At this point I'm all for coordinating an OORP invasion force to destroy it. There's enough Outcast caps and Zoner caps to kill anything on the server, and I'll go buy one just to use for this if needed.

OORP invasion might not even be needed, if the Kusari Government don't care about the KNF's concerns about this base then realistically it should escalate. It would all depend on whether the leader of the KNF is happy or not about being told by the Kusari Government that thier opinions and views don't matter to them, regardless of how much evidence they can back it up with.

Because complaining about how "ooRP" it is isn't going anywhere. Only because some people may consider the base ooRP, doesn't mean everyone do. And evidently not the majority of the Kusari players. Though we know which side are the loudest.
Sure, I might not agree with everything they're doing at Itabashi, but I'd much rather see it being solved with RP than ooRP complaint-storms.

Great, it'll be fun to log my Hog and start wrecking some gaijin again. There's no such thing as bad activity!

Wow so that finalises where you sit on the RP bandwagon.
So are you also going to tell me that it is the bases that bring out the worst in people when it is clearly the people that want to display the worst just looking for an excuse to do so.
If you got a problem with it, deal with it inRP, don't keep bellyaching over it here. Just go shoot it again with your KusBS, get killed by other KNF for attacking a friendly base, and possibly get an FR5. (nod)
Cannot FR5 same IDd ships lad. So KNF cannot FR5 my BS. Go re-read some rules. Same as if i attacked that base again defending transports with proof in RP and you fired on me with KNF you would be breaking rules, and possible sanction.
But seeing from many posts here from others, you do not get it, and never will. You only see part of every rule, and statement spoken here.

Exactly. There is no RP reason for that base to be shooting anything neutral or friendly to Kusari. Yet it does daily.

No an huge OORP fleet is not the way to deal with it. A huge INRP fleet probably could not kill it in a month. IMO it should be treated like an OORP player, and admins should deal with it as such. You report OORP player, and they get fined, and told to change, yet OORP bases are amune to every dam server rule there is. That is why i see many choosing OORP weapons platforms. Just so they can pew all against rules without taking any responsibility for it.
Right now you kill a passing trader in your cap without a word you get sanctioned right?
Yet you kill a trader with base, and only response is "oh he should have stayed away" or " oh he should have got a bribe" and so on and so on. So why are bases exempt from rules every other player in game need to follow?

I've given you dress-up clowns 3 months. Sometimes an OORP problem requires an OORP solutions.

The only legitimate ooRP-entity on an RP-server are the admins. Luckily you aren't one of them.

Whether they are one and whether they need an according treatment is not yours to judge. Nor are you in any way entitled to give anyone an ooRP-ultimatum. Neither are you entitled to participate or even lead an ooRP treatment as mentioned above.
