What I personaly Base it on not sure about Miranda's opinion is that we are mentioned in side of the ships Description and that it even SAYS it is built by IC

This is true. The discussion has become rather off topic. As for a freighter designed specifically for IC. May I ask why? IC was in lore an insurance corp first. The transports were merely for ingame presence.

The corps that get their own ships have a good inRP reason for them.

ALG has a transport specifically designed to transport hazardous materials safely.

I'm sure there are more examples but its 2:25am and I can't think too well right now.

Pretty sure that's the only one. I do agree with you though. We use Storks and the train line mostly. No need for a freighter. We generally use the Renzu Anki for those anyways.

Due to increased hostility by the pirate factions, as well as a desire to produce a distinctive welcoming look for the corporation in the public eye after the debacle with Rheinland, the IC developed the Dove class Freighter for it's general use. Still a rare sight in the tradelanes, it is slowly becoming the new face of IC.

There is my justification.

I would say a bomber is more appropriate but we use our allys (in lore anyway) Ageira's Havoc MkII because they DO have manufacturing. Theres new civi bombers and a fixed Waran coming in .87 too.

inRP, IC makes up a very small percentage of actual shipping. As someone said that's just what we do ingame.
