I'm newbyte (I played fews years ago, but things had changed a little..^^)
Question 1 : I have a Stellion (very Heavy fighter) and I cannot put a torpedo launcher . How I can do it ? Is it possible ? Where I can Buy it ?
Question 2 : In shield and thruster window, there are few new spots (equipment type 2, 3, 4) Apparently, it's for additionnal shields. Is it working or not ? If yes, where (or how ?) can I buy its additionnal shields (or Items) ?

Sorry it took so long to reply, I can help you with your second question however.
Equipment type 2,3 and 4 are for the Specilised equipment that can be stored on it. Like the jump drive, survey module, and docking module (currently not working). Unfortunantly, no. Just like vanilla, you can only use one type of shield at any given moment. same for the thruster for that matter. The jump drive, Docking modules, and survey modules can be bought from the player market in the "marketplace" section of the forums, or you can make them yourself at a player owned base. The jump drive is a piece of equipment that'll allow you to teleport to up to three systems IF and only WHEN you have a survey module. The survey module pinpoints co-ordinants for the jumpdrive. But different teirs give different "approximate distance" so the higher the teir, the closer it is.
But you have to be cautious as you can end up inside of hazard zones like the sun,or the planet.

I would like to clarify, that you do not need to have Hyperspace Survey module, you need the COORDINATES hash, that is produced by this module.
So you can get/buy coordinates from someone else and use them with your jump drive.

Yes, and the only way to get those, is by using one.
It's more practical to obtain them yourself as i've never seen it for practical use, ever. if you do plan to use them.

As far as I'm aware, the shishapangma cannot mine any ores. This thread Here should help with choosing a mining ship. It shows the bonus rate for each faction, what ships they can use and where to sell each ore. Also note that there is often a PoB near the mining field that should buy the ore off you for a decent price too, if you don't feel up to flying the full distance.

Alittle question regarding the rheinland gunboat. How do i get to fly one ??? lol is this ship restricted to ony being allowed if I get permission from the player faction ?? I just had to delete a new character because i got fined 500K for flying one. I was trying to go get an id for it . ong story, my screwup, i started a char, restarted as rhineland police, so as to get a gunboat, decided that i wanted it to be able to leave rhienland space so i did a restart to alg, but after buying the gunboat, i didn't play it, was still building up my first character, a serenity . I got my first char all decked out and pimped up, found a decent steady cargo run and went about raising cash. Seeing the event i thought i could go help out . I thought , well , a transport is no goos so i will try the gunboat out. Now i had a freelancer id at this point on the gunboat, so i jumped in and was going to try a kruger ship, as they were part of the event. OOPS, got jumped on rite away ny the police, was fined and escorted to new berlin (I thought that was were i coud get a kruger id by bribing) WRONGO !! lol. so now I have deleted the character, taking a fair loss on credits, no biggie, i got a good transport character to raise capitol. i have started a new char to redothe lost one, did a rheinland military restart. stopped there. now can I now fly the rheinland gunboat with my new military ID ? or do i need to ask permission from the player faction or join one or what ?? I am very new to this game, played the sp a few years bak, almost finished, that is it. I am really enjoying this server and game, although it is pretty quiet in rheinland, my preffered place to base from.. I now have 2 characters, one alg pilot(flys a stork) and my freelancer(flys a serenity) advice ??
