Jumpgate not working

Alright, Magellan > California jumpgate is completely useless, it's bugged. It doesn't matter if you're getting away about 15-20k and go back, it'll still say that "Jumpgate is in use"..

Restart needed asap.

Already tried, when the area is empty, it says the same..
