Historical Synopsis
Under the terms of a Bretonian charter, a cadre of Cambridge researchers and California consultants were given a challenge: Transform a planet from a cold, desert locale with a limited carbon dioxide atmosphere into an agricultural planet-within 400 years. Planetform was born. The company grew very slowly, dependent on the largess of the Bretonian Government for most of it's money.
Planetform had few enemies until 67 years ago, when the radical eco-terrorist group the Gaians formed within the research environments of Edinburgh's Gaia Planet and Cambridge University. The Groups amateurish efforts soon matured into a serious threat to Planetform operations throughout Bretonian space.
Planetform began manufacturing Xenobiotic Filters in 815 A.S., which are essential in creating stations. Due to the recent war with Kusari, and the current war with Gallia, Planetform has taken severe economical hits with the loss of Planet Harris and Planet Ayr, as well as Perth Station leaving Planetform much weaker than it used to be.Early in 819 A.S., Stephan Littlebury took over control of the company and is now making radical changes within Planetform, including striking deals with organisations in the Nomad and Edge Worlds, rebuilding the economic strength of Planetform, as well as initiating Guerilla warfare tactics against the Gallic War Machine.

Two PFI factions running at once would seem odd. Why not discuss both of your groups' options with Wolfs Ghost? Mind you, I don't know if he has any other members, or has even got in game with his group yet. Especially seeing as both of you are RPing new CEOs - that needs addressing at the very least.

Other than the above, your write up looks functional, if uninspired. Keep fleshing it out over time and it'll be good.

The C and RdG were both Council factions in .85, after the 'one official faction per ID' rule was added. They both applied for status at the same time and things went, well... Badly.
