you to tell me what happened in the previous attempts. [23.02.2015 01:05:40] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *shrugs*
[23.02.2015 01:06:04] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I wasn't involved, monsieur. I wouldn't know. I'm only passingly familiar of an attempt to broach a deal that didn't make it. [23.02.2015 01:06:25] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Very well.
[23.02.2015 01:06:32] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Can you pass this to your higher-ups then? [23.02.2015 01:06:54] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: All I've heard is a threat to be bellicose from you. [23.02.2015 01:06:58] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Our meeting and the prospect of a business deal? [23.02.2015 01:06:59] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: That's hardly a business proposition. [23.02.2015 01:07:58] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: So?
[23.02.2015 01:08:37] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I only want a yes or no from you. [23.02.2015 01:08:55] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Is your entire business proposal to shoot us when we make our appearance here?
[23.02.2015 01:09:08] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Because that's the only proposition I've yet heard, mon ami. [23.02.2015 01:09:46] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: That is the only proposition that YOU want to hear.
[23.02.2015 01:09:52] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: That is totally inaccurate. [23.02.2015 01:10:18] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You said something along the lines of, and I pseudo-quote here, "Be our partner or get shot." [23.02.2015 01:10:56] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I am not exactly familiar with Unione Corse [23.02.2015 01:11:08] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Timestamp SMT of 00:58:22 through 00:59:01, monsieur.
[23.02.2015 01:11:20] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *laughs*
[23.02.2015 01:11:36] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You propose that we would be good business partners for you and you don't even know who we are?
[23.02.2015 01:11:44] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *laughs louder*
[23.02.2015 01:11:49] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Oui, this is rich, monsieur. [23.02.2015 01:12:02] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: But I know that Corse families know what business means. [23.02.2015 01:12:05] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Are you a travelling comedian?
[23.02.2015 01:12:10] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Oui, we know business.
[23.02.2015 01:12:15] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: That means profit. [23.02.2015 01:12:34] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: That is enough. You are insulting. [23.02.2015 01:12:34] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: That means dealing with those who share a similar interest.
[23.02.2015 01:12:45] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Monsieur, it is you who are insulting here. [23.02.2015 01:12:53] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I don't manage to finish my sentence and you already comment upon it. [23.02.2015 01:12:59] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You make no concrete proposal.
[23.02.2015 01:13:11] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You threaten violence if your way is not met.
[23.02.2015 01:13:25] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Why should I take you at anything beyond that? [23.02.2015 01:13:35] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Greetings PLR. [23.02.2015 01:13:59] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You even acknowledge you don't even know who you're dealing with. [23.02.2015 01:14:08] PLR:Unlawfully.Borrowed: Greetings [23.02.2015 01:14:32] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Salut. [23.02.2015 01:14:32] PLR:Unlawfully.Borrowed: Sounds like a riot going on here. Don't mind me
[23.02.2015 01:14:37] 2015-02-23 01:14:45 SMT Traffic control alert: PLR:Unlawfully.Borrowed has requested to dock [23.02.2015 01:14:37] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Yes
[23.02.2015 01:14:45] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: This Gallic forgot his place.
[23.02.2015 01:15:00] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I was saying, PLR
[23.02.2015 01:15:06] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: That this Gallian forgot his place. [23.02.2015 01:15:08] PLR:Unlawfully.Borrowed: I don't understand, why are you hostile to me Hacker? [23.02.2015 01:15:09] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I arrived here because you asked me to hear a business proposition.
[23.02.2015 01:15:20] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: All I've heard are threats and bloviating. [23.02.2015 01:15:23] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: That is because I flash a Guard IFF. [23.02.2015 01:15:36] PLR:Unlawfully.Borrowed: Interesting....
[23.02.2015 01:15:42] PLR:Unlawfully.Borrowed: I'll be sure to tell my Bss [23.02.2015 01:16:15] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Will that be all for your business proposal hacker? [23.02.2015 01:16:16] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: If you can only understand with threats, then threat it is then.
[23.02.2015 01:16:29] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: But this is not what I wanted to carry across.
[23.02.2015 01:16:37] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: And this is not my intention. [23.02.2015 01:16:51] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Then rectify that.
[23.02.2015 01:17:15] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I want to conduct business with the Unione Corse
[23.02.2015 01:17:20] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Simple and easy. [23.02.2015 01:17:45] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: What sort of business would you propose? [23.02.2015 01:17:47] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: If you do not wish to deal with our kind, presumably because you want to secure your good relations with Lib Gov
[23.02.2015 01:18:02] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Then I see why we should not consider you as another corporate lackey.
[23.02.2015 01:18:11] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: That is what I had said. Now with more details than before. [23.02.2015 01:18:36] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I've heard nothing new in your statement regarding what it is that you seek from us. [23.02.2015 01:19:11] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I will not relay this to you, you apparently are a low-ranked transport captain.
[23.02.2015 01:19:21] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: This is directed to your bosses. [23.02.2015 01:19:23] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: *laughs*
[23.02.2015 01:19:52] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Monsieur, it seems you would have been better off direction a Neural Net transmission to me.
[23.02.2015 01:20:09] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: At least then you would not be speaking to a lowly transport captain. [23.02.2015 01:20:31] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: I have no links to Unione Corse
[23.02.2015 01:20:39] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: That is why you will relay it to them [23.02.2015 01:20:42] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I shall remind my superiors of your wish to harm our interests, however.
[23.02.2015 01:20:58] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I'm sure I can write up a missive telling them of our encounter.
[23.02.2015 01:21:49] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Will that be all? [23.02.2015 01:22:36] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: *laughs* Well, if you relay only threats and this does not go as intended, you'll be the one to be blamed.
[23.02.2015 01:22:51] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: And I'll make sure to inform the rest of the families about this fact. [23.02.2015 01:23:22] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: I'm quite certain they'll take your word on that over mine. I am but a lowly transport captain, after all.
[23.02.2015 01:23:37] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: Very well.
[23.02.2015 01:23:52] [UC]V-Cachette.Secrete: You are dismissed, *cough*Mister Yoshida*cough*. [23.02.2015 01:23:58] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Your negative disposition is the one at fault.
[23.02.2015 01:24:07] LH~Leiden.Interdictor: Good day.
I am unfortunately only passingly familiar with respect to our standing with the Lane Hackers of Liberte, and will have to dig into the Senat archives to learn more, but my impression of them does not bode well. I see no opportunity to be had with an organization that wishes to negotiate with us at the end of a weapon. I am sure that the Senat will arrive at a similar conclusion, but I leave it up to them to decide our response.
