Murder of an officer of the Primary fleets (as per Introduction of the Liberty Law) -- (LPI-Vladimir.Law[RO])
s 1(3): 30+ counts Assault on a Naval IFF/ID vessel (Tony.Keeg)
Reporter Comments: : I, LPI-Vladimir.Law[RO] was escorting a trader into the California system, when Tony Keeg hailed a Mayday call against an Outcast vessel (Sabre - Series Z Border Worlds Very Heavy Fighter), that was situated near the New York jumpgate, preventing safe passage for other civilians into the system.
On engaging hyperspeed engines and reaching the situation, I saw Rayn attacking the civilian who had Navy IFF/ID tags, and warned Rayn to stop assaulting the Civilian, Tony Keeg. He did not comply with instructions to cease fire, arrest nor negotiation whatsoever: this was obstructing the course of justice. I then opened fire (due to multiple breaches of s 1(3)), with my LPI Liberator Light Fighter first as a warning, and then to aid his detention and to protect the other party. The battle lasted 8-10 minutes (where the assaults took place), with my own end that he destroyed my vessel, prompting me to escape in the life pod (Respawn) ((i.e. Murder)). The Navy IFF/ID Tony Keeg, was still engaging with him whence I was forced to head to the medic bay (get off the server). Suspect is to be treated as hostile and willing to wilfully destroy and attack the legal forces of Liberty.

Reporter Comments: I was providing backup for Vladamir Law trying to track down a suspected Cardamine smuggler. Sure enough, we found him en route to New York. He thrusted to the safety of...where else...Rochester Base. But not before I was able to take this gun-cam photo for evidence. He also disobeyed the orders of the LPI to halt, but I was unable to obtain evidence of that.
Suspect Comms ID: Multiple, the "Indian" Gang Reporter Comms ID: Agent Brinson Evidence of Allegiance: Agent of the Liberty Security Forces List of Crimes:
Reporter Comments: I received a distress call from the Colorado system about a group of pirates. Upon arrival to the system I saw the Liberty Navy warship "Lake Erie" taking heavy fire from all those would be pirates. Most of them were in fighters - ranging from the Wasupu to the Sabre and one of them was in a Roc civilian bomber. I quickly reacted and jumped in the fight to keep the bomber away from the Navy Dreadnought, giving it time to pull out of the fight. That made me primary target so I wasn't able to collect more evidence on the case.
Overall they seem to make up for their lack of skill with numbers on the battlefield, outnumbering the enemy at all times. They are also resourceful enough to call for a Repair Ship in the middle of the fight to refill their nanobot and shield battery supplies.

Reporter Comments: Encountered the suspect outside Manhattan, Suspect fled. After attempts to stop him where in vain, continued to persue to Texas, where subject was stopped. Warned that he would open fire if LNS-Rapture attempted to cruise disrupt again. Opened fire and was chased to Texas. A malfunction with Texas defence grid allowed Suspect to evade LNS-Rapture, as LNS-Rapture was taking fire from said defense grid.

Protecting Liberty from ALL threats, foreign and domestic.
Reporter Comments: I had been attempting to stop the suspect for many days, but due to the layout of the Texas system this was not acheived. I can remember at least three separate occasions where I found him with cardamine via TLAGSNET, but he had sold it by the time I found him and always denied having had it.

[26.10.2011 15:11:57] John: I heard something about a Slaver out here?
[26.10.2011 15:12:12] Gold.Rush: here it is
[26.10.2011 15:12:12] Arkania: Rachel: This guy smoked too much Cardamine
[26.10.2011 15:12:26] Arkania: Rachel: And now he is shooting at me
[26.10.2011 15:13:32] John: Ah, YOU'RE the Slaver.
Reporter Comments: The Gold.Rush was stationed outside Houston when TLAGSNET picked up a slave liner, belonging to a known slaver, full of human cargo. After stopping the vessel numerous times for questioning and it repeatedly attempting to cruise away and use the tradelanes I, as the only officer present, demanded that the Arkania release the pilots (some of which were known criminals) into LPI custody. My request was promptly denied and the suspect continued to flee.
Following a second ID check on the database, I engaged the slaver, chasing the Arkania all the way towards Battleship Missouri, at which point a Freelancer by the name of John came to assist me against the far stronger slave liner. Upon encountering other LN vessels (from whom I had been requesting support for some time, but had no response), the pilot of the Arkania slanderously suggested that I was under the influence of narcotics.
The slaver then docked on Battleship Missouri to escape justice which, quite frankly, baffles me.
I hereby request that this slaver vessel be exiled from Liberty.
