Kansai Research Station as Kishiro Guard maybe? Nansei as Samura?

Anyway, do trade factions need "Guard stuff"? I mean, that would mean you need a Guard rep as well, doesn't it?

I'm very much for removing most of the guard statuses on systems and either making them normal systems or removing them completly. Only the Military should have bigger Guard installations. I like systems like Hiroshima and Virginia, but systems like Salisbury and Braunschweig seem a bit underdeveloped as military guard systems.
It's really a question of "do they need guard installations?" imo...

Guard systems are awesome when the factions approach them the right way. No random disallowances would be the first thing.

And my opinion about systems is that the problem is scale, not number. How come so many new systems have to be gigantic? Rishiri is a good size, though the connection to it raises all manner of issues.

well, I know that in the past, trade factions have purchased systems. However, I don't think these become 'guard' systems. They just become systems with a lot of corporate bases.

Oita has two bases now, which the IND own canonically, though they are Interspace bases.

PS. Corporate guard bases ftw. Corporations need more bases.

Chester is going to be developed and be submitted via the autoupdater. While it is a Bowex owned system, I'll be treating it as a regular one as far as development plans go, i.e. the inclusion of multiple NPC factions to make it seem more vibrant, as well a comprehensive rumours and news articles.
