Buying is something different then steal it. You should then, have the faction agreement and then everybody will be Ok with it, and of course everybody will know it. So if your Neph Oc repped cross my way and you said you buy it. I will see on the database if yes, and it should be there since It's ok even if In rp I'll be pissed off. If not enjoy escape pod.

Now for example i can fly a Zoner Juggy with the LN ID based on the single nerf which it's power core?
Yes it seems you can but well enjoy your escape pod. Less than half of your energy, a huuuuge target. That's nice!
The whole permission thing is stupid. Hence the open tech chart now. Go ahead and bounty an ally that is using your tech. They are allied, supposedly friends, whose doing the bad rp now?
And don't give me the "If you ask we'll grant it." speal. Part of the reason the change was made is because that line of bull isn't true. People who should have had the tech granted weren't getting it and people who shouldn't have had it granted were getting it.
If this is to much to grasp it's likely you were part of the problem.

If you're not in the official faction you can't attack the person. Official factions only can place bounties or attack people who have "stolen" tech.
Even if there's a bounty out on someone who's "stolen" zoner tech, an indie zoner can't fulfill it since Zoner ID doesn't allow you to fulfill bounties.

Pfff. "If you ask we'll grant it."... that's rare.
But well go play with your stolen neph, then i'll kill you with my stolen Renzu capital ship.
That will be a huge mess I guess. But when pll will have enough to get killed due to the low power core. That will be fine.

That will not stop me. If I remember Zoner can defend their station, you cross my way their you die. I can also do that merc team.

interesting.... maybe a little adjustmet in general rules? i mean... the possibility of a zoner ID ed player to hunt EXCLUSIVELY those tech stealers... and the same with the rest of factions? that could fix that void in the rule... anyway they can still attack te target...

Also forgot to mention: it's rather OORP for any random Zoner character to have access to the full list of every ship sold ever to see if one particular one is valid. I mean, it's not like you as an individual can find out every car ever sold and to whom...

I don't think we need to have indies zooming around killing everyone who's in ship combos they don't like. That sort of thing should be up to the official factions, who at least in theory should be able to to decide if the person's RP is good enough to justify it.

OORP ? Okey let's say liberty give a cruiser to somebody, if they don't do a public list every indie will shoot them down.
