James finishes his second drink, watching everything unfold in front of himself and mutters "Either I have been drinking too much or this is normal for everyone, hard to tell anymore" He eyes wander over the group of people and fall upon a certain women with purple hair. "Now why does she look familiar... oh well it will come to me"
He orders another drink hoping to make sense of the craziness around him but unable to think of anything because hes not drunk enough.
Aurora accepted the glass given to her by Remus, smiling. "I believe it would be honest to inform you that I am immune to any form of CH3COCO2H. But the gesture is appreciated."

Kate quickly stared at the other side of the room, wondering what Aurora was doing there, before looking at David again. "So, what brings SuperHale to the party?"
Alexis took a deep breath, gently grasped Nat's arm, and lead her a bit away from the others. She let Nat go quickly, then stuck her hands in her pockets. Her face was somewhat serious, and she looked a bit nervous as well.
"Nat, I was on patrol when I met someone named Maria...she claimed to be your sister...and..." Alexis smiled softly. "And, if the claim is true...congratz. You're going to be an aunt."
"SuperHale? That's a new one... Between working and thinking far too much, I realised I wasn't actually giving much time to relaxing. I'm not really sure if this counts as relaxing, but we'll see, I guess." He looked away from Aurora's rather odd interaction with Sius and over at Kate for a moment. "You seem more upbeat than the last time I saw you, which isnt hard, I guess... Considering circumstances. Also, glad to see you didn't change the look too much."

Jasmine took a sip of the fresh drink she'd been handed by the barman and picked up Natalie's glass in order to hand it to her.
[color=#FFFFCC]"This is sharper tha-"
She paused, turning around to find Natalie wasn't next to her. Greenson quickly scanned around, hoping Natalie hadn't done a runner, visably relaxing when she saw her talking to Alexis.
"Uhhhh...what?" Natalie said, not really believeing what she just had heard. "So you're saying that my half-sister is here in Liberty? That's...unexpected. Thanks for telling me." She smiled for a moment before she walked back to Greenson. 'I have to meet Maria as soon as possible...'
"This day really has some interesting surprises for me. I need a drink now..." Natalie said and took the drink Greenson was still holding in her hand. She took a sip from it and smiled again. 'An aunt, heh? Funny.'
Teerin, after getting merely a minimal response from the bartender, turns back around. He noticed that the woman talking to Remus was attracting a lot of attention. Not wanting to add to that, he ordered another scotch.
He then saw that Jake Sanders and James Harper were also at the bar now, so Rohj greeted them, "Hey guys, welcome to the party!"
James sets down the drink he was holding. "Ah Teerin!, its been a while!" Sitting back against the bar table and watching everyone. "Been long enough for me to forget if they are normally like this off duity. Ah i really need to be around more often, started to miss the fun"
He scans the crowd once more and sighs "Ah how I missed the crowd."
It was either the champagne or the increasingly weird environment that was getting on Remus' head... *Immune?? CH3COCO2H?!*, he thought. Something was not right here, as if it wasn't already right in the first place. He stared at his glass for a while then back the purple-haired woman.
"Look, I'll be honest with you...", he pauses for awhile thinking the next set of words to say, "Frankly, I am bothered by your excessively highfalutin words. Not that I meant that in a offensive manner, i-it-its just that you remind of someone I met before a-and you kind of remind of her..." He sets his eyes once again into the sparkling drink.
She wondered what Remus just meant by that. "Allow me to apologise if I said anything wrong. My understanding of human codes and logic is still fairly limited, but I am attempting my best to improve it, which is why I'm here." said the girl, gazing at Remus. "My name is Aurora, it's a pleasure to meet you." she finished, extending her hand.

"It's always better than being out there shooting Nomads, Xenos, Rogues or the random other guy you're wondering how he made it here in the first place. But it's nice to be here. Nobody knows who I am, nobody cares, and I'm fine with that, but... I've seen something... disturbing about you, while I was you know where. Most specifically a conversation between her and you... about Drum, and a choice. Frankly, are you considering it?"
