Alexis laughed, giving Cat a quick hug after they were on the dance floor. Smiling, she took Cat's other hand and begsn to dance a bit, but not moving around much.
"Just mirror me and you'll be fine." She grinned,. "And you won't die from embarassment Cat. If you do, then I'll hsve to fly to Hell and back. And I know you don't want me to do something stupid."
Kate looked at David with an innocent smile. "Oh that will be up to her to tell you.""This is not amusing." said Aurora, standing up and moving away from David and Kate.
"Predictable."
Meanwhile, Aurora noticed the small group of men composed of Remus, Lewis and whoever else. She approached Remus, stopping next to him and staring at him for a few seconds. "Your facial structure is fascinating."
Rohj's attention had drifted back to his drink. This however, did not last very long. He just ordered another scotch when he heard someone say, "Your facial structure is fascinating."
Teerin turned to see one of the purple-haired women that Clark just asked about, and did a double-take. Rohj looked at his drink for a moment, going through what he had just heard. Then, leaning over the bar, he asked the barman, "What kind of scotch is this?"
Jake Sanders stepped out of a Taxi, standing in front of the 'Rolling Stones' bar. Although he was not exactly confident that things would go well, maybe he'd actually know someone past their rank. His chunk of time in the Navy didn't include as much socializing as some others; Something he knew might come up. Jake hoped that after the party, that would change.
He'd dressed casual, not knowing exactly what or who to expect. If it was a party, it wouldn't be a problem on how he looked. Walking in, Jake saw things had already picked up. Drinks were flowing, music was playing, and a few people had decided to dance. Not quite knowing his place yet, he heading to the bartender and asked for a drink. When it arrived he leaned against the bar, and checked the place out. Maybe after an empty glass he'd figure out what to do.
James Harper, finally returning from all the other business he has had to do for the past few months walks past the 'Rolling Stones' bar and notices some familiar faces around. Not having anything else going on for the rest of the day before he resumes duty he decides for the heck of it to see what is going on. Heading inside the building he walks up the bartender and notices Sanders watching the other people, and takes a seat next to him and ordering a drink from the bartender.
"I have been gone for so long... almost forgot how you people were off duty" smiling and draining half his drink.
Remus watched Lewis as he went to the dance floor. *This is going to be fascinating...* As if by cue, the music changes and Lewis starts pulling off some wild moves. *Never knew you had it in you...* A small grin appears on his face, he then takes a sip of his drink. All of a sudden somebody behind him speaks, "Your facial structure is fascinating." Remus almost chokes on his drink...
" *coughs* What in Heav-", he turns around and finds one of the purple haired women standing behind him. It takes a while before words come out of his mouth. The color of her eyes seem to bother Remus. *Must be contacts...*, he thought. He motions the bartender for another glass to which the bartender slides one down the aisle. In a swift motion, Remus catches it and pours in the champagne, offering it to the strange woman.
"Thats the weirdest compliment I've heard... care for a drink?"
David watched and listened as Aurora walked over to Remus, raising an eyebrow. He turned to Kate.
"Sure this is a wise idea, Kate? I'd rather Sius didn't have to suffer another 'trauma' like before. After he got himself captured by Eva McDowell he could hardly look a woman in the eye for months."
He paused, looking at Kate's slowly emptying glass. "What're you drinking, Kate?" he asked, standing up and reaching for his wallet.

Jasmine was surprised... Very surprised. She'd expected more of a protest from Natalie, and really hadn't anticipated they would be be joined by Lewis, of all people. She stood watching, stunned for a moment by the slowly gathering crowd on the dancefloor, then turned to Natalie.
[color=#FFFFCC]"Nat... I think I'm going to need more drink..."
"That's a good idea, Jasmine. Let's go!" Natalie replied and dragged Greenson off the dance-floor towards the bar. 'I can't stand dancing anyway...' She thought to herself and started to grin for unknown reasons. 'And it's better to avoid all these people.'
"Something strong for us, it doesn't matter what it is." Natalie said to the barkeeper once they had reached the bar. She then looked around for a place that was not too crowded. "I don't know about you, but I'll sneak away into a silent corner." Natalie then said to Greenson while she waited for the drinks.
After dancing with Cat for awhile, must to her personal joy, Alexis mercifully brought Cat off the dance floor and to a booth, where she left and returned with some coffee for the other woman.
"See wasn't that bad!" She said.
Alexis then spotted Nat and glanced at Cat. "I'll be right back."
Alexis calmly walked over to Nat and tapped her shoulder. "Hey Nat. Got a minute?"
After the barkeeper brought the drinks, Natalie emptied hers in one gulp. "Bring me another one, please." She then said to the barkeeper, not really caring if she was annoying for him or not. 'Reminds me a bit of the past...' Natalie thought and turned around to look at Alexis.
