yes actualy, this is how it works, (WARNING; SCIENCE CONTENT)
1:make a "bubble" of space arround you.
2:expand space behind you
3:compress space infront of you
4:WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! FTL!
Because the only thing that can move faster than light is space itself, and it carries you with it.
