Second. Today was encountered a Zoner vessel under the Temporary Autonomous Zoners responders of a "corvo" class. Those types of vessels are banned from Kusari Space without a prior sanction from Kusari Naval Forces. I had no information about the license on that vessel for free passage of our territory and thus demanded it's captain to stop at Tokyo high orbit for inspection. He did complied and the inspection revealed a various illegal items on board.

Me, and the primary fleet pilot that have arrived to the place have demanded those illegal materials to be immediately handed over. After some reasoning he allowed us to destroy almost all contraband except the Nomad Materials which he refused to surrender. After that, in light of already broken article 4-1 of the Legal Codex he repeatedly attempted to escape, placed in doubt the Samurai's word and honor and made an emergence landing on Aomori station in order to escape us. This is clearly unacceptable behavior and disrespect for our laws and traditions, but i will leave my point of view for myself. The records of the incident will be uploaded after this message.
Temporary Autonomous Zoners are not listed in our book as a "suspicious persons", yet. The officer in duty did, from my own opinion, a way more then our own regulations and instructions allows to solve the situation peacefully but his afford was blatantly ignored and his words and honor were put in question which i see to be unacceptable. In only this case the Kempeitai decided to demand from the Cruiser captain in question a personal apologies to the pilot that was there and a 20 million credits as a fine for causing damage to Kempeitai property. All other fines and taxes are of cause at your discretion.
Also, honorable representatives of the Gas Miners Guild, you must understand why am I sanding this also to you. We understand your ties with the Zoner movement, but i want to ask for a favor. To make sure the events like this will not happen again I'd like you to inform the zoners to avoid using your installations to escape from police chase while breaking the Laws of Kusari in the core of our space.
