Or Council/Maquis/Brigands, or Bretonian lawful NPCs.
Tyler, that works for removing hostility on an IMG ship for example, but not enough for it to be friendly and very difficult to get the IFF through bribes from anything but a Gallia restart.
The depots or a bit of playing around with bribes, dropping missions etc. are the way to go.

I can give a few, to start with. First off: Search for "Destroy Base"-missions. Within these missions, you will only face snubs of the respective opponent. These missions can go up to lvl32 (or even lvl33 - I'm not absolutly sure here). The higher the level, the more snubs you'll face.
The Order
Omicron Mu: Station Taba, Planet Akabat
Opponent: BHG
Corsairs
Omicron Gamma: Skiros Station
Opponent: BHG
GRN
Orkney: Fort Albi
Opponent: Outcast
If one can't find a respective mission, it's helpful to look which enemies the desired faction has and do missions against these enemies. For example: When I was a IMG-Player I simply got green with GRN, cause I did a lot of IMG-missions against the Outcast. Still: Your actual ID-Card must allow to get green with the desired faction. Again an example: As an The Order player, it doesn't matter how many BHG ships you shoot down - you'll never get green with the Corsairs, cause the reputation gets fixed each time you visit a station/planet.
