Been here for a few days now and it seems I have completed all the requirements that they guild
gives to their new recruits to complete. Got some of the shots down here, but I guess you've seen
me in the field too.
As for my personal opinion about this new job or chance I got here. I love it.
The Outcast was shot down in the Tau-44 system.
The Corsair for that matter was shot down in Omega 7.

Gut day,
I write this report with my hands still Shaking.
I had just undocked from Java station as I was approached by a vessel I had never seen before.
It flew by the callsign : Cirno.
I informed as to what he was doing, he said he was collecting the miners tax. I informed him that such a thing does not exist, as he was in IMG space.
After that I made sure we do not pay pirates, he give me 10 seconds after which he opened fire.
I was lucky to have been orbiting Java, as my pod was easily recovered by Java.
This guncamshot was the only evidence I was able to take.

I'd like to request that I be granted permission to purchase two "Magma Hammer" guns from the Liberty Surplus Requisitioning Center for my Nyx. I think they would compliment my current setup more effectively than two shieldbusters would. Thanks for your time.
I'm reporting in from Java station here. I ran into some Outcasts in Tau-37 on my patrol duty.
Called in for some support. And the engagement followed shortly after. It was kinda hefty,
but we could get a good grip on them. We managed to shoot down five or the six enemy
fighters. [XTF]_Sale managed to reach the jump hole to Alpha in-time to evade destruction.
Some bomber going by the name Sparkasse.IC.Bonn was fighting on our side but was soon
neutralized by the Outcast forces.

Greetings, my name is Lance Howell, Director of Trade Operations with the Free Trader United. We are currently making preperations and moving assets to the Tau 23 fields to begin a moderate operation. I have no intentions of stepping on toes, nor attempting to interfere with your business, but wish to provide a safe and comfortable working atmosphere for both of our miner corps. I would request a time to meet with a representative from your guild house, and allow us to go over any current aggreements already in place, to allow a problem free integration of my teams, and to avoid causing problems with any of your clients comings or goings.
I have mined in Tau 23 in my personal Hegemon Pew.Pew.For.You for a long time. Providing individuals as well as corporate clients quality service, and pride myself on a safe work place for my employees. There fore I will be manning a small garrison of escort craft, as well as produrring lodging for my pilots. I currently have a couple of Mercs on retainer, and will use their services as well.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Lance Howell, DTO FTU

[color=#66FFFF]Lance Howell; the Guild Masters do not have any intentions in meeting FTU. Your group the past months have done many questionable things which cannot be condoned. If it continues to follow that path, then FTU won't be part of the IMG for long.
That is all that we need to say right now. Hopefully our next interaction would be in much better terms than this one.

I see. I know of some of the issues you speak of, however, I am newly brought on to the FTU in hopes of changing the direction the FTU had been going. A lack of diplomatic interactions between the FTU and the established Guild, left holes in knowledge about already established agreements. I am trying to fix a big mess, one I don't fully have an understanding of. My job is to figure it out, and fix it.
I do not plan to make the same mistakes. I wish to meet, confer, arrange for my education of current policies, understandings, and even price ranges. This all should have been addressed already, as we both well know. The fact remains, it wasn't, and I am trying to remedy this now. I can assure you that if you will work with me on this simple matter, that we, the FTU and the IMG| can and will come out stronger and in full cooperation on things.
We are all Guild men and women, no matter which chapter or house. We should be working as a team, and FTU did not start off with this mentality. For that I appologize. Originally, this was all just a small venture among friends. It has grown, of its own accord into something none of the founders dreamed possible. They were not fully prepared for the responsibility they were taking on, much less understand it all. They are trying. They are not closed to constructive criticism, and as a whole are asking for your help.
I am simply a mouth piece.
Your pilots will have seen a couple of our escort vessels in the Taus lately. These are being prepped for our operations. I am moving this along slowly, because though we have the resources to begin and make steady progress, I prefer to make sure that when I do, it is done right this time.
The Tau 23 Operation is not going to be run the same as the Dublin Op started off. Of that I can assure you.
The Dublin Operation is undergoing infrastucture rebuilding, and revisions of our procedure. It is not going to change over night, but it will change.
If indeed you still refuse to send someone to talk, then I will accept that. If not, my door is always open.
Sincerely,
Lance Howell, DTO FTU

Mr Howell, that is a wonderful diplomatic message. I took the liberty in contacting you directly in order to congratulate you for the quality of your reply. Not many of our diplomats are skilled enough to make such responces. Therefore, I cannot but personally invite you to the core Guild, in the External Affairs section. It would be an honor to have your skills at the Guild's disposal.
Regarding FTU, their serious faults oblige us to take distance. Afterall they were always preaching that they had no connections with the Guild. So, if they ask for a second chance, they should firstly prove that they are a real IMG group through their actions and not through your wonderful messages.
