If they can talk english in a none local way, they can speak english perfectly - don't try to impose sci-fi into this, Its only because of what tree said that the majority don't. But, my arguement is that if people wish to talk with symbols and qoute marks thats fine by me, but part of the reason why people are no longer scared of the nomads is the way they talk. It's giving people down.

And here you just hit rock bottom stupid again. Actually you crash right through rock bottom like a bunker-busting bomb and go even deeper, like every time. (also, nomads werent made to inhabit space, they were made to alter, mimic, and interact with other species. read the god damn vanilla lore you claim you know so well)

"Poor" Nomadspeak... bla bla
Let me assure you, Haste, that your nom speak sounds every bit as stupid to other people as other people's nomspeak sounds to you. Nobody knows the reasons in your head why you think your nomspeak is super-soffisticated, and nobody cares. Just like you dont know and dont care for other people's nomspeak.
Zen got it right.
If you think you're doing super-intelligent RP, hey... do it.
But dont force other people to do the same thing and then call it stupid. Its sounds EXACTLY as stupid as yours.

Hmm. Well then let me as this: should people be scared of the nomads by the way they 'talk'? Should the conversation be somewhat scary in the first place? Because personally I tend to think that it isn't exactly supposed to be the scary element. Ominous at times, may be, vague themes and such, yes, but not really intimidating, nor something like an infamous Sovereign speech in Mass Effect either. Sure it was very imposing and cool (booming voice acting and post-processing), but that's a different game and has a very different antagonist too.

Obviously you're too dense to figure out that nomad vessels weren't made to interact. Incubi that infests humans on the other hand do fulfil that function.

I'm sorry a nomad nom-spoke to you. Next time I guess we'll just blue the ever-living hell out of you instead of trying to RP on a RP server
