So, what is the political stance of populist bundschuh party?
They go with all the bandwagon of socialist thing or advocate for liberal point of view? Was such stuff mentioned in vanilla or maybe the player faction developed some kind of intresting idea?
As far as I know they are into extreme liberalism, but I guess I cannot say for sure.
I really like the Bundies though, I wish that there was a good reason to have more of them around, but they have to be one of the most inactive groups around...maybe I should make one.
EDIT: Also worth noting their previous ties to the Order... wonder if that could be used in tie with the Das Wilde and the Liberty war and the station in Bremen to get some interest going on
My Bundschuh char wants the abolishment/step down of the Kanzler and the reestablishment of the Reichstag as the de-facto government. Obviously with a Bundschuh Chancellor for the first term, but he believes in government through the people.
I'm not sure what the stance of most Bundschuh are, but Von Rohe's day and the government after that could indicate some leanings.
The bundies represent a call for democratic reform in Rheinland, drastically increasing the power of the Rhienlandic people within their own country while simultaniously establishing a constitution that protects the rights of the Rheinsvolk. In that was, I woud classify them as liberalists, but at the same time we must consider that a large part of their philosophy has to do with the protection of individual rights (such as workers rights) from exploitation by both the government and corporations. As such, their views line up with many of the more socialist leaning revolutionaries in Rheinland. The main thing I would emphasize is that the two philosophies are not mututally exclusive, and given the fact that the Bundies are a established movement in Rheinland, drawing on recruits from all walks of life, it is reasonable to assume that there are members of the movement with more socialist leaning beliefs, and members with more liberal leaning beliefs. The RV^ are one of the more established bundie groups out there, I'd suggest contacting them for more information.
I made a Bundschuh character a few days ago. Basically they are Leftist Socialists who are against the current regime and decadent Capitalism in Rheinland. They believe that the rich are getting richer and the poor are only getting poorer. They want to institute a Socialist Democracy using attacks against government officials.
Compaired to many of the political philosophies in effect in the real world today, the Bundies could be considered a heavily socialist group. However, when we compair the bundies to the other Rheinlandic Revolutionaries, they are much less socialist leaning than, say, the Hessians, and as such their liberal tendancies tend to shine.
