I'd have to apologize for our delayed response, but apparently your first two transmissions didn't make it through our firewall and ended up straight inside the spam folder, as it seems a mass amount of advertisement for videos of adult entertainment nature have been relayed from Hellfire comm posts in past few weeks, which might have caused the hick-up with our spam protection system.

That aside, as you may already be aware, Red Hessians' Blood Diamond commerce is always open and welcoming any and all neutral and friendly groups and individuals, and with the history between the two of our groups, you should be cleared to purchase as much Blood Diamonds as your transport fleet can carry before running out of fuel. However, something tells me you have a more specific deal in mind, and if that's the case, the oberkommando will be willing to listen to your offer.

I'm pleased by your response Brigadegeneral. The Legion wants to invite a group of Hessians to relocate to America base in Vespucci and act as embassadors on your behalf.

America base will soon be transformed into a freeport for our allies to meet within Legion space because the risk of political trouble for the IMG is too high for meetings to take place on Freeport 4. We also plan on making it the base that all imports/exports pass through, a trading hub and that would open a new path for those who are interested in working with us and of course our allies.

If you decide to accept, we will pick your people from your territory as soon as they are ready.
