Why? Because Cawdor is indeed right. Munich is useless right now. Only a few Military Vehicles trader/smuggler. Not really intressting.

Its close to Sigmas and Kusari and we all know they need more activity.

Please buff Diamond mining in Omega 11 while you're at it.

And why do you think Munich is useless? Copper ore sells for 3k per unit more than Uncut Diamonds. Also the way to Houston is not as far as Narita. You have the embargo, sure, but the Sigmas are also not nice to travel through.
