INCOMING TRANSMISSION
[font=Lucida Console]From: Charles Kenneth Red
Subject: Two Convoy Reports
FIRST Convoy Report:
Convoy Participants:
BES Baird (convoy leader).
BES Hawking
Convoy Information:
The BES Baird picked up Berylium Ore at KCS to drop at Dortmund while BES Hawking got Gold Ore to drop at Dortmund aswell. Then, we went to New Berlin to grab Food Rations to supply the Ausburg Colony Station and got Cigars from there to deliver to New London.
Convoy Incidents:
A bomber showed up at Stuttgart on our way back to Bretonia. It demanded me 3 units of cigars and a million credits. I gave in into it's demands but I managed to let Hawking slip by unnoticed.
Other Notes:
Crewman George Paulson is to be evicted from the Baird due to smoking on board which is forbidden.
SECOND Convoy Report:
Convoy Participants:
BES Baird (convoy leader).
BES Churchill
BES Redgrave
Convoy Information:
We picked up Berylium Ore at KCS again to drop at Dortmund. Then, Baird and Churchill got MOX there to supply Battleship Macduff at Newcastle, while Redgrave grabbed Engine Components at The Ring to ship them to Southampton Shipyard.
Convoy Incidents:
At the very end of the convoy the BES Baird suffered internal damage due to the tobacco smoke corrupting the ventilation system and the ship shut down for safety for a few seconds.
Other Notes:
That's why you don't smoke inside the Baird... get the mechanics and engineers to make a full review on the Baird to ensure that there won't be any more future problems like these.

Internal Memo:
Hullo all! This is a brief reminder to let you all know that the end-of-month financial chaos is on the way. Place any claims for bonuses now if you want them paid before next month. Remember, claims are only valid until the last working day of the month! After that, they carry over and you'll have to wait another 31 days. Wouldn't that be a bother, ey?
In tangential news, our very first draw of the new Lottex format will be conducted at the same time. DO Sir James Cromwell will draw the winning ticket aboard the BES Victoria I, live on company holonet. There will probably be a small to-do on Lancaster Station afterwards as well - those of you with Supervisor clearance and above are more than welcome to attend.
Oh, and the jackpot is currently at $70,000,000 - nothing to be sniffed at! You've got to be in it to win it, chaps, and multiple tickets increase the probability of your victory! Have at it!

~ Incoming Transmission from Kings Cross Station, New London System ~
~ Date: 11th September 819 AS ~
Convoy Participants:
BES Rutherford, Shire, George Farnsworth (Temporary Captain)
BES Baird, Shire, Charles Kenneth Red
BES Gladstone, Shire, Senior Supervisor Jan Peters
BES Gray, Crane, Andy Thresher
BES Ando.Rodriguez, Havoc, ExSec Fernando Rodriguez
Convoy Information:
"Berylium Ore was picked up from Kings Cross and taken to Dortmund Station in New Berlin. For the return trip we took Engine Components to Southampton Shipyard"
Convoy Incidents:
"Upon RVing outside Kings Cross we headed to New Berlin with only a short pause outside of Freiburg in Stuttgart as we waited for Fernando Rodriguez to scout out the movements of a Corsair Cruiser codenamed "::x::Ragnaroek::x::". Following the all clear we proceeded to New Berlin where Berylium was delivered to Dortmund and some Gold Ore carried by Peters aboard the BES Gladstone to Planet New Berlin. It was at this point that we encountered a Bounty Hunter by the codename BHG|Generic.Hammer. It was also at this point that the corsair returned and threatened the BES Gladstone who was outside of Dortmund. Peters, Rodriguez and the bounty hunter engaged the cruiser resulting in the death of the cruiser. After this Fernando Rodriguez was called to an emergency meeting. The Bounty Hunter then escorted the convoy as we took Engine Components to Southampton Shipyard and 2000 units of Fertilizer to the Royal Cambridge Conservation Society on Planet Cambridge."
Other Notes:
"How a corsair cruiser got within the Rheinland home system without detection is worrying. Maybe cloaking devices are getting quite advanced now."
Convoy Information:
We've picked up Berylium Ore from KCS to deliver it to Dortmund, New Berlin. We came back with Engine Components for Southampton Shipyard.
Convoy Incidents:
An Hessian cruiser startled us infront of Planet Stuttgart and we had to put the convoy on hold for a while. After confirmation that the cruiser was gone, we proceeded normally without incident.
Other Notes:
There has been a significant Hessian activity in the last 24 Sirius hours. First Ragnarok now this guy. The authorities should be notified ASAP.

~ Date: 12th September 819 AS ~
Convoy Participants:
BES Rutherford, Shire, George Farnsworth (Temporary Captain)
BES Baird, Shire, Charles Kenneth Red
BES Whittle, Shire, Director of Trade Combine James Barnes
Convoy Information:
"Berylium Ore was picked up from Kings Cross and taken to Dortmund Station in New Berlin. For the return trip we took Engine Components to Southampton Shipyard"
Convoy Incidents:
"Upon RVing outside Kings Cross, after our previous convoy, we headed to New Berlin with no stops. Upon passing Battleship Norfolk Director Barnes passed us in the BES Whittle. After a little chit chat Barnes informed he would be picking up Berylium and heading to Dortmund as well. The rest of the trip to Dormund was uneventful and the return trip was as plain and simple. Passing the BES Whittle near Planet Stuttgart one of the only flicker of change from the base. "
Other Notes:
"The maintenance crew aboard Kings Cross Station should be commended for getting the BES Rutherford and BES Baird in such great shape to be able to complete the two quick convoys"

Convoy Participants:
BES Rutherford, Shire, George Farnsworth (Temporary Captain)
BES Faraday, Shetland, Director of Trade Combine James Barnes
Convoy Information:
"Cobalt Ore was picked up from Kings Cross and taken to Planet Denver in Colorado. For the return trip we took Boron Ore from Planet Pittsburg to Thames Outpost"
Convoy Incidents:
"Upon RVing outside Kings Cross, we headed to Colorado, via Ontario, with no stops. From there we took Libertonian Pharmaceuticals to Planet Pittsburg where we exchanged them for Boron Ore and headed home to Bretonia and Thames Outpost"
Other Notes:
"The trip was rather un-eventful. A rogue in New York by the codenamed "DeathCollecter" kindly let us pass with no demand, a pirate codenamed "Space.Out" kindly let us pass without demand in California, so it seems the pirates are in a nice mood today which was greatly appreciated."
[font=Agency FB]From: Mr. James Barnes, Director Trade Combine Division. To: All Trade Combine Command Officers, Brigade & ExSec pilots cc: Mr. James Cromwell, Director Operations; Miss Kiriko Hindamari, Director ExSec, Mr Andrew Peterson, Trade Manager, Mr Richard Farbridge, ExSec Manager, Topic: BHG Supply Contract Dabadoru Station Omicron Delta.
We have been contracted to supply this base with a large number of commodities on a monthly basis.
It is advisable that Clydesdales are used for shipping these and that they are done in Convoy. The BHG have supplied us with an encrypted channel to request scouts and emergency assistance if so required, but I'm sure a number of our more experienced pilots of the Brigade can remember shipping Iridium from this system, I hope they will endeavour to be good examples and give every assistance to our newer pilots.
Part of the contract entails the lease of 2 Bottlenose Gunships for our use on these convoys, they will not be ready however for about another week. Pilots requesting familiarisation and training on these ships, please contact Mr Farbridge in the ExSec Department.
If any of the Transport and Train Captains wish to attempt the journey I strongly suggest you take plenty of ExSec pilots along as escorts, there are number of asteroid fields that need to be navigated through and your ships do not have the maneuverability or speed of the Clydesdales.
I must also remind all pilots that they are not to leave the 'Foreign Sector' of Dabadoru Fortress, under any circumstances.
Reports of all deliveries are to be recorded for bonus payments, no records, no payment.
For the remainder of this calendar month we are only to deliver half of the listed goods.

[font=Agency FB]Convoy Participants:
BES Hawking
, Shire- convoy leader.
BES Wilberforce 2, Shire.
Convoy Information: We managed to get two full loads of Gold Ore from Kings Cross and shiped it to Rheinland.
We delivered about 7730 units of ore to New Berlin.
After that I suggested that we head out to Okinawa to load up some H3 for Southamton and since a GMG employee told me that they are buying Basic Alloy at a rather good price we loaded that up and made our our way up there.
Sadly when we arrived there nearly wasn't any H3 left so instead of returing home with empty cargoholds we decided to see how the bars look on this side of the Universe. *grins*
Convoy Incidents:
We didn't meet one soul while flying from New London to Okinawa which is rather suprising, but I won't complain.
Other Notes:
None that are important to get mentioned here.
