Giving is class 9 hf shield, buffing powercore to 9k, buffing guns and increasing armor rating. while keeping everything else in place like it was.. is just making superfast small heavy fighter.

If moved to a HF, it certainly won't keep its current turning speed or stats and would be rebalanced accordingly, while of course being made slightly faster than the Wraith to make it useful, while having less armor, etc. I've already said this.

Loki is of similiar size. Yet nor that light fighter is very easy to hit. Nor hessian complaints about it. It was pretty much one of the most favorite light fighters back in 4.85 along with liberator.
I seriuosly don't get it whats so wrong with phantom after it got a buff. If you give it 4x9 and it's propably it will be the best light fighter avalible.

It was? Certainly, I'd like to see some citation here. I've never seen the Hessian playerbase praising the Loki, nor have I actually seen any Hessian fly it in years either.

nnkay. Praising is one thing. Saying that it was one of the best of LF's is other. A lot of factions asked for it. And some employed it (like scra) rather well. Besides I had my time in Red Hessians for quite a while earlier to know this. And please watch your tone.
Anyway if phantom is too big.. you would want to revise some other lf's too. Like griffin for example. Which is actually in -need- of fixing.
