Pete fills a glass with one third alcohol , mixing it with the juice.
''Well , since the works on Slum City are practically done, I can send lots of laborers to help y'all out with that...
In return I do want my slice of the pie if y'all know what i mean.''
Pete flushes down his drink instantly , and smiles content to the people present.
'I understand exactly what you mean Mister Pete, and you and yours will get your just reward. Everyone in this undertaking will reap the fruit of their labour.' Gesturing towards the Hologram the scene depicted changes again, this time showing all of the Kansas system, with its points of interest highlighted. 'However, we still have to think about, before we go further, Liberty and the Hellfire.' At these words the Hellfire and Liberty Crests appear over the system.

Daniels :Yes, that is quite the question. More like choosing between the lesser of two evils, they are both worthy opponents that could strike terrible blows to us. I've no real solution to this problem, only that I think that the Hellfire Legion is a better ally than Liberty. The Republic has a lot of problems that need doing and we, if done correctly, do not form a threat.
''Hellfire? those poor souls , I have told my defense wing to contact them , cheer them up a bit.
Haven't heard anything useful from them though.
About Liberty.. some of their peoples try to make me look bad , they ain't all a bad bunch but ya know , I don't want them in my backyard.''
'So, might I, by your tones and way of wording, presume that you both intend to join us in an alliance to rule this system?' The Admiral smiles, satisfied by the ways this talk is heading, spreading her arms to either side as she stands.'Before we progress in how to deal with this, I suggest we finalise any such alliances or indeed, merging of aims and resources.'

''Admiral , we told you a long time ago , that the outer project never lets a good neighbor down!
Ever since we started working together , I consider y'all friends.
About Ceberus , y'all always where the quiet bunch , never had any problems with y'all!
As a good king serves his people , consider this alliance signed by your good uncle!''
Daniels :Yes, this will work. I've already pulled some strings to get the financial ball rolling and to keep close diplomatic ties with the Order Primary Fleet, it's always good to keep close contact with the Omicrons. As to us being the quiet bunch, if you still have not died from your drinking habits in a week you'll see a whole different Cerberus. It's just the way we conduct diplomacy.
And with a chuckle he took another bite of his toast.
'Good, this is excellent, a lot smoother than I expected. Now, allow me to get into the details of what I have in mind. Our three organisations would merge, to an extent, using one designation for all ships, on top of indentifying each group individually. Our Commands would merge to the furthest extent, and decisions that affect each fragment of this faction would be made by the entirety of this new 'council', board, or Admiralty, depending on how we decide to style ourselves. This would of course, mean that each group would have an equal say in how we function. Once this is complete, we would be free to focus our efforts, and transform Kansas from the backwater and empty system it is now, into something far greater, and more reminiscent of the City-states of old.'

Daniels : I'm starting to like the train of thoughts here. As to the funding of this Utopia I think we will require some of the more economic skills the ToP possess. We have currently no transports capable of transferring goods for the sake of making money, we have, however, the manpower to guard these vessels. I also agree on the way we are going to make decisions, I presume a majority rule? As in : If two agree and the third disagrees the plan is a go.
