I could say one more thing though, and then I really will shut up.
The whole reason this thread is happening is because one person filed a sanction, and they, whether it be at the time the filed it, regardless of their feelings now, was put out enough by one of these encounters to file a sanction report. That is a fact. They did not enjoy that encounter.

Nobody suggested such a thing. A cloak disruptor is worth over a hundred million credits, some transport turrets are not. Demanding to shoot one off would not happen or be tolerated for the same reason that it's not ok to demand 100 million credits from a passing trader.

If the team were to allow what you are trying to do it opens the door to further things based on the premise of the actions of your group and that is not a slope you want to drag everyone down. Well maybe it is but it's not happening.

Redon has thoroughly nailed your post to the wall and I can't see it being able to squirm away. That kind of demand would be considered 'unreasonable', whereas the combined value of turrets in this case was around 175k or 2.8mil depending on whether you buy the least or most expensive guns. Not unreasonable by any interpretation.
And in relation to your latest post - very few people enjoy being pirated, even when it's a completely benign encounter. They tend to enjoy things even less when they actually die. Traders are usually immensely self interested. Are you seriously advocating for this to have any impact whatsoever on the sanction process?

No, but it is clear that the Team have better things to do than to discuss this sanction further. They are essentially ignoring this thread until it runs its course and dies/gets locked so that they can continue on with their things.
