Inspector Page here, submitting my most recent report.
First off was Ben Remus the Gaian, again, except with a friend this time - an Alejandro Tortuga. With hardly a word in edgeways, I was engaged by their two bombers. A freelancer who offered his support kept one busy while I damaged the second, but was taken out. Although I likely could have taken them eventually, the Sabres came to my aid to speed things up. One fell after the other.
While our forces gathered at Leeds to defend against a Gallic incursion, I escorted a Filters trader named Aditya away from danger, to Graves.
The next day, I heard reports of a Hessian Cruiser in Omega-3. Meeting up with a Reaper flying a gunboat who was already engaged by the SEKTA vessel (which had fitted a cloak), my Challenger made short work of it.
While conversing with an AI exploration pod, a Corsair happened to come along the lane to Dover. Slowing him down for our defences to soften him up, he was annoyed enough to fire upon me before I could really question him about his hold of Scrap Metal. Being in only my Paladin, it was quite the slog to take him down. According to the drone, we made it 65K across open space before I landed the last barrage of hits. Thankfully, the drone was not susceptible to either of the Corsair's hacking attempts.
Lastly, DaPilla and I had an encounter with the Sitzen again. After leading us on a merry chase far out from the Leeds star, the ship eventually stopped. Claiming to be drunk and poor, he had still managed to convince his crew to fly a jump-capable battleship filled with MOX through the heart of Bretonia.
Some 'highlights' of our conversation:
Code:
[30.11.2012 23:29:53] RNC-Sitzen: Oh how drunk I am this is not even my system
[30.11.2012 23:29:58] RNC-Sitzen: sorry
[30.11.2012 23:30:41] RNC-Sitzen: yea I admit it. probably It was a mistake
[30.11.2012 23:30:54] RNC-Sitzen: sorry for that
[30.11.2012 23:38:21] RNC-Sitzen: oh come on I'M sure you know the feeling too
[30.11.2012 23:38:35] BPA)Ins|T.Page[SRD]: No, I am not one to drunkenly fly a battleship where it's not wanted.
[30.11.2012 23:39:10] RNC-Sitzen: I drank all my money
Eventually I was able to collect the fine before requesting the ship to jump back to Rheinland. I'll forward this report if the Admiralty wishes to follow it up.
First things first, I was patrolling Leeds when I got a call for help from our BAF allies. Earlier that day there had been a Gallic invasion, but after the battle, there were still small gaul fighters and whatnot sticking around. One, in particular, was Marcell Chevalier. He was taken down without any injuries to the Ensigns or myself.
Afterwards, a freelancer and his client, a pirate, were camping the lane from Leeds to Newcastle. The pirate, who was flying a Roc civilian bomber, was put down before I arrived. I then entered combat with the freelancer in his Eagle. HMF-Sam.Nelson was put out of action during the fight, but his pod was recovered. Without help it was difficult to take down the mercenary, but it was done. The freelancer's name was Crusader_Ironballs, let's all keep an eye out.
The Reaver Mercenaries dropped by for a visit in Leeds, Colorless.Reaver was the only one arrested. During the combat, a old enemy came into view. Silver.Reaver.
A molly gunboat right outside of Planet Leeds. His name was [M]Arcadia. I quickly switched to a challenger to be more of a aid in the combat. From what the BAF said, it wasn't the first one they'd seen that day. The mollys must have more funds than we realize to afford all these gunboats. I eventually imploded the molly with a snac to the hull.
Chief Inspector Hone and I were sitting outside of Stokes when a [Gaia] tagged vessel just barely made it into radar range. We turned on our cruise engines and caught it a good distance away from any civilization. Hone encouraged me to take on the gaian by myself, and so I did. The gaian's name was Chris Natureta. Don't suppose his last name is a coincidence...
A Renzu Liner named Siriu$$taR was chased into my grasp by Chief Inspector Hone. His cargo hold was filled to the top with gaian wildlife, and his name was mentioned nowhere in the licensing. Orcus_Chapel, a new Armed Force recruit, stood by me in case things got out of hand. Of course, it did. After several attempts to get the fine, we eventually engaged. The Renzu was taken down.
A RNC battleship was found loitering around Bretonia, with reports of being in New London, Cambridge, and Leeds. He was first spotted when I was talking with some LNS reinforcements from the prior gallic invasion. A couple Ensigns and I stopped the Rheinlander while telling the Libertonians to go wait at Planet Leeds. RNC-Sitzen tried to run twice, then, having us already enraged, jumped out of Bretonian territory.
He was eventually found later in the day by Inspector Thomas Page, and the fine was transferred successfully.
Lastly, I know it's been a long report, I found the same gaian, Chris Naturetta by Planet Leeds. He claimed innocence, proclaiming that every man is innocent untill proven guilty. I simply explained to him that Bretonian terrorism is a crime, he gave up trying to talk his way out and engaged. Constable Godfrey was put out of action right before the gaian ran. I failed to catch the tree-hugger.
Good to see some other reports in here, especially those featuring yours truly!
The Grand Opening of Port Talbot was delayed earlier, when forces consisting of a coalition of corsair Brotherhood:
Beintez:
And independent snubs:
allied with Gaians:
And Reavers:
To attack the Bretonian opening committee, forcing the QCG liner carrying the committee to perform an emergency dock on planet leeds, while BAF and BPA forces fought off the would-be assassins:
All attackers were reported destroyed, except for the lone TBH Titan, which managed to use the Leeds smog cloud, as cover to escape through a jump hole.

Found an RFP Gunboat of all things, breaking the embargo, and taking silver ore into the taus! He refused to co-operate, so I had to take him down. I then had Bowex pick up his cargo and send me the proceeds minus their (high) fee.
Secondly; a character called... hold on; "Little.Hiawatha" trying to break the tau embargo. Who lied, and claimed she had a tau trade license, then ran for the lane, when I caught her, she docked on stokes to escape me.
Thirdly; more of the same, this time an even worse name: {SMG}-Slick_Tank (what does that even mean?) who claimed he was taking supplies to a base in magellen, however the base he named did not show up on my approved base list. When I questioned him more closely he admitted he was actually taking supplies to a base in pennsylvania. I arrested him, and fined him 1 mill for lying to the police, but he refused to pay, spouting nonesense in local coms, and I had to have Conair take him in by force. However his escape pod.... escaped, and he returned in a new ship, as he still owed the fine, I placed him under arrest, but this time he docked on Leeds to escape!

Inspector Page here, reporting the last few days.
While preparing to escort the Victory from our capital, a Corsair raiding party arrived from the west of the Southampton lane. Moving ahead to meet them, the liner was given plenty of time to dock safely on New London.
Up against, Ximanez of the Brotherhood, several Benitez, an unaffiliated bomber, a Gaian and a Reaver, we held them in place while the BAF escorting the Bowex convoy diverted to us.
Although it's unfortunate that these Gaians feel they have to be terrorists to further their goals, it appears I have developed a habit of stopping them. The Niagra came to provide tactical support, and defended itself from one of their bomber.
The others were either taken out by our forces or routed from the system, with no civilian casualties.
Yesterday, while taking Junior Constable Chapel out for his first patrol, I encountered two transports, one of which was carrying Prisoners without a licence. Despite my warnings, his convoy partner returned and they both fired upon me, shirking our laws. Retaliating - with the assistance of Chapel - the first transport was put out of commission. Despite being given a chance to surrender, MagicMurphy attempted to run and appeared to have the same attitude as his partner. Due to my close proximity to the transport, the black box was flooded with radiation when Chapel took him out.
The CCD came to clear up the Alloy, and I transferred my 'share' to the Anvil.
Coming to the assitance of Ensign Jaeger, we talked with and then were engaged by two Gallic fighters - Xavier and D'Aramis.
Some ion pulses disrupted various systems on some of the ships, including an Arthur Choret, Gerald DuGalle and Pascal Dubois who arrived against us.
With more support coming from the BAF while Jaeger retreated, Chapel came and showed his patriotism in a word-sparring match with Dubois. After we continued to beat the Gauls soundly, D'Aramis retreated to Edinburgh through the gate while Dubois cowardly surprised our recruit!
While the other Navy were routed, I pursued the yellow fiend towards the LD-14 field. He seemed to have a friend in the area, and I would have taken them both if it were not for their fleet arriving on top of me! Even with the arrival of the Nottingham escort Templar, we retreated to Leeds.
With their fleet before us, they somehow closed the gap instantaneously and took out our standing defence. I was shot down in an ion storm while I held their ships in place alone. I hope it made some difference, as our boys managed to counter-attack beautifully so I heard.

After my official induction into the BPA, I was met by my training officer, Inspector Thomas Page, who escorted me through Bretonian space, giving my pointers, and aiding me in a full ship retrofit, bringing my militia vessel up to BPA standards. Under his instruction, I docked at Waterloo station, swapping out a number of my civilian weapons for BPA approved weaponry, taking the opportunity to answer my questions about the BPA and it's functionings.
After the minor re-loading of weapons was completed at Waterloo, we proceeded into Poole, where my vessel went through it's major retrofit. While I retrofitted, Insp Page proceeded back into New London, on a short sweep of the system, and only moments after my ship was cleared to launch, I received a message from him that his vessel had been fired upon by hostile traders. I scrambled to reach him, and after a few short minutes, rendezvoused with the Insp and was promptly also fired upon. Going weapons free upon Inspector Page's instruction, we engaged and destroyed the first trader, Ginge, with little difficulties, although both continually attempted to escape. As his trade partner's ship engulfed in flames, I urged the other trader to stand down, and he responded by firing on us once more. With a heavy heart, I proceeded to, with Page's assistance, slag the offending vessel, Magical Murphy.
As the dust settled, Inspector Page left me in charge of the crime scene while he went to fetch a member of the CCD to retrieve the shipment of Alloy that lay scattered about, after pickup and delivery of what remained of the shipment back to the nearest base. I proceeded to begin my own patrol, inspecting back routes into and out of Bretonian space, both in search of possible smugglers, as well as to familiarize myself with these routes. It was while I was deep in space, engaging a minor patrol of enemy fighters, that I received notification of a Gallic push into Leeds, and moved to aid the Bretonian forces already in the area.
Upon arrival, a pitched battle between both a number of BAF and BPA and Gallian forces was raging, and due to my junior status, I was ordered to hang back, engaging only fighters that left the main engagement. It was at this point that the cowardly drunk Pascal Duboius, who had also arrived late to the conflict and had been ordered to also remain out of the fighting, began harassing me over open comms, slandering himself, and proving himself to be quite drunk on duty. The disgusting sight that the man gave me prompted me to reply quite fervently, in spite of myself and the standing orders not to fraternize in any way with Gallian forces.
As the conflict began to come to an end, our fighter's beginning to emerge victorious, as I had predicted, the coward Dubouis violated the no-fire order, and much to my eternal shame, I was not vigilant enough to survive his bomber's initial volley. I shall be more vigilant in the future, and will never again expect even the most basic military courtesy from such honor less scum.
For Queen and Country,
Junior Constable Orcus Chapel
And with that, my numbers of kills/arrests is up to 39, and I request a Promotion to Superintendent, as I have 48 reports, and 317 hours of patrol time. Verifiable in my Reports.
As I believe the post of Warden of Manchester is taken, Edinburgh has fallen to the Gallics, and Leeds is more and more controlled by the BAF, I request the Superintendency of New London. Thankyou.
