Good afternoon, esteemed members of the brass. This is Carlos_Santos, pilot of a newly outfitted Outcast Tridente class gunship, reporting in. I firmly believe in the undisputed sovereignty of our people and the unhindered flow of cardamine within the colonies, reason why I wish to place myself and my ship in the service of the Outcast Commonwealth. Standing objectives include the safeguarding of the cardamine trade, suppression of any and all exploratory, expansive or industrial initiatives of our enemies, that may pose a threat to outcast territories\interests, as defined in standing Legislation and foreign affairs of the High Command.
In addition to duties befalling any armed outcast citizens, I am more than prepared to spearhead any initiatives Outcast officials, officers and units in the field set before me, in their wisdom.

Subject: Security
If I were a more impulsive man, I would find your insinuations offensive, de Vega. Regardless, the list is updated, and data beyond the ship names and their captains is highly secured - only myself, Minister Santini, and high command of the Ghosts and Brigade have access to any additional data.
I would advise you to discuss this Ranseur with the Ghosts of Razgriz, however. They have a new administrator, and he can be a bit difficult to deal with. Since you appear to have at least taken a few basic officer training courses, it might be smart to prove your willingness to cooperate and your competence now, rather than wait for a problem to come up.
This, while I'm at it, goes to all of you who are registering capital ships of any type. Even fighter pilots should at least consider meeting with the Brigade or Ghosts. The Corsairs and Colonials are getting bolder, and one day they might actually learn strategy and tactics; it's best that we prepare now.
Capitan Ishida,
neither me nor any member of my crew want ever imply that you or your office would treat the secret data careless or that there may be a spy between the people around you. If you or anybody else have had that impression, take this as our deepest apology. We have never wanted to offend you.
But for security reasons we didn't trust the transmission, it might be bugged.
As you can see above most of the other transmissions were kept rather short. So did we.
Again, Capitan Ishida: we haven't any doubts in your integrity and we never wanted to insinuate something like that.
A man walks up to the screen. His face is scarred, an odd look somewhere between a scowl and a smirk on his face.
"Seeing as I recently formed my own group (of sorts), the Maltese Border Patrol, I figured I should put us up here. Currently it's just me and my second in command, but..."
"Well, dont you worry. We'll find the pilots we need, eventually."
He types on a holo-pad to his right "Alright, here's the ship markers for me and my second."
"Remember, we're always here to serve the Maltese Nation"

"Also, anyone who wishes to sign up with us should contact me over private comms."
It's the same man from before. He's a little more cheery than last time.
"Ah, I see where I made my mistake. Im uploading a bit of the info we have stored, as well as an updated - and more detailed - roster."

The MBP (Maltese Border Patrol) is a group of former pirates and raiders which have resolved to protect the Maltese people. Instead of supplementing the defense forces around Planet Malta, the MBP patrols the area surrounding Alpha, especially areas where raiding forces could come through. They take targets of opportunity, calling in larger forces to take out what they themselves cannot handle alone.
Their goals are as follows:
1) Intercept and Destroy attacking forces before they reach Omicron Alpha
2) To weaken enemy forces (i.e. Destroying artifacts found on smugglers, interdicting traders associated with enemy forces)
