Freeport One is well known as a location for diplomacy and has the conference chambers and meeting rooms to facilitate this meeting. Despite IMG's claims, which are based in their own willful refusal to abide by Zoner laws of the station and Confederation, and the Omega Treaty - Freeport One will permit them to dock a single civilian classed shuttle.
I'll also remind OS&C that Freeport One has previously offered corporate office space. I suggest you add that item to the agenda if you wish to increase your activity in the area.
The meeting will take place in space and onboard one of our fine Liners. We have no need to dock at a base whilst the meeting is in progress.
Secondly, we knew not of any corporate space on Freeport 1, none is needed as we keep our office usage minimal. But thank you for your reminder. I have not seen any advertisements about it at all.
Any way, to conclude meeting will take place in space, not on board a station. And at 18:30 SMT this evening, or tomorrow evening if it is unable to happen today. Beginning around Aland Shipyard.
Of course the Confederation are still welcome to attend the meeting.

Regrettably, Orbital Spa and Cruise has elected to terminate their proposed project within the Omega 3 system, due to a misunderstanding regarding the Bretonian modular station registration process. As a result of a reluctance to pay monetary registration fees, they will be taking their business elsewhere. The meeting's minutes are to be stored within the Bretonian Home Office Archives, and will made available to individuals or organisations on request.

Dear Sirs and Madams,
this is a most regrettable decision from the point of view of the IMG. I am surprised that successful negotiations that seemed to have cleared all the problems now fail when it comes to the newly introduced registration fees.
From my point of view, Miss Allen, the OS&C is making a mistake be retreating from the plan. The position you had in mind is very good, I can imagine a steady flow of tourists and the establishment of sustainable growth there. Your plan can be put into practise and the IMG forces that could help you are already in place and willing to go on if you decide to change your mind.
From my point of view, Sir Manning, Bretonia is making a mistake in not trying to keep OS&C in Bretonia. You lose a spirited entrepreneur and a tax paying company in a time in which both are needed. Furthermore OS&C has had a holding in Bretonia for ages. They have suffered as every Bretonian in the war with Luxury Liner Shetland missing and the income from Planet Gaia tourism gone. The potential gains for Bretonia by an OS&C holding in the vicinity of the Omega 5 hole and the Omega 7 gate are substantial. It could not only serve as a sensory outpost for the early detection of Corsair invasions, it could also take some pressure off the BMM base and in case the relations between Rheinland and Bretonia deteriorate again at some point in the future, the base could support moored security forces at a strategic location.
I have learnt one lesson in politics: When the only problem is monetary, it can be solved. There are always ways to find the right amount that keeps in mind the special circumstances if there is a general willingness to find that amount.
I hope that the decision to cancel the plans will be reconsidered and I would offer my help in renewed negotiations, if wanted.
Yours sincerely
Stephen Schwerdtfeger

The same impartial regulations are applied to all bases and installations constructed within the Kingdom's borders, Mr Schwerdtfeger. Every modular structure developed prior to the implementation of our revised legal codex was similarly charged a licensing fee in some form or another, which varied based on the situation. The new laws provide impartial and codified regulations that serve to make the process considerably more transparent and fair.
Orbital Spa and Cruise continues to work with Bretonia through their holdings on Curacao, and active passenger services throughout our House. Should they wish to consolidate their position through the construction of an additional installation within our borders, they will of course have to pay the taxes specified. While I agree with you on the base's potential use and strategic positioning, it was the Orbital board's prerogative to pull out.
Thank you all for your time that you have spent over this communication, as well as in space and including all deliberations with in your own government/Factions.
As you know by now, we have backed out on our plans for Omega-3. We knew no tax's being held in Bretonia even before they revised there legal codex, and understandable so. This, because we thought there was no such taxation we thought it would be best to operate a base in Omega-3, even though we have considered other locations, And have not fully closed of all other potential sites for building a new Head quarters.
From the start of our research, our top priority made around two months ago. Which is of a tax free zone to build our Head quarters. And I am just holding to that, because the decision to change that is beyond my position in the company.
Thank you very much for your support IMG, and thank you all again. It is just that now knowing that Omega-3 is a taxation zone, we have no interest there, as it conflicts with the Stake Holders desires and all 3 CEO's desire's.
