That's exactly what Das Wilde does. You should concentrate more on the Omegas, lower Omicrons and south Bretonia, where their "main zoi" is. However, the problem is, that you can't really cause havoc when lacking the numbers, since humans will always group up against Noms, no matter if they're hostile to each other. (What surely makes sense.)
Also since the Aoi Iseijin (Kusari Wilds) has disbanded, Kusari, Sigmas and Taus aren't often visited by Noms anymore.

So much potential....
Wasn't there recently something on here about opening the ID up so that everyone that wanted a Nomad fighter, bomber, or gunboat could have one? (Yes, I'm being slightly facetious with that remark.)
As for dying in a corner, where would you like us to die? Since the Nomad ships aren't anything to be feared, simply because the devs have made this game skinlancer now, if we don't show up in overpowering groups (and get accused of ganking everyone) then WE end up getting ganked because we're still Nomads.
Even when we TRY to role play as relatively non-aggressive squids that are more individuals now than ever before due to the break-up of the group mind, all it takes is one person to go "Nomad, die!" and the RP we've been having with other people gets shut (or shot) down, because we do still get to defend ourselves. (And of course, that once person calls in two or three of HIS friends to hunt the Nomad,)
Aha, mister Tachyon. I'm not sure what your problem is, but why do I have to "deal with it" ? You see me whining about so-...oh right, stating an opinion about a faction is whining, forgot. Same as complaining about balance is whining, or farting is whining. Piss off.
Anyway, back to topic. Agmen: I dunno' what's been "on here" about opening any ID, I've just returned to the forums from an hiatus, excuse me if my topic has already been brought up. I'm not saying your faction should die or anything, nor do I want to be offensive in any way. I'm just stating something I think should be different. I've barely ever encountered a nomad that felt like a nomad. And no, I don't mean some guy in an Assassin just attacking anything in sight. You know, the havoc the nomads have created in the singleplayer? It's been done with masses. Thing is, we need more nomad players in my opinion. More of them, more aggressive towards humans, claiming territories, defending these territories. I'm not interested in Nomads hanging around in Iota going all ***)))*** all day, of course this is exaggerated , but you catch my drift.
Yes, nomads are still around, they are just rare to see because most people of the community cannot make it into the K'hara due to horrible skills to actually play one, and all the ones who 'can' make it in just.. dont bother with nomads.
The little amount of people that are on right now also dont happen to be the most active, as they are all caught up in other things. Opening up the Nomad ID was a large topic a few weeks ago, but looking at the results of a poll, it does not seem the community would not like that as much, so in the end I suppose it will have to be to the admins and such to decide that.
So why exactly does the K'Hara have such a super-high standard ? I mean, you want to be more active. Ever thought about lowering these standards a notch ? I mean sure, no one's a pro-roleplayer. Not even the K'Hara's. The thing is, when you notice that your faction doesn't have a lot of people, you should think about why it is that way.
What do you have to lose ? Your equipment isn't OP per se, so why would any Pvp-whore bother with the Nomads? Maybe you should focus less on the whole "collective mind" thing, and have a bit of fun ? Raid, destroy, burn things like you're supposed to. Of course, you shouldn't pick an extreme of either side, just spice things up a little.

Trying to kill <something> of a or belonging to a race, that tried to infiltrate and eradicate your own one seems like valid role play and human sense to me.
However, if you want two arch enemies sipping tea next to each other and talking about their daily life, then I am kinda out, sorruz ((
