Ok , looking at the market and in game stuff,people like to sell these, people like to buy these,
and looking from in game exprience, cloaking devices are getting a little bit common than it should called to be rare.

If the situation goes like these, every ship capaple of mounting will or can have a cloaking device,making these kind of state of the art devices for much moore commen while it should be rare, wouldn' t it crash teh server's fun part?

I pirate traders, well now they just cloak the heck away,
I see zoner capital vessels in hause space, which normaly hause military could kick em, they cloak in the space and build bases all ower.These are just some examples out of hundreds.Luckly i ve yet to see jump drive so common yet but it s just a matter of time in my opinioun.
If this goes like this, we may get rid of F-1ers but get ourselves cloak runners , how about that?

Id like to hear your opinion and solution please,to save the server from upcoming disaster

Wanted to comment on this, first. A trader with cloak and enough fuel to run it is definitely not a powertrader. Even if he will fly around with 120 units of MOX (In reality he'll need more, due to MOX selling points and depletion), he is:

Not using a 5k'er.
If he's making ore runs, he's de-facto paying a 6 million tax per trip, no matter if he meets a pirate or no.
Imho - not profitable

Afaik, Cannon mentioned that cloaks have a small chance to get destroyed on death. Didn't see that happen, yet.

But with new fuel system it's indeed harder to maintain and use Mk2 and Mk3 cloaks.

I don't get it ... you're mad that you cannot pirate traders ? I caught traders with cloaking devices ... you'll need to make some fast RP if you wanna shoot at them.

But ... what's the problem ? That cloaking device is the first self-protection solution ... I love smart traders ...

On the same way you could pirate and run like boss with cloak and make people like Ursus cry- so if both sides cry then it works.

You cannot make something *rare* in this game unless it is SRP. When the Geb first came out, the infocard said Order has only one geb. The first week, we saw a Manhattan Geb Raid with over 10.
