Earlier today Tator and I had an encounter with GMG in New London at approximately 0030. The ships were Lord Hackera (s Liberty Assault Carrier with Liberty Navy Papers) which turned out to be a Jump Ship, GMG|GTS Hakata Maru (a Barge with GMG Papers), Destiny Dragon (a Trade Ship with GMG Papers) and John Carter Serpico (a Trade Ship with Ageira Papers). The last two appeared to be the unloaders for the Barge.
We have noticed, recently, that GMG had already ‘jumped in’ to New London on three previous occasions, one of them being earlier in the evening. On these occasions we have not been able to sight them as they have jumped back home before we could intercept. Having checked the Data Base we had seen that their Jump Licence had expired, so we decided to find them and inquire to why they were breaking Bretonian Law.
They were located at D/E 4, in the lower half of the sector, about 40k below the plane. Dragon and Serpico were already in the process of unloading the Barge (this was how Tator had found the Jump Ship and Barge by back tracking the Traders when they arrived at Southampton).
There was also in the proximity an Order|CV Xana (a Gunboat with Order papers). This GB didn’t appear to be part of this group but merely there observing the operation.
Over the next few minutes Tator and I tried telling them that their Licence had expired and that they were contravening Bretonian Law by being there. They were insistent that their Licence was up to date. The Captain of the Lord Hackera seemed very insistent that we, the BPA, should have contacted them and told them that it had expired. I informed him that it wasn’t for us to ‘chase’ them but for them to make sure their paperwork was up to date.
The Captain of the Hakata Maru came across as very arrogant. He kept telling his unloaders to carry on with their unloading of his ship even when we told them to cease operations. In the end I told them if they carried on then I would destroy them.

We then opened fire on the Barge. Lord Hackera and the two Trade Ships also then opened fire on us. Their combined fire was very ineffective as neither us suffered any damage. After a while the two Trade Ships left the area and a while later Lord Hackera also ran away. At 0113 the Hakata Maru was destroyed. The cargo was then also destroyed.
The Lord Hackera fled to Dublin and then into Edinburgh and this was the last recorded location of the ship. Shortly after this incident a GMG Papered VHF Akira Nagashi appeared at Southampton and asked if we could give him any information on what had transpired. I briefed him and told him that his Jump Ship was now in Edinburgh. I advised him that this was not a good state of affairs as the Gallics would hunt the Lord Hackera down if they found him in their space.

Today whilst Tator and I were on Patrol we picked up Long Range Scans on a Liberty Navy Primary Fleet Ship. The Pilot, one Catherine Raven, was transporting 12 Nomad Fighter Remains and 35 Artifacts. We caught up with her at Sheffield Station, Manchester and questioned her on the reason for being in Bretonia and also why she was carrying this cargo.
The attachment is the brief conversation we had with her before a BIS Agent turned up, one David Avant.

Eventually she complied and dropped the Artifacts and the Nomad Remains, both of which were subsequently destroyed. She was last seen heading back to Liberty. PS. Even though Tator and Catherine seemed to have a few crossed words I think he secretly likes her as I overheard him mutter ‘Cute Chick’.
This evening we caught one Cmdr Brannick entering New London, from Manchester, at the Jump Gate. His Licence said that he was an employee of Planetform Inc. In the hold of his Clydesdale was 550 Black market Munitions. When questioned he admitted that he was taking these Illegal Goods to Leeds for our Boys on the Front Line. After explaining the error of his ways he agreed to drop the Goods, which were promptly destroyed. He told Tator and I that he didn’t have the 1 million credits to pay the fine that Tator levied on him.
We then escorted him to Newbury Impound Complex, Poole, to impound his ship. Later on he was transported to BPA Newgate where he now awaits Trial.
We again had reports of a well-known Pirate, going by the name of Love Joy, going about his business in Omega 3. We promptly arrived near to the Freeport and he was in the process of trying to Pirate some IMG miners. Upon seeing us he promptly headed to the Freeport and docked. This Freeport is becoming a safe haven to all the riff-raff in the area. I had along communication with this individual in which he said that he had no intention of moving out of Bretonia and finding somewhere else to ply his Trade. Before he closed down communications he had the cheek to send me 20 million credits. I have since given this money to one George Antioch who was in close proximity to the Freeport who said that he would donate, anonymously, the money to the War Fund. This Love Joy is obviously making plenty of money, pirating in O-3, as we have destroyed his ships on several occasions. It may be prudent to increase the patrols in this area to try and deter this individual.

Earlier today I caught a couple of Junkers, one of them was flying a Pitbull Pirate Train, carrying 4166 Black Market Munitions. The call sign of the ship was Money Maker. The other ship was Rocky Mayers (this one was a CSF) also carrying BMM in the quantity of 468. They, in my opinion, were heading to the New London – Leeds Jump Hole. The reason I came to this conclusion was that they entered into Cambridge and then proceeded to avoid the Trade Lanes (this behaviour is consistent with Contraband Smugglers).They then entered New London (via the JH), still avoiding the TLs, and I eventually caught up with them at Trafalgar. When stopped they were very adamant that they were doing nothing wrong (but why avoid TLs unless they up to no good?).
Their story was that they were supplying our Brave Boys on Leeds. These people are the lowest form of life, in my opinion, as they are supplying potentially defective weapons to our Troops. These weapons would likely be more of a hazard to our people than the enemy!
I add the references to the Laws of Bretonia regarding the potential Laws being broken. Having checked the Military Materials Licence Database, I couldn’t find any reference to the Junker Congress being allowed to carry any form of Military Materials.
2.1 - Embargo Lines
2.1.1 - Leeds Embargo
With the severing of the New London and Newcastle jump connections to Leeds and the Fall of the system to Gallic control, strictly no trade is allowed via anomaly from New London or Dublin. Those supplying the war front should travel discreetly via Manchester or Magellan.
2.2 - Powers of Embargo-Enforcing Lawful Entities
BAF and BPA pilots have the right to demand the destination of traders and confirm it via intel. Those found to be trading with Gallia will be deemed in violation of 4.2 - Assisting Hostile Forces.
Traders found to be attempting to break the embargo must drop their cargo or turn it over at a Bretonian base, and may also incur a 4,000,000 credit fine if they do not cooperate.
Fleeing the scene before complying with demands will be taken as an attempt at breaking the embargo.
3.1 - Fines For The Transport of Contraband
The minimum fine for all fully restricted contraband items is 500,000 credits per 1000 units. The cargo in question may be confiscated and destroyed, or impounded.
Restricted goods have separate fines found within the BPA Licensing transmission. Violations of 3.1 may also be combined with 4.2, based on the circumstances and contraband in question.

I am coming to the conclusion that the Junkers feel they are above the Law and would suggest that a closer eye is kept on these Low Lifes who use the misery of War to make a fast profit.

Just recently, whilst patrolling New London and Newcastle, I have come across a few Junker Congress Ships hauling Base Building Materials. Most of the time these ships haven't been using the Trade Lanes except when they are empty. When I have seen them on scanners, in Newcastle, they have been heading across the system. I have thought this was strange, but not having much 'off duty' time recently I have not followed upon it. Today, on my 'off duty' time I decided to do a little investigation.
I headed in to Inverness and immediately saw 1 base in the distance around Planet Forres. When I got closer I could see that it was a Core 3 Base with the named Dyke Space Port. There was nobody around so I headed to Invergordon Space Port.
As I was heading there I saw, on the otherside of Planet Cannish, what i initially thought was another Base. As I approached the Base I saw that it was in fact 2 Core 4 Bases, one above the other. One is called The Junkyard and the other Sigma Junker Guard Station.
Parked outside them was a Junker Congress Ship, Smuggler's Dream, the Captain appeared a friendly enough fellow. Having talked with him, he seemed to think that both Bases were registered with the BPA. As for Dyke Space Port the only information he could give me was that it was a joint venture between a Junker Congress Member and Planetform. He mentioned something about Terraforming Planet Forres but he didn't know the exact details.
On a side note the Bases around Cannish are heavily defended as I counted 10 Weapon Platforms.
I carried on with a sweep of Inverness but didn't find any other Bases. I did come across an Osiris Battleship, Atum, and a few very unfriendly Order Fighters in close proximity to the Battleship. I thought discretion was the better part of valour and immediately departed the area. The Battleship was located in F6 not far from the Cortez Jump Hole.
Once I arrived back in New London I checked the Database and couldn't find any records of the Junker Congress registering Bases within Bretonia and anybody registering any Bases in Inverness.
Maybe the paperwork has been processed and nobody has updated the Records.

as I was returning to New London I saw two suspicius Ships heading towards the Dublin Jumpgate I persued and ordered them to stop multiple times to witch they refused and ran I disrupted them and ordered them to drop the cargo at witch the one ship BlackBones another Condor Gunship Opened fire on me so I returned the favor as he continued to try to run the other ship an Ospray corsair ship under Rheinland military colors made a run for it witch BPA)Jade.Callahan gave chase
after I took out the running gunship I moved to Leeds to assist Officer Callahan but he had delt with the smuggler his Callsign was: -F4N70-
aftter this we Returned to New London for Rearming Repairs and some good Ol Tea
