Alright, I'm a light fighter pilot. I have been flying a libby for more than half of a year, with 220 hours on it, but I also fly a few other light fighters.
In my opinion, the solution is not to nerf the libby, but rather buff the other light fighters to libby standards.
Right now, it's hard enough to be successful with a LF. With nukes and MR, one mistake usually means death.
That's the accepted downside of a light fighter in exchange for agility.
The problem is that big LFs are too easy to hit.
For rebalancing some of the LFs I would look at the succesful ones, like the libby or the new Onuris.
I would like to see the size of the heyna compared to thoses of its mains opponents in Bretonia : the templar, paladin and Hussar.

If you aid us, and you aid them, you are the enemy.
If you do not aid them, you are worthless outside of extortion potential.
If you aid us, you will be treated with respect.
Being bigger than a Templar, from the side, and even from the front is obviously a problem.
Agility makes'em, light fighters, usefull in combat situations, but in disco, size matters aswell.
I think there's something to improve with this ship.
