Right right. But would you like to put some idea to increase player base. I really miss CCCP despite i never part of it but truely when they made gallia really active.

I'd like to see what this is, notable to be forwarned for [GSC].
I do like gallia, but at times it does feel too big and too empty. Yes you see traders, but finding a pirate, a police officer, a naval officer are all rare things, mostly because they just go looking for each other to shoot each other, then don't bother with anything else.
Trading is okish, there are a few missing routes in gallia, and very little in the way of short routes too.
I really do look forward to seeing real activity in gallia, mostly so that I can stop for 5-30 minutes and chat, get pirated, pay-off the corrupt police whilst doing a trade run. Or even some other rp that is involving, like asking my Gallic Junker to fill up a load that hasn't been able to be shipped for a while, and follow that corp player in formation. This being based upon actual rumour cards in gallia, showing that Gallic Junkers are consulted all the time to help corps ship overdue shipments. When ever I've been in Gallia in my transport, I ask players that sort of service when I see that they are docking/undocking or know the route they are doing. Yet, nearly all of them just say "O, no need for help." Most that I ask are Official Faction gallic corps, or those that are working for officialdom, so should know that rp exists, yet isn't really shown.
I can agree with that. Devs added too many Gallic system to already existing systems. so its more harder to meet more people while playing. I strongly sugjest to remove most of guard system and uninhabitated systems with low activity and lack of use. Many sytems maybe good if: no other servers then Off Disco and ~1000 players limit
But even with war with Bretonia GRN still dead. I not saw fight in Leeds whole that week
Alot of work went into Gallia and to be honest we couldn't have hoped for a better canvas to start an expansion on our already loved game. It's a numbers game. What the majority would consider 'fun' consists of a number of players. Anything larger than 3-4 in one place roleplaying or fighting. When the averages of the mod see an even spread of 1.3 players per system, of course we're going to see inactivity when something's going on somewhere else.
We will eventually become familiar with it's integration and people will start populating.
You won't hear me disagreeing, but it is seemingly here to stay and instead of having some imaginary war going on with no real participants couldn't something be done so the script gets mirrored to at least some extent in-game?
The Gallic systems are sadly probably a lost cause, but the "Gallic invasion" premise influences the RP of most factions in Sirius, but in effect it is a war carried out between NPC's to put it bluntly. I'm wondering what can be done to make this alledged war more imminent to players too? Some examples from the last week's posts on the forums (can't be bothered finding the quotes) include something along the lines of "Bretland needs OP bomber to fight the non-existant Gallic invasion" and "Bretland shouldn't be able to field as many BS's as they did against Puerta del Inferno, seeing that they are rapidly losing their forces to Gallia", and there are many more. To me these situations are total buzzkillers.
When server gameplay doesn't dictate the overarching story line, structures should be put into place to promote players to follow the lead put forth by the story line, otherwise it won't work, and we'll end with two different games in essence, one that is played and one that is written.
Or am I worrying too much, and should I just go back to giving up on Gallia and the story line?

Give it time.
People said that 2 years ago, and yet we still have the same problem Ash. Makes me wonder how much time, as obviously over two years isn't enough time. So what is? Not trying to put you down but you should know its been an on going problem since Gallia was made, essentially.

Jaydee dear why do you asking for 1000 while most of the time server population is below 150. If you see it always full then you might ask to increase the cap.
Disco devs spent a lot of time to a useless feature like Gallia, probably they havent thought much about it's place in FL world before adding. I think major issue here is language. Gallia - non-english, Kusari - non-english. that's why they are not populated much. I can hardly imagine full english speaking french followers, losing national language is not typical even over centuries.
