Last time I checked, O11 is almost fully hessian-controlled system (de-facto, nothing lawful lives there for long, unless it's a battlefleet), and O54 is 2 jumps away from Stuttgart battlefield, where the main action (clicky) takes place.

I'm always amazed reading similar comments, simply because it's so obvious that somebody hasn't really made up his mind before posting. Honestly, sorry, but any deduction and/or implicit judgement in your comment must be based on your stupid bias, dude. Actually, it wouldn't really be hard to edit a status post with the shared faction account, place an "Official Faction Leader" after "Moebus", or simply inform a moderator to edit the player factions list, and just turn away without any fuzz.
Also, it's not hard to ask on Skype: "Guys, who wants to take over this faction?". I guess we'd have three leaders in five minutes we could all just place officially as the "new leaders". A recommendation should make sense and work in the future. Our group was always serious about role play, so it couldn't be any option to play for keeps.
Riebezagel, kwijibo, Jinx and I have deliberately chosen Moebus because any rp group, and even more a Zoner faction, could draw great profit from his abilities and game play, if he really wants to stay. He can gather enough player support to run a group, so he could replace the Omicroners with his group easily. Actually, he could play everything but seeing the OSI degenerated to a bunch of independent traders and Merc Hosts, since their original team had left, and the TAZ being far away from the Omicrons and quite concerned with Gallia I guess, there's still a gap that shouldn't be filled by those who have already settled for their RP.
The point to disband and leave a recommendation nevertheless is based on two observations we made:
1. Anything tied to the Omicroners cannot succeed, no renaming, no re-tagging, no change of RP
2. We've seen really many Zoner players over the last three years, and there are only a few who could match with Moebus' standards.
It should be clear that such a recommendation is bound to him only, not Omicroner members in general, so instead of doing what you guys always do here on Disco, means playing for keeps, grabbing the much you can, just to neglect it afterwards because you've overburdened yourselves, it would be actually very, very nice to make up your minds and give this very good player your support.

Hessians ID, OC ID, BHG/Core ID, SCRA, Reavers, MM, and RR ALL need to be rep hacked permanatly hostile to the Zoners bases around Corsair Territory. If TAZ and OSI don't file the FR5 then they are just as hostile as those who they give safe harbor.
So Corsairs loose all Zoners as food suppliers... Alright with me. Alot of Corsairs starve so... Core takes over Yaren, the Hessians get Casablanca back, and Fes is nuked by Jorms.
But the other Elders will probably sit by and play nice with TAZ and OSI which if thats the case...

Rephacks work according to ID's and NPC factions.
If you get rephacked full hostile to any zoner base, you're rephacked full hostile to all zoner bases.

Whether a new faction will be allowed or not is to be discussed. I would suggest that hopes are not raised too high on that score. It is unlikely.
Even if it does happen ownership of Omicron 74 will not be given to that faction.
