I am Hideo Ogawa of Samura Industries... I'm sure you've already heard of our company, we originate in Kusari.
I wish to apply for a permit to trade in your space. I believe mutual business deals will benefit both nations' pocketbooks greatly... Our impeccable Kyushu Rice may embellish the already opulent tastes of Gallic nobillity with flavor. This is just one example of our planned import to your Kingdom. As for export, that is rather the topic of this transmission.
I hereby apply for a "Restricted Exports Permit" for just my ship, Kumamoto, a Ryuujin Class Kusari Train, that has a hold of 5,000 standard units.
I am not entirely sure what the exchange rate is from our Credits to your Francs... Please notify me as to how much I am to owe and to where to send the money if you so graciously accept this application.
I will allow your ship into our space for the benefit of our houses. Please understand that Cryocubes are currently banned from leaving Gallia as a small measure to stop the mass illegal export of Gallic goods.
Surprisingly, our exchange rage is 1:1 ratio. Please send 10,000,000 Francs to our banking system and we shall sort out the paperwork.
I must thank you for such a speedy response, and for accepting my application. Hopefully the goods can start flowing soon. I understand the considerable wish to keep vital Gallic industries' main export with domestic companies... The cryocubes export ban is dualy noted.

This is Laheir Christophe transmitting from Brimstone Refinery in Tau-23. Being a Gallic myself, I was shocked when fellow lawful Gallics began attacking my base and my employees indiscriminately. I understand this was the Royal Navy, not the Police, and I am concerned. As this base is in partial ownership of a Gallic Corporation, I assumed the protection of our most honorable Royal Navy would be assumed. I am wrong in this assumption. I have been told by the Royal Navy to register this base. As there is no central database for base registration, I submitted said request here. If this is not the proper location, then please point me to the direction of the proper communication channel for this request. May we prosper and may this lawful Gallic base cease in being attacked by lawful Gallics.
I am guessing this is as good of a place as any. Your base has been a troublesome ordeal and is causing problems. With the new technology to form new structures in space being so sudden, we have not been able to properly react on this outbreak. From what I am hearing, the crown does not approve of interstellar constructs being made in it's space without it's knowledge, and you should understand why.
I am going to ask you to stop your construction of your base at this time. You may only supply your current crew on station till we figure out what to do about this.

Bonjour Directeur Gerald Lucas,
this is Evelyne Mallory speaking on behalf of Mallory & Lambert. I would like to apply for the permission to transport Cryocubes out of Gallia.
I hope you remember our earlier communications, and the services that Mallory & Lambert provided to Gallia. Mallory & Lambert is a patriotic, Gallic enterprise that only wants the best for Gallia. I can assure you - and the evidence I provided when I registered the company for the Preferred Trade Permit hopefully proves - that Mallory & Lambert is worthy of getting the permission.
Of course, we would never transport goods to enemies of the Crown. We would rather destroy the goods than to have them fall into the hands of the enemy.
Why do I think we should be allowed to transport these important goods?
In contrast to some of the official Gallic shippers, we can access regions that e.g. the IDF cannot. I am talking about groups that Bretonia would label terrorists and separatists and who operate in regions that no Gallic ship can ever hope to reach without endangering the crew, ship and cargo. These people need our help, as they will weaken Bretonia from the inside while the GRN will hammer their futile defenses on the frontlines. Mallory & Lambert can operate behind enemy lines and support these elements.
I hope you will grant us the permit to ship Cryocubes.
We appreciate your quick response, however I must, with all due respect, remind you that Gallia does not have full authority of this base. I will do what I can, but I must tell you, traders are hard to deter since our base is so helpful and important to the local community. We would follow your orders, but many many miners and traders would be...how do you say...very dissapointed. Again, i will not defy your orders, but I can not speak for the rest of the base. I am, after all, only a quarter of the bases ownership. The remainder is IMG. I extend my apologies. Let us hope our next meeting will go more smoothly, monsieur.
I am very hesitant to your request. I understand your request and service to Gallia but your statements doesn't support how loyal you are. You do not work directly for Gallia under the Crown and you do associate with Sirians a bit more than we like. We will discuss this issue and respond once we have an answer.
