Good afternoon everyone,
Just finshed hauling the H-fuel from the GMG back to Planet Leeds. Which other than a slight run in with the BDM in New Berlin over blood diamonds. having a game of cat and mouse with some Hessians in Cambridge and the Nelson taking a severe disliking to astroid fields. It was fairly uneventful and we all made it back to Leeds safely to unload the H-fuel.
I took command of the Faraday as she had been left in New Berlin for repairs after she had developed engine problems.
Kiriko Hidamari, a Freelancer pilot employed under contract to Bowex ExSec for scouting and escort purposes; brought me out to New Berlin and then from there scouted for me so that we could successfully complete the mission and return safely to Bretonian space.
I know that only 1920 units was required to complete this month's contract, but I do believe that that Synth Paste has a very long shelf life and it seemed pointless not filling the cargo hold. Likewise I still loaded up with H-Fuel to bring back to Bretonia, considering we need so much because of the War with Kusari; that still seems to have no end in sight.

Bloody hell,
I've got a hangover... drinking sake with the GMG is not the smartest thing to do when you did a double shift. Especially not on my age!
Anyway, back to business. Mr Peterson. Where did you learn to kit out vessels? What is the most important tool on an escort fighter: A mine dropper. Even though killing lanes is illegal in Bretonia, in any area outside of Bretonia you can use if fairly safely. I bought a basic mine dropper on this base now so angry badger 4 is equipt however the other ones are not I reckon.
On top of that mr Peterson, we need to discuss naming conventions for other wings of fighters.
Back to the bar, these GMG lads want to drink more sake!

Peace be upon ye, my friends.
I'm here to report the successful maiden voyage of the BES - Ethelred, a refitted Shetland class super transport. At 1500 this morning, she set out with all hands ready, and delivered her first load of freight from Scarburough Shipyard. So far, all systems are go, and the vessel is handling beautifully. I've been speaking to the boys over in Service, and they say they can retrofit at least two of the cargo bays for long term human habitation. After a few initial modifications, I hope to have the Ethelred ready for long range refugee relocation, along with duel purpose freight transport. May she be a beacon of hope for those poor souls who have lost so much in the war with Kusari.
Go with God, my friends,
-Peter McCullen
Don't hold it against Peterson, Farbridge. He can't help it that he's incompetent.
Also, I have been on Holstein for a few weeks now, getting mixed respnses to the following query: 'can I haul military vehicles to Bretonia again?' Any of the lads here happen to know?

No, we're not cleared to carry them yet. Jerry's still being awkward and gets all squeamish whenever we ask about it. I hear the ADO and Board is working on it though, so we might get those permissions restored soon.
And you're on Holestein? For a week? What on earth are you doing? Get back in space and do your ruddy job!
Reason why they put me in charge next to him I think. Train him to not be incompetent or something. How can I reach this kid? any suggestions and then I do not mean hitting him with a stick till he can recite all locations of BOWEX security forces.

:::Patrol Report:::
:::AO:: Leeds:: Molly Bomber and Pirate Transport:::
Me and Cly spent the night time hours on Derby-sama so we could sleep a little longer in the morning, so that we didnt have to travel from Gran Canaria to Leeds to start work today.
We undocked and linked up with Eileen Porter-senchou who was flying the new ship Bowex)Gow, we escorted her to Barrier gate station, because of the ships small size not like a shire, we flew together instead of ahead, which I liked.
Um...mm, oh and James barnes-senchou was collecting ore from a BMM mafic inside the Leeds Niobium field, which was a little scary because I was not with him incase something bad happened. Me, Cly and Porter-senchou got to Barrier Gate and back with no problems and then cly and me linked with Barnes-senchou who was piloting the shire Bowex)Whittle.
Porter-senchou landed on Leeds to put some weapons on her ship and then left us, seeing to some paperwork she said that she had to do, I was sad that she left but continued with Barnes-senchou, who is very kind to me. we took 2 loads of niobium ore to kensington in newlondon, shoo'ing away a corsair called PorcoRosso from the lanes, when we got to the station the second time I felt dizzy because my medicine was taking a little longer to start than normal. I asked Cly to take over the controls for a moment until I felt a little better, but then we got a distress call from the BMM miner who had been mining for us, he said a barghest was going to attack him. Cly went as fast as she could and we got to back to the niobium field and found Hone there, threatening the Miner with his molly bomber called Horrible_Hone.
We knew that we needed to get him away quickly so Cly droped from cruise and I powered up the guns, moving in after warning hone to go away we proceeded to shoo him away from the niobium fields, he flew close proximity to the Kusari station almost getting destroyed by a cruiser patrol. he tried to enter the lane but we were right behind him the whole time.
while we was fighting hone, a capital armour 6 Molly Pirate Transport came called [M]-Queen's.Lover|MMC from the Planet Leeds lane to Hones aid.
Hones ship got caught in some strange.. thing and vanished for a while, before returning a while later, but by that time Me and Cly had decided to switch targets to the big transport. Our guns are only small, but because Cly is fast we could stay out of its slow turrets way long enough to get some good shots on him. When hone returned he ran away leaving his friend behind.
eventually, me and Cly battered the ship enough that it exploded with a huuuuge explosion, but just before it did, a liberty Rouge gunboat came to try and save it telling us to back away, with the ship in critical condition we were not letting it escape.
afterwards the gunboat tried to get me and Cly but we were too fast for it and moved to Derby again.
Im tired now, and my head hurts a little so, im going to take a small rest on scarborough..
I'am happy to inform that the Bes-Gow is operational now. Had to go to Barriergate where i had a appointment with a engineer called Tornstadt. *poors in a glass of tea* miss Hidamari escorted us, nice lassy to talk to. Tornstadts team installed the armor and told me the Gows hull is improved by a factor of two point five. The little ship who only needs a crew of 5 will serve us well. After returning to Leeds the engineers on the planet installed some highgrde splitter turrets. She is a new ship and only the boldest of my Bes-Woodford crew will serve on her.
Why the name Bes-Gow you ask!? *She grins* Well i won't tell y' now but maybe iff you bring me a fresh pot of earlgrey special ill tell ya.
Also with the long travels it seems we have made a new sport "spaceball".
This is what we do. We use the cargodeckbridges for that. Playing with a small ball, we have constructed three goals on each side of the bay and divided the crew in two teams. The objective is to put the ball in one of those three goals. With the low gravity the ball can fly quite a distance and bounce in all directions on the cargo and walls. We hit the ball with a small club crafted by my engineers.
Maybe some of you want to play against us sometime, iff you dare. *she smiles while drinking her tea*
Well time to go. Time is money and we need to prepare for tommorow.

Good day to you all. Just let you all know the BES Whittle along with the BES Darwin successfully delivered shipments to Fujisawa Station and returned to Leeds with H-Fuel thanks to the assistance of Miss Kiriko.Hidamari.
The BES Johnson did set off on the expedition with us but fell afoul of technical difficulties near Planet Bonn. Some trouble with engine cooling systems and had to dock for repairs.
I managed to scout ahead for the Darwin until Miss Kiriko.Hidamari rendezvoused with us in Frankfurt and then scouted for us to Okinawa.
Fujisawa station is like a second home to me now, I'm even getting use to drinking Saki; it'll never replace tea though.
On a more serious note we encountered a possible pirate;
Ship ID: Devil.Wings
IFF: Freelancer.
He dropped the lane in Honshu and then Cruise Disrupted me as I tried to high tail it to the next ring. If it wasn't for Miss Kiriko.Hidamari I'm not sure if we would have made it back to old Blighty!
As to whether it was really a pirate you'd have to ask Miss Hidamari; unfortunately she was admitted to hospital on Planet Cambridge at the end of our trip. She became quite unwell returning from Okinawa and :Cly: had to take control of the ship and went into Emergency Protocol as her life signs were weakening.
After we had secured the ship and unloaded the H-Fuel my crew and I hitched a lift with Mr Caine on the BES Carter to Cambridge to see Miss Hidamari but the medical staff wouldn't let us in.
We've been camped out in the waiting room all night; living off tea and short-cake waiting for news.
