How do you raise Coalition rep on a Red Hessian

I tried killing corsairs (their enemies) didn't raise rep, and i am hostile to them.

If you are setting up a ship so that it is friendly with the Coaltion, you do that first with the ID and fix all the negative rephacks you don't want on the Hessian ID.
