Flight Officer Anders here, fresh in from the Madness that has replaced the normally quiet Tau-37.
The miners aboard Falkland picked up a rabble of Outcasts looking menacing around Freeport 10. Heading out to scare them off, it turned out to be a massive cloud of Outcast fighters. The Guild's own ships, a Bounty Hunter, several Colonials outside our command, a few Maquis and a couple of Unione Corse ships matched them, although the swarm just kept growing, including a Ranseur.
My decision to replace the Erudition's 'exotic' setup with more usual weaponry turned out to be a good choice: the rain of Screamers and Mini Razor particles did a fair share of the damage to the dreadnought the Maltese brought along. Even managed to hit one of their 'elite guard'.
However, even with some of their fighters taken out, we lost our larger ships and started to take damage. With the Maquis and Corse 'picking their battles', those of us who stood our ground were taken out.
Also, Looking back through the black-box, seems I've missed a rather dozy Outcast who had enough hand-eye coordination to catch my SNAC.
Signing off,
Susan Anders Callsign - Erudition/Wisdom
Warant Officer Ellesmere here.
In Tau-23 was minor enemy activity. Now there are quiet. First was spooted GRP transport waiting for load of Berrylium ore. After a small discussion GRP transport finally flew away. Fighting with Transport would not be fair. IMG miner escaped because it looked that Gaulls don't like him. Three GRN Lynxs was destroyed in Tau-23 minefield when they want IMG's death. On another patrol were spotted two Outcast's fighters near Java. I and others two IMG's fighters engaged them. Relatively quick battle resulted in the destruction of one Outcast's fighter and escape second fighter at Cali base. Next patrol was quiet. My patrol ended in Baffin system.
Flight Officer Anders reporting in from the York amongst the 31st,
Called down while Commander Anders is hiding out in Orkney, I joined Warrant Officer Flint and a group of Bretonians for a raid on the Magenta battlegroup in Edinburgh. Although the HMS-Vindicator was shot down, the Gallics lost the RNS-Napoleon, RNS-Circaete and RNS-Mont.Saint-Michel to the allied forces. While headed to the York to stand down, I encountered a psychologist at Planet Leeds who seemed to be an interesting fellow. Gave him something to study when I encountered a Maltese Destroyer named Orden's.Hammer who admitted to being a... nuisance. With the help of the Viva.La.Resistance, the ship was destroyed.
Also caught an IDF ship, the Sacre, who seemed to be looking for a miner in Tau-23. He tried to get to Indochine, but my last antimatter round blew his Pachyderme right at the docking point.

Hey, folks! Hey you lucky bastards on Curacao! Enjoying your drinks?
I am down here, in Bretland, in a real war. Yeeeha, I can say. I'm riding the waves so hard here, I swear.
Already got myself a trashed Pytho yesterday, but if you see what my little beauty does with those Gallic warships, you'd know it's worth it.
So... I'll just give you a few nice explosion pictures that I snapped, to prove that I am not lazy as you little bastards up there on your cosy planet on those sandy beaches.
Come down here! Leeds is great! The boys and girls in Bretonia are tough. Gotta be. Guess the weak ones are already dead of fled. Damn it, also their girls are tough cookies, I swear. Tried to bag one yesterday in a really freaked up bar on this Kusari Exile ship... after they let me out of sickbay, she punched me right in the nose. I kissed her anyway, just to make sure she got the message of that I win anyway. My ribs still hurt from her reply, and it was not from laughing.
So far from here. Hey, if you touch my surfboard, I'll rip your balls off, kay? Kay. Jamey, I see you!
See you around. Shoot some CGS for me, while I am dumping tons and tons of explosive ordnance into Gallic warships. Hey, and... not everything is totally bad here. Since I started reading the comm logs here, I found that Warrant Officer Keytie is really a cute one!
Hey, Keytie-cutie, if you read this, want to go out with me? It's just a short trip to the Taus and who cares for the Gallics that are between Leeds and Taus? Your totally are reason enough to sneak past them!
Hudson out. Gonna smoke some Synth now and have some Pinas, calm my nerves before we go out again to kick some Gaul ass.
Commander Anders, reporting from the Athena as I return to Coronado for a maintenance cycle.
During an engagement in Leeds alongside the Bretonians and Council, the Gauls decided it was time to bring the Flagship of the Navy, the Chant.du.Cygne, out from under King Charles' gaze. After it took severe damage, it seemed to focus on me in particular so I was forced to retaliate. It seems I managed to hit their main Promethene tank, as even the captain of the CLN-Relentless said his scanners registered the ship's destruction as being attributed to the Intellect.
Not satisfied with all the glory being mine, my crew aboard the Athena were eager to do something impressive. Fortunately the opportunity was presented when one of the sensor arrays picked up the decay of the nuisance station Helmand Outpost. Mustering two of our cruisers, several Bretonians, a couple of Council members and Les Damnes' Grande Guillotine under our banner, the base soon fell to our sustained fire. Only one cowardly transport aboard the Carcassone and a reckless EFL bomber masquerading as the GRN as usual came to witness what the allied forces can accomplish.
Keytie there. Reporting from Freeport in a rented room at night.
Today was my first day on duty 49th squadron "fire birds." And right from the beginning I found someone who wanted me to spoil the mood. Outcast in the cruiser. Named El.Gringo. Immediately came to help Susan and cruiser Prometheus, we met at Java. And adventure began. Persecution cruiser to Cali were without problems, that's where the battle took place. Pythos and cruiser immediately opened fire. For a while when Cruiser had no shield us no chance. The last morning we planted all at once, and it was only hear crackling and rumbling exploding steel and H-fuel. The first day and the first kill, this is called a good start to work. Very good job from beginning.
Greetings, dear Colonials.
This is Warrant Officer S. Johnsons reporting.
My escape pod has just been tracted to Java, yet we must think of our wins of today. We've traded so less for so much. I, along with two fellow Colonials (Hotdog and Remadus), hopefully future CR| Pilots, began our flights trough Tau 23 for a small sweep. We ended up being called by IMG|Joshua.Warren to aid against some cardamine users.
The following fight came quite fast, a bit too fast for my taste, but we took it to Tau 37 right away. Shortly said, our casualties were null, theirs were many; We took out one bomber and a gunship (which, if i may add, was quite crazy, given the captain was flying insanely close to 37's star), and we could've gotten down those two bloody dreadnoughts if the cowards would've kept their cloaks offline. I admit the Colonials and the IMG work very well together against such criminals.
Later on we encountered some Gauls within Tau 23... thank God i had the chance of refilling my Nova cargo, yet my ship was damaged and the gun-cam could not record any more. We did take out a bloody capital, as I, Madam Anders and Flint were protected by the allied fighters and our Colonial Cruiser. Too bad i ended up breaking a bomber.
Anyhow... good luck onwards and i hope to get back in space as soon as possible. This was quite the ride for my first day though.
Johnsons, out.

Susan Anders reporting in on several kills since my last check-in,
Alongside some of the Guild, we were faced with Gattopardo, JOGAR and what appeared to be a Zoner dreadnought under the command of an Outcast. In a short period, we managed to destroy all three, with the Nephilim and Tridente's destruction accredited to me.
During a larger battle defending Tau-37, I managed to take out an inexperienced Falcata pilot before it could damage any of our ships.
Back in Tau-23, a group of hostile fighters including Agama were taken on by the Guild and our own pilots. Eventually, he was driven to Cali while the rest of the fight went on, eventually against us.
Patrolling in my Pytho, I found a couple of miners near their base below the Beryllium fields. The miner was smart and left when ordered, but the transport wouldn't listen and was dealt with.
A Samura transport who had been trading in Gallia shared the same fate after refusing to listen.
Another fight in Tau-37 had me against two fighters, one of whom was a Don who had a taste for Antimatter.
I also heard one of our boys in the CIS racked up a couple of bombers in Tau-37 - Ramsi and Cruiserboth taken out by that Council weaponry he uses.

Commander Anders reporting, letting you know of one of the cowards under Royalist colours,
Encountering the captain of the RNS-Magnificent near the old BMM base, the Athena was soon set upon by this monstrosity and some local patrols. Whoever commissioned the ship obviously had more francs than tactical choice, as I initially received little damage from the Magnificent compared to that of the patrols.
With the assistance of a Privateer and Flight Officer Flint's Nyx, we were able to whittle away at the hull of the Valor. Unfortunately a couple of costly mistakes had left me with little hull integrity remaining. The timely arrival of the Nightfall led to the routing of the Magnificent, but rather than heading for the Guillestre, the captain seemed to want to return to Gallia the old-fashioned way. Of course, the Gauls' mediocre ships are not intended for exo-heliospheric operations and soon the pressure got to him. The Nightfall and I returned to the Hades battlegroup for repairs.
I hope to see our forces fighting with a bit more honour and a lot less stupidity. Perhaps if there are more captains like this against us we can win this war!
So say we all.
Signing off, Roger Anders
Flight Officer Anders here again,
Had a run-in with a group of the Outcasts' friends around Cali. A Hacker - scouter - and two Brigands - Andre-Dupont and Vigor.Ellis - who were all rather territorial, and completely oblivious to the nature of my sexual organs.
The Hacker didn't last long under my fire, and I managed to take out the other two before they were able to use either of their cloaks.
Another three to chalk up on the board, wouldn't want to lose count now *smiles*

After the tip from a Freelancer on BGS, took a little look for our new neighbours. Funnily enough, found their base, Zoners Research Complex. Soon enough, their leader turned up. They seem friendly enough, if a little strange. Took a look inside, mostly building works so far.
Later on, I had an encounter with some Outcasts hanging around in the cloud. Wilgrin and I took out the Falcata and Tridente after they engaged us instead of answering questions.
Also saw a couple of rookie Scimitars head north, heard they encountered the Firebirds...
Chalk up another kill for Cunning.
Frost out.
Susan here after quite the evening in Tau-23,
We picked up the Magnificent in the system again, but must have been using that cloak of his again. Linking up with Remadus and Captain Alli of the Nightfall, I ended up running into three Outcasts at Cali while the other two tried to catch the Gaul.
A Falcata was up first and soon took a SNAC. Then there were twoScimitars, one of whom was using a few too many mines with how I was launching disruptors.
The other one ran away, leading me to a Junker carrying a hold of Cardamine. Thought he could be tricky, but he did drop it. Decided to get his own back alongside a destroyer. Still damaged from Cali's guns, Remadus came to help and calmly took him out.
The OWL Storta had slinked off to loiter around the Freeport. Thought he was tough enough to fire off some Mortars before docking.
