We where a bit suprised by your anouncement.
As we have based our headquarters at Yanagi Depot we have to fly off lanes most of the time.
And to be honest, you only rule the northern part of Sigma 13.
In the south of the system Junkers and ALG have the authority.
So, yust keep your bussiness to the north and dont bother us here if you dont mind.

Actually Junkers take care of Yanagi and then manage our own affairs. We claim no authority over any of Sigma 13 or the lanes. I’m content to let GMG handle this as long as is doesn’t interfere with our operations, which I’m confident it will not.
As for the Junkers who say they are planning to cause trouble let me remind you that Junkers have many interests in the Sigma 13 area. These interests are best served when they are handled quietly and folks are not running about disturbing the peace. Do you follow where I’m going with this?

Despite some questionable activities regarding ships under your flag, I'm willing to make an exemption for the ALG. You may continue working in the Yanagi Debris Field, cleaning up the last of the scrap and wreckage that resides there. None of your vessels may however leave the Yanagi Debris Field or the Trade Lane boundaries for the duration of the imposed martial law. Any violations of the martial law, or by betraying our trust, will result in unforeseen and unfortunate consequences.

You will not be exempted from the martial law imposed in the Sigma-13 system. Travel outside the Trade Lanes/Gates is forbidden. This is for your own safety, as much as our own. Contact the GMG Paramilitary if you're afraid of common pirates, and if you desire escort across the system's lanes.

Your assumption is correct. We're having trouble with squatters. We're not ready to make any adjustments to our bounty board just yet, but for every martial law violator that you might cross beyond the Trade Lanes of Sigma-13, we're willing to pay you 1.000.000 credits per vessel scanned and photographed. We might pay out more for certain... juicier violators. Just make sure to double-check our Exemption List before you get too excited out there, Frost-chan!
Good hunting.

You don't like the situation? Too bad. Just don't give us a reason to come knocking on Yanagi, will you?
Danke for your time honorable GMG. While I am grateful for the added exemption to continue working the debris fields. I must say your prior statement about 'questionable activity' of ships under my flag has left me confused. If you have any evidence or complaints of such questionable activity I would definitely like to see it.
ALG has no reason to provoke the GMG. I hope these matters can be straightened out. If you do have such evidence a more private channel can be established if preferred.
So as we understand you have some trouble with squatters...?
And they are Hogosha....?
We would like to know the location of that base, so we can keep out of that region.
Or if you like we could help you in controlling the situation.
We where never very fond of Hogosha, since they pirated our trading vessels a lot.
So let us know if you need a hand, we have called support to Sigma13 to ensure our trading.
It would help if you shared the location of the unwanted base.
We think we can be of some assistance in the matter.

Mr. Crow,
If there will be any trouble in that system, it will be because the GMG started it. My crew and I have taken great care to avoid unnecessary conflicts and maintain cordial relations with local authorities wherever we have operated. That being said, we've killed in self-defense before and would not hesitate to do it again if someone tries to use their guns to prevent us from carrying out our legitimate operations.
Therefore, Savage Salvage's scrap-collecting and trading operations outside of the tradelane boundaries in Sigma-13 will continue as usual. While I wish your organization the best of luck in its diplomatic endeavors, my crew and I have done nothing wrong and will not starve as a result of the actions of a power-hungry would-be tyrant. Judging from the most recent messages on this channel, however, it looks like it may be some time before this situation is ironed out.
If you have any further admonitions, you are welcome to direct them to me on a private channel. You know where to find me.
My comms device was broken, still full of bugs, needs fixing, but at least it works well enough to let me tell you GMG, how foolish this decision was, not only have you enraged your enemies in that system even further, encouraging them to start guerrilla raids against you, unleashed the furry of Rorry upon you, again, but you also have ensured that your people will never be able to use the lanes safely again, as now every pirate in the system knows that all the juicy targets will be there, you will attract more pirates then you ever have, until your pathetic whelps of your security forces will be so heavily overrun, they will simply be forced to stare, how the very transport they had to protect will be melted in front of their eyes ! Mark my words, for the storm is coming, and it cannot be stopped until you reverse this !

Konnichiwa visitors of Sigma-13.
Recently matters have been resolved where Sigma-13 is concerned and martial law has been lifted as of now.
GMG still highly recommends civilian transports to utilize the Trade Lanes for their transit through the Sigma-13 system.
The lanes hold less risk and GMG patrols will continue. Your navigation choice and accompanying risk is your decision.
Arigato to those individuals and companies that continue to comply with our demands and laws.
The safety of all our people and resources are highly valued.
We are glad to report Sigma-13 is back to a peaceful status.
For those who disrupt our business I will quote my fellow Guild MasterTaro Katsuo,
“Make no mistake that the Sigma-13 system is private space, and that GMG authority is absolute.”
We will be watching… safe travels.

Hoshi Tanaka
